    I am just wondering, Why some applicants get their CO Contact/Direct Grant within more or less a month after VISA application LODGED.

    I felt unfortunate na talaga sa application nato since EOI palang, hanggang sa VISA lodge waiting mode for long na naman ang fate.

    @levimervin mag paka bz ka muna sa bagay2. kasi ung araw-araw mo iisipin yang grant, araw-araw ka rin ma dedepress or malulungkot kung walang update. sa case namin, 4months kami bago na grant. at sa 4months na yan, d ko na fefeel ung tagal kasi na bz ako sa bagay2. at si misis na bz rin sa work.

    one thing i learned sa group na toh. is kahit gaano ka tagal yung grant. dadating at dadating talaga yan. hangat walang email na badnews. you're on the right track parin.

    Guys, pa-advice nman po kung ano dapat gawin?

    I generated my HapID in MyHealth Declaration using my old passport. At that time ksi 2 weeks pa bago marelease new passport, saka akala ko pwede na yung local ID. Kakamadali ko, nagpa-appoint ako ng medical.
    Pinabalik ako ni Nationwide clinic for medical after mareceive ko yung new passport.
    Using the referral letter which have details of my old passport, inedit lng nila using my new passport details.

    Ngayon yung na-lodge kong visa, ang status ay "Required examinations not yet determined". Sa tingin ko, yung conflict sa passport details ko sa referral ang problem.

    Ngayon ko narealize na dapat pla di ina-accept ni Nationwide yung referral letter ksi old passport.info nakalagay dun. Dapat naggenerate ako ng new HapID with new.passport details.

    Are there ways to notify DIBP about this? @

    @levimervin Bro, hintay hintay lang. I know someone na 1 year na naghihintay. All documents were front loaded, yet yung first CO contact nya was 3 months after. CO requested for an almost expiring document since yung PCC sa pinanggalingan nya is only 3 months valid. Ganon ang nangyari sa 2nd, 3rd and the latest 4th CO contact nya. Mejo nakakafrustrate and wala talagang nakakaalam kung paano ang exact process and distribution nila ng cases. Buti nalang may mga ganitong forum kung saan pwedeng tumambay at mag vent and hear encouraging words from other applicants. :)

    I feel you! minsan mixed emotion ako pag may nakikita akong na gragrant lalo na yung napaka bilis ng grant. Masaya para sa na grant at nakaka frustrate at depressing at the same time thinking na bakit yung application ko parang nalalaktawan. Going 7th month na yung waiting time ko. sana wag naman umabot ng next year. expired na cguro yung NBI clearance at Medical ko nun.

    Have any of the applicants lived in a country other than the primary applicant's usual country of residence?

    What should I put in the above question?

    Ang sitwasyon ko is I'm working back and forth in Singapore.

    2010 - 2011: Working in Singapore
    2011 - 2012: Back in the Philippines
    2012 - 2014: Working in Singapore
    2014 - 2015: Back in the Philippines
    2015 - current: Working in Singapore

    I'm thinking of these possible answers. Which one is quite appropriate?

    @OZingwithOZomeness your profession doesn’t have to be in the shortage lists basta nasa main list of skilled occupations (Appendix 6) ang profession mo pwede kang mag apply ng Skilled Migrant Category Resident Visa. Common misconception siya... kahit ako noon. kung nasa shortage list ang occupation mo (LTSSL) may bonus points ...
