@MLBS Thank you! Nung nag pa assess ka, ECE related ba yung occupation na dineclare mo? Or the fact na B.S. ECE ka (non board passer ako eh), 15 points na agad yung binigay sayo? Tsaka last question.. recently ka lang din na assess or medyo matagal na? Salamat ulit!

@unwell_11 I chose ECE po as my occupation kasi yun degree ko e. 15 points nakuha ko kasi my alma mater belongs to section 1 sa mga schools. Automatic equivalent to AU bachelor degree yung tinapos ko dito, kahit wala akong license na ipakita. Hindi nakukuha yung 15 pts sa course kundi sa school+kung board passer o hindi. I submitted my cdr on august 11 and got the results on Sept.6. Nasa signature ko po lahat ng steps at when ko ginawa.

Hi Guys ask ko ln po humingi po kasi ako ng COE sa previous company ko, it was a 1 year contract position full time 8hrs/day 5 work days. dun po sa coe Nakaindicate yung date pero wala ung full time o ung worked Hours. okay npo ba to sa assessment ? sa ACS po magpapaaassess... salamat sa ssagot.

What to do now that wala na sa list yung profession sa SHORT/ MEDIUM AND LONG skilled visas occupations? would that mean it would be impossible to undergo migration?

Hi everyone. I'm nikki. An ECE grad and currently working as a network engineer for a US telco company based in the Philippines. I was previously a telco engineer at a local telecom company. My total work experience is 5 years.

I would like to seek help since I dont know what's the first step for me to able to process my application. My friends says that I should take IELTS first.

I received ITA last Aug 23. I lodged my visa app last Sept 20. Then I got an email na nagexpire na yung invitation ko. Now, submitted na status nung EOI ko.

Sa ImmiAccount naman, Received ang status ng visa app ko.

Should I be worried?

ask ko lang po. nasa 2nd step napo kami ng visa 190 process which is State nomination. once ma grant sya is visa lodge na. looking ahead lang po, ask ko lang kasi im planning to frontload yun medicals namin. what is the process po ba kapag frontload ang medicals. kindly advice din po any documents pa na pwede i frontload?

@amoj no need to worry ganyan din nangyare saken. the next day i received another message suspending my EOI ang skillselect status was changed from INVITED to LODGED. As long as RECEIVED na ung status ng immiaccount mo then you are good.

Mga sir/madam, help nmn po... me problem ako regarding income tax return. im working now in DPWH pero job order pa lng ako.. so hindi kami entitled na makarecive ng itr kahit na me 13% tax kami na binabayaran, anu kayang equivalent ng itr na pede irequest sa bir para sa mga job orders kagaya ko? i was informed kc na importante ung document na galing sa BIR as proof of employment and paid service.... salamat po...

@nicnac Yes, sa EA ka magpa-assess kung Telecommunications Engineer ang occupation mo. I am also an ECE grad and a Telecoms Engr as well. Sa EA ako nagpa-assess. First, mag take ka muna nag English proficiency test (IELTS/PTE/TOEFL iBT). Then, pag OK na English test mo, pwede ka na magpa-assess sa EA via CDR path.

@den08 hello! Hindi naman necessary na from BIR lang ang 3rd party document na pwedeng ipasa. If wala kang ITR, pwede naman SSS, Philhealth or PAGIBIG contributions. Pwede ring payslip or bank statement na paid worker ka during your tenure.

@nicnac yes. You can either do IELTS or PTE. You'll need to score at least 6 for IELTS or 51-58 for PTE.

@nicnac I have a client with the same occupation and we're in the process of applying for skills assessment with EA. we did consider ACS but from my assessment she was better off applying with EA. it all depends with the tasks that you do and which occupation tasks as per Australian standards match yours.

Can anyone advise me on this. I have all the necessary requirements (PTE Proficient,ACS Positive Result etc). with total of 60 points. Everything is done via an agent (processing with ACS) but we don't have any written agreement etc. My question is, it fine to lodge my EOI by my self since its free besides the agent is charging for this. Please advise as per your EOI lodging experience. Thanks

@pangky_town Better kung hingin mo na lang log-in details ng EOI sa agent. You can create another EOI of course, kaso pano kung mainvite both. sayang ang chances para sa iba, which I don't recommend.

@Heprex - thank you for your advise. I have asked the agent to hold the EOI while waiting for my next PTE. But i just decided and submitted my EOI just now. ;-) Currently i have 60 points for 189 and 65 point for 190. Ma invite kaya of sa 60 points within the next few months or until next year but before july? hahahah.
