good noon... ask ko lang po regarding sa syllabus... ako lang kasi gawa ng syllabus ko based on my TOR then pa statutory declaration ko na lang... need po na may details pa about pre-requisite subjects, total hours?

@Diana__Jane Hindi po, yung mga core subjects lang na nasa list ng cpa australia. Yung mga minor subjects, di na yun.

@benjfabian I'm a migration agent so I didn't personally apply but I've handled a number of cases with accountant as occupation. Yes, clients just submit copies from their respective universities.

Sino rito nakaexperience magclaim ng more years of experience sa EOI kaysa sa nakalagay sa CPA Australia assessment?

@madamA it might be tricky if you're planning to do this. Though it doesn't mean DIBP won't consider your claim beyond what CPAA has assessed, you just need to present very good evidence to support your claim. Don't forget that CPAA assess skills and skilled employment based on DIBP requirements so the assessment outcome would most likely be the most accurate one. Be mindful that overlclaiming your points during EOI may result to visa refusal.

@benjfabian pag bag apply ka na ng assessment, ask ka nila ng ga docs na needed pati kong pano ang pagkasunod sunod. yes, scan copy, pdf file. e mail mo sa kanila per instruction nila. pati file name may instruction kong ano dapat I name mo. yes PUP ako.

@ajj_gonz636 for IELTS - academic, up to you kong alin ang prefer mo both results are acceptable naman sa CPAA.

@Blackmamba i did this route. costly and hopeful to be worth it. am currently at 75 points still waiting for ITA. IMHO, you do this if none of your current points will decrease on the 2 years that you will undergo student visa.

@agentKams Di naman po magdecrease pero naiinip na kasi ako at natatakot baka magiba ang policy at least mas madali na if andyan na kami. Pwede po pashare ng naging process niyo and if you could share your story.

@Blackmamba whether you stick to your plan or apply for a student visa as an alternative, you'll be in the same situation if rules change. In fact, you'll be most likely worse off on a student visa.

@Blackmamba if you are planning to study accounting here then its going to be same. It is very hard for accountants and auditors to get an invite unless the person has 80 points dahil sa sobrang dami ng nsa queue.

@Au_Vic thanks for the advise, if that’s the case di ko nalang muna iforce and will just wait it out and pray. Sana di pa mawala ang accountants or di naman sobrang tumaas masyado ang points.
