Hello, ask naman ng help...

Gagawa ako ng Stat Dec for evidence of work experience. Gagamitin ko yung standard form dito: http://www.ag.gov.au/Statutorydeclarations/Pages/Makingastatutorydeclaration.aspx

OK lang ba pumunta kahit anong notary public? Ipapa-sign ko na muna sa manager yung stat dec, pagkatapos ay ipapa-notarize na.

question sa paggawa ng draft ng Certificate of Employment, pano if iba-ibang stages ng position ang dinaanan mo like support 1 then 2 then senior, ilalagay pa ba bawat stage or yung senior stage lang na position?

not sure kung tama pero ako kasi ang nilagay ko dati e yung huling position na nakuha ko sa company. ganun din kasi pag sa mga standard COE ng company e...yung last position held lang ang nilalagay. hehe

@xtine_phil usually need nila nakalagay certified true copy from the original tapos naka notarized. Ako nagpanotary lang dun sa baba ng LRT ng Buendia station. Ang importante may details ng attorney, yung ID nya tapos may book and page number. Ung number ng attorney yun ung verification na need nila.

yung akin kasi...nakalist yung detailed na job descriptions for all my experiences. tapos after nun...naglagay ako ng breakdown ng different project na na-involve ako at kung ano mga contribution ko sa projects na yun. hindi ko sinabi exactly ang position ko for each pero nakikitia dun na sa umpisa...parang puru developer jobs ginagawa ko...hanggang nung huli more on management na. parang ganun.

di naman po gaano importante yung position. basta ang important po e related sa nominated occupation nyo yung mga nakasulat sa employer references nyo.

tama si @hotshot.. if you think na iba ang responsibility ng bawat position, then you have to separate it.. but also consider kung related/closely related ba sya sa nominated occupation mo (this is important in claiming work experience points)

kung pare-pareho nmn ang job description, at iba ibang level lang.. like IT officer 1, 2, 3 or Senior, hindi na sguro dapat paghiwalayin.. they do assessment based on job description..

silly question mga sir... I have 4 years experience as Desktop/Technical Support (in-house IT) then another 1.5 years as Network specialist supporting voice, data, firewalls of AU clients. Eh di ba sa point system, ay minimum of 3 years to qualify for 5 points. So kung ipa-assess ko ay 263112 NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR, eh di bagsak na ako. Pede ba ma count yung 4 years ko as Tech support? Pede kaya siya sa 263111 COMPUTER NETWORK AND SYSTEMS ENGINEER?

Need your opinions mga sir lalo na dun sa mga nag pa-assess ng Network na ANZSCO..

@goofalotatots... Based on the answers that I read from our fellows here, if you can tailor the job description/roles and responsibilities from being a Desktop/Technical Support to fit against the Computer Network and Systems Engineer as detailed from the site I believed you will be fine. But of course, make sure you have done those things since you will ask your HR or your manager to checked/signed your COE. ASC will also verify it by calling the contact number(s) indicated on your submitted COE.

Hi Guys, I'm working on my ACS Assessment now and I am on the Relevant Experience section. The page is asking me to upload documents pertaining to each Employment Position. I've only been in 1 company and had different positions thus I only have 1 Cert of Employment and Compensation. Questions:

1. Do I need to upload the same documents for each position?
2. Or should I just upload once and set up an entry for each positions Ive undergone without uploading any docs?

DIAC's point system on work experience is based on related or closely related work experience.. what's the definition of closely related? if they belong to the same UNIT GROUP (ANSZCO Code - first 4 digits)... so in your case.. since pareho silang 2631 (263111 and 263112), ma-count sya together...

but of course, the easiest way is to follow the usual suggestion.. same as @casperforu..

Thanks @amcasperforu & @lock_code2004. By the way, meron na akong COE hindi nga lang naka indicate ang JD. How about I create my own JD then with a sworn affidavit ng Lead/Manager ko? O mas maganda talaga yung galing sa company complete with JD and letterhead

Hello...Yung managers sa company ay ayaw ring mag-sign ng affidavit or stat dec na may list of duties/responsibilities. Pwede kayang project team mate na lang? O pwede kaya na hindi manager pero senior employee naman? Thanks!

- you both have the same case.. and pareho din ng marami na nandito.. if you just back read.. eto ang summary:

- yes maganda talga kung galing sa company HR..
- pero pwede nmn na gumawa na lang kayo, (hingi/copy nyo ang company letterhead), then papirmahan sa kung sino man ang pwede (manager,supervisor, or senior colleague)..
- make sure na kung sino ang pipirma, they are aware na pwede sila tawagan ng DiAC/Assessing Body to verify kung anu mang ang pinirmahan nila..

Hi Guys, hope someone can help me with this. I've submitted my application for ACS yesterday and it is currently on Stage 3 as of this writing. The Assessor sent me an email asking to upload the following:

Certified consolidated copy of the complete and final academic transcript for your degree.
Certified copy of detailed employer references from my company

Those documents were uploaded individually (per page). I'm not sure what else they need.

For Education, here's what I've submitted:
Diploma / TOR / Course Description and another Diploma for my Elective Class

For Experience:
I've been working with our company for more than 10 years and have had several titles. The CoE that I've uploaded is consolidated which means it includes all the needed information from my first job title till the current. I've created each entry for my title and divided my COE according to the CoE:

Example:

Title 1: uploaded pages 1 - 2 out of 9
Title 2: uploaded pages 3 - 4 out of 9
Title 3: uploaded pages 5 - 6 out of 9 and etc

Do you think I should upload all documents per title or I just leave my current post and include all the documents there?

@Geoff - eto ang hula ko na gusto nilang gawin mo..

a) Certified consolidated copy of the complete and final academic transcript for your degree.
- baka they want you to submit the documents in one file (consolidated)..
- example: TOR and Diploma in one file... not per page as you mentioned..

b) Certified copy of detailed employer references from my company
- are the uploaded COE notarized?
- baka kasi hindi sila sure kung notarized nga..
- or baka gusto nila consolidated din (not per page)

double check mo ulit ang mga na-upload mo na documents against their requirements, and then the best thing is to reply to them and clarify what they really need from you..

Do you think current position na lang ilagay ko and then change ko yung From and To Date (covering from my first position till current pero using my current position)? Or leave it break down and upload consolidated Cert of Employment na lang for each position?

if you're not too sure kung ano talaga gusto nila ipagawa, you could always ask them for clarifications para malinaw. email mo lang yung assessor...mabait naman sila (at least for my case before).

@hotshot Hi, I just got a word from them. Consolidated daw ang hinihingi and needs to be uploaded daw on all relevant positions. Ang worry ko lang, e parepareho lang ang naka attach dun in case. Nagbago lang ang mga positions and dates.

kung ganun naman po talaga...na same talaga ginagawa nyo sa iba't ibang positions, you could just explain it to them. kasi yun naman ang totoo. ok lang po yun.

@hotshot Hi, actually not same JD. What I meant was, same file, kase yung Cert of Employment ko ay sama sama for 9 pages with different titles and Job Description. Same company lang kase ako for 10 years. Kay binreak down ko per pages nung una kong ginawa.

@hotshot Haha ako din naguluhan sa kanya. Anyway, what I did is consolidate all multiple pages documents in a single file and upload it once again. I also sent it through email since she asked for it as well. So far, Stage 4 na since yesterday. Hopefully, positive siya. Thanks

I'm not sure if natanong na dito (and sorry kung naulit), just want to know if kelangan ba naka redribbon yung mga docs na isubmit for ACS or enough na yung notarized certified true copy ng lawyer yung mga docs? Thanks!
