@MissM baka November pa kami. Ang adventure ng uwi namin sa Pinas. Hindi naprocess ung online payment sa NBI, hit kami pareho sa NBI, walang courtesy lane sa satellite DFA etc. Nakakaloka! Pero it all went well naman. Nov2 pa makukuha ung passport ng anak namin kaya di pa kami makapagpamedical.

I'll try to explain my whole case here.

I'm a civil engineer trying to prepare my files for EA Assessment.

Right now, I have 65 points total but work experience of 3 years is not yet included, so there is a possibility for a maximum of 70 points if everything goes well.

First work (Philippines 1 yr and half)

Primary Documents- no problem
Secondary Documents- no problem

Current work ( Japan almost 2 yrs experience)

Primary Documents- no problem

Secondary Document- dito na magkakaproblema.
Ito po ung latest na requirements for secondary documents:

Optional po yung 2.1 & 2.2 or 3.1 & 3.2

2.1 ITR
2.2 SS Insurance / Superfund / Provident Fund / Retirement Report

3.1 Work Permit/ Residence Permit
3.2 Official Contract Document from Ministry of Labor includes
wage, title and employer name.

2.1 & 2.2 or 3.1 & 3.2 should include employer's name and employment period.

Ang company ko po dito is di nagbabayad ng tax, umiiwas po sila magbayad kaya
wala kaming ITR, at wala kaming benefits such as SS Insurance etc.
Ang meron lng po ako work permit/ residence card pero ang residence card dito sa Japan
hindi included ang name ng company, not sure sa iba. Meron di po akong payslip and bank account.

Hihingi po sana ako ng advice kasi nabasa ko di dw po pwede yung ganitong case sken.
Or baka may idea po kayo sa pwede kong gawin.

2. Ang isa sa naisip ko yung isang experience nlng po ang ipaassess kahit 1 yr and half lng para lang may masulat sa career episode. Since 65 points n din naman.
Pwede po kaya yun?

3. Kung di na ko magclaclaim ng 5points at icoconsider lng ung 1st job which is only 1 yr and half experience, need pa din po ba magbayad RSEA?

4. Magkakaron kaya ng issue kung di ko idedeclare ung work ko dito sa Japan?

@fortunate_engr pag may HAP ID ka na pwede ka na magpa sked for medical.. dipende sa clinic/hospital na pupuntahan mo meron yung online booking, meron din naman na pwede yung walk-in at yung iba need mo tawagan para magpa schedule ng medical.

@macdxb16 thanks po. Un nga pala, Actually may ganyan kami but not the statutory declaration format at di na notarize kasi akala namin sapat na yung sa testimonies ng friends and family namin. Sayang talaga.

Statutory Declarations from us(couple), then family and friends yung icocomplete namin.

With the Statutory Declarations sapat na siguro yun noh? Un lang kasi nakikita ko na strong evidence kasi yung joint account namin was opened less than 6 months pa.

@CroweAltius mas safe kung mag provide ka pa ng maraming evidences. Sayang kase time pag nanghingi ulit sila, na kaya mo naman i provide agad.

@CroweAltius yung statutory mo, covered lahat, kelan kayo nagkakilala, naging mag bf, kelan kayo naging de facto etc. Yung 4 pillars dapat ma satisfy nyo at least may evidence kayo each. Added evidence and mga photos, travel etc. Pero sa tingin ko ang isa sa pinaka importante is yung proof that you are living together for not lower than 12 months unless may sufficient reason why you are not living together. Ex: working sa abroad yung isa or if nasa middle east kayo and hindi allowed mag-sama unless married.

@CroweAltius anong docs po ang sinubmit niyo as evidence of living together? Mag de facto din kasi kami, although wala pa ako sa stage na yan, pinaghahandaan ko lang yung evidences ngayon. hehe.

1. Notarized Affidavit of Cohabitation
2. Notarized Affidavit of Witness
3. Joint Bank Account (more than 12mos)
4. History of De Facto Relationship which includes the following:
- 7 paragraphs stating the history of relationship which I state the 4 pillars needed
- Pictures together (abroad, local, at home)
- Pictures together with family and friends to state that we are recognized by others
- facebook posts, emails, since 2009
- Pictures from my surprise engagement dinner
- Invitation/s from company and friends to come together

Di pa ako granted so I don't know if that's enough.

Pwede ko rin ba malaman yung sinubmit niyo?

@Heprex @MissM Question po. After po ng Medical ano kailangan i attached as proof of medical or no need na kasi nasubmit na nila sa DIBP? nakalagay na kasi sa status (no action required).

Regarding naman sa po sa work experience pero hindi mo naman nilagay sa related nomited occupation, kailangan pa ba magprovide ng COE, SSS?

Hi po. Ask ko lang meron ba dito lately nag upload ng japan police clearance? Need pa ba magpaalam sa CO or pwde na buksan ang envelope to scan & upload? Baka kasi makuha namin while wla pang CO. Thanks in advance. ☺️

Hello guys.. may clarifications lang sana sa 60 days allocated time ng ITA kasama na ba yan ang Medical examination?

Let's say, my ITA expires on Dec 12 and I lodge my visa application on Dec 1 tapos kinontak ako ng CO sa Dec 2. Kailangan ko bang i-accomplish ang Medical exam for 10 days?

@amoj paano po yung notarized affidavit of cohabitation? Iba pa po ba yun sa stat dec namin couple + family and friends na naka indicate sa lahat ng statements kung kelan nag start yung live in namin? and kukuha din kami certificate of residence sa baranggay..

Guyz base sa data na nakuha ko sa immitracker as of Oct. 23, 2017. The latest VISA Lodged Date that either receieved a CO contact nor Direct Grant is September 18. Average days difference between VISA Lodged Date and CO Contact/DG is 34 days.

This could be a reference who those who are waiting for VISA grants or CO Contact from Sep. 18-22 Lodge.

Just giving an info.

@akoaypinoy I dont know. If yung medical siguro yung pagbasehan natin, baka this week. Sep. 18 kami natapos, pero ayun sa emedical, Sep 19 yung submissions sa health to DIBP. Pero lagpas na ako brod. August 26 visa lodged ko. Hehe!

Re: evidence of employment, nag-provide ako sa lahat ng employment ko kahit di ako nag-claim ng points. Much better if you provide everything para malaki ang chance for DG, just my two cent.

@archfsr ako din sir puro ID ang experience ko pero Archi Draftsperson pina assess ko Positive Result naman at na-credit naman entire experience ko sa ID na firm. Importante lang ang title mo is Draftsman/Draftsperson or Cad Designer pwede parin. Di namn kasi strictly for Archi lang ang architectural draftsperson.
