Hi guys!

Sorry another question/s, we've read the following documents from ACS website:
- Application Checklist
- Skills Assessment Guidelines for Applicants - August 2017
- Summary of Criteria - 2017

And eto po ang na-conclude namin na REQUIREMENTS na ipasa for SKILLS ASSESSMENT sa ACS:
1) NSO Birth Certificate or Passport
2) Diploma
3) TOR
4) COE - Detailed COE, with duties and responsibilities (as Employment Reference)

-- But nung nagpa-assess ako sa isang Migration Agency, sabi nila need din ng:
5) CV (Australian Format)
6) Payslips (current and past payslips - which is weird??)
7) Training Certificates
8) Certification (SAP certified or ITIL certified)

Questions/Help Needed:
a.) Is numbers 5 to 7 true? Planning to submit by second week of February na po.
b.) May namiss ba akong documents na need? BS-IT Grad from Sec 1 school.
c.) Is there someone here who submitted Third Party Statutory document (with or without submitting COE) ?

Sagutin ko lang po yung mga alam ko from my end, nag proprocess pa lang din po ako ng requirements

3) Check the attached (ANZSCO Code Information - 2017 V4) - yan po yung occupation list na may job description para you can check which 'code' applies to you.
5) Try niyo po humingi ng "Detailed" COE. Kasi samin po, generic talaga binibigay, pero nung sinabi ko po na need ng 'detailed with duties and responsibilities', pinayagan naman po pero need ng approval ng previous manager. CTC is Certified True Copy (?)

6) Depende po sainyo, magkaiba po kasi format nila ng exam. Alam ko pa lang po sa PTE is computer based. (Planning to take this by March)
While IELTS (4 Sections: Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking), yung Writing and Speaking are assessed and graded by IELTS professional checker. 9.0 yung highest score na pwede mo po maachieve sa IELTS.
You need at least 7.0 per section (not average) to accumulate 10 points sa assessment.

@HELEN28 - salamat po Ma'am. Malaking bagay po ung reference na attachment na naishare nyo saken. Major concern ko is the COE na generic ang binigay saken. I guess, I will demand or request including the title and job description. I am IT Professional for more than 12 years. Last year, I had an assignment at Adelaide for 3months sa office namen doon. I had a temporary working visa back then and I had a tourist visa 2 yrs ago.

Graduated at FEU-East Asia College as BSIT. meron po bang points yung school and the course completed?

Thank you. Sana may makasabay ako dito sa pagproseso for AU visa.

@twickn29zero Opo sir.
Meron po sila tinatawag na "Section 1/Section 2/3" school. May factor po yun pag nagpa-assess kayo sa ACS. Although di ko pa po yun nagawa, pero yun po ang nalaman ko sa pagbabasa.

Eto po check niyo po ulit etong attachments na to.
Ang advice po nila dito sakin is - if Section 1 school, most likely comparable siya sa Australia education.

Para po malaman yung section ng university, meron po may access sa list na yun dito sa forum. (May bayad po kasi)

Bale if nagsisimula pa lang po kayo tulad ko, siguro ayusin niyo na nga po yung COE kasi isa sa requirements yun ng ACS po. Nandito lahat sa document na to "Skills Assessment Guidelines for Applicants " yung process.

Question:
5. Hindi naman need na AU format.. yung pinasa ko is yung CV na pinapasa ko sa mga company.
6. Hindi ako nagpasa ng payslip
7. for me no need but if you hindi naman hassle sayo just attach it na lang
8. if you are certified in any IT related and makakatulong sa application mo attached mo na lang din.

Hello po .
Question po, meron na po bang naka experience na magpa re assess? Reason is, you have additional working years experience. Paano po ang process na ginawa ninyo?

Maraming salamat in advance sa kung sino mang sasagot.

@markedino is same company yung additional exp mo no need for re-assessment pero if magkaibang company need mo magpa re-assess

Hi, just a question po. May ACS na po ako pero nag change ako ng work this year . Paano po pala to? Do I need to update my EOI tapos ok lang ba di ako mag file ng new ACS? or Dapat update ko EOI and ACS at the same time? Medyo mahal lang kasi ACS pag uupdate ko eh. Thank you po.

@pmond as far as I know, if you’re claiming points for your new work, you need to do ACS re-assessment. Then if not, hindi na po need.

Quick question lang po, I just got ACS result. It states that employment after December 2009 is considered to equate to work at an appropriately skilled level and relevant to 263111. Lumalabas kasi 7 years and 11 months lang ang experience ko since Dec 2017 ako nagpasa. Maari kaya mag pareview ang additional 2 months sa current employer ko or do I need to add previous work experience kasi last 10 years lang pinasa ko? TIA

@liamisaac pwede ka mag claim ng points sa work exp from Jan 2010 to present. kung same company ka pa din naman at hindi pa lumipat pwede mo na iadd yung Jan2018 at mag pasa ka na lang ng updated COE once invited ka na.

@Hunter_08 Thanks for the prompt response. Yan nga rin inisip ko kaso ang prob magsstart na ako sa new work ko sa Feb 12, di ko sure kung sapat na siya. Or pede naman ako magpareview which is additional payment and waiting time para idagdag ko work experience ko sa pinas.

@liamisaac kung gusto mo magpa review at least mag more than one month ka sa new work mo.. at hihingi ka din dun ng COE with JD.

@Hunter_08 salamat! So di ko na pala kailangang dagdagan rin kasi ang nilagay ko lang yung past 10 yrs experience pinasa ko. ,Yung prior nun nung asa pinas pa, di ko na sinama. Technically kung effective Jan 2010 ang nacredit by right kung mag lodge ako eoi today 8 years na experience ko tama po ba?

@liamisaac if same company just provide the updated COE and you can claim from Jan2010- present.

Patulong po.

Meron akong friend na gusto sana mag pa assess sa ACS. ang problema ay di sya makakuha ng COE or referral sa dati nyang company sa Dubai. Di sya nirreplyan ng HR or ng dati nyang boss. Wala naman na sya kakilala doon kasi nagpsipag resign na rin sila. Nag aask sana sya ng Affidavit sa mga dati nyang ka work pero di rin sya nirreplyan.

Meron bang ibang way na pwede syang gawin?

@markedino sorry to say pero affidavit lang ang way kung hindi sya bigyan ng COE with detailed description. pero dapat meron pa din sya generic COE ng dati nyang company.

Hello po,

I almost have all the requirements needed for ACS Assessment hinihintay ko na lang copy ng transcript and Diploma. I just have a few questions sana may sumagot ilang beses na ata ako nag post sa group walang sumasagot sakin huhu

1. My background is mostly application support and service management (ITIL, process improvements, a little bit of project and BA din). I'm confused whether to apply for Systems Analyst or ICT Support Engineer.
2. Is it not a good time na to have my skills assessed since February na and may palabas na naman na SOL sa July? kaya lang worried naman ako na baka by July wala na yung mga ANZCSO codes that I'm applying for. any advice po?
3. Yung Notary po dapat po ba may nakalagay talaga na Certified True Copy of the Original? yung sakin kasi yung normal stamps lang ng notaryo. Also lahat ba ng pages dapat may stamp and pirma or pwede dry seal lang and sa last page lang may signature and details ng notary?
4. According to this group Section 1 si Centro Escolar University Manila section 1 pa rin po ba si CEU at this time?

hi guys.

anyone here reapplied to ACS with another nominated occupation? I previously applied as Software Engineer and now will apply as Web Developer.

I tried creating a new application and all the files from my previous application is already there. I want to change them because I created an updated version of my COEs to fit to my new application but there is no delete button or something.

Edited:
I found a post in expatforum related to my dilemma. They said that there is no way to delete my old files and they suggested to change all the information in my current account with some dummy info and create a totally new account. Is this safe? I mean my previous result still have the same info.

@jaceejoef maski ba new application nandun pa din yung mga old files and info mo? if thats the case maybe i would suggest to create another account with different email address para ma refresh yung mga details.

@Hunter_08 yup, nandun lahat ng old files pag gagawa ng new application. lahat ng info and uploaded files from previous application pre-filled sa new application.

Hi Guys,

Na-assess na ako as AQF Associate Degree with major in computing.

Kung mag aral ba ako ng ng 1 year (2 semester) post graduate diploma, magbabago kaya ang associate degree ko to bachelor's degree?

BS-IT pala tinapos ko from Letran.
