Hi, ask lang po if you were able to click the review and confirm button after submitting the uploaded documents, then did you proceed to the payment button too? Will vetassess review our submission first before we can proceed to payment? I just submitted my documents online and "no submitted application has been made" pa rin ang nakasulat sa view applications. Would appreciate any help here. Thanks po.

Hello! Ask ko lang po baka po may nakakaalam sainyo kung ano po pwedeng work for graduates ng master of public health? May manegerial level po sa sol related sa "health" assessed by vetassess kaso not sure po kung pwede yun sa public health. If you have any ideas po, kindly share. Thank you so much po

Hi! Will there be any issue sa assessment kapag nag-overlap ung 2 work mo ng 5 days? I filed a VL na for the last 5 days sa 2nd job ko para makapagstart sa 3rd, kaya nag-overlap sila.

Hello, I'm new here. Ask ko lang if nasasagad ung 10-12 weeks na waiting time for the result ng full skill assessment sa vet assess? Ano kaya earliest nila? Thinking of having a priority assessment. Thanks!

@darkmage 12-16 weeks mostly. If you're on the Express route for (most) General Skilled Migration, then you'll have your assessment in a month.

@ricadcruz i don't think it will matter. will the COE show yun start at end date mo for both company kaya ka worried? kung di naman makikita, i would suggest lagay mo yun last day mo before you take the VL.

@heero_yuy51 I will shoot them an email tonight. Another reason why i want to go for priority processing is my current employer, the coe given to me states that it is good for 60 days lang. And if the result can take up to 4 months it will expire my worry is that it will further slow down the progress and i might need to get a new coe with an updated date. My current employer naman does not want to issue an open dated letter. And it is such a long process to get a new one since approvals are needed pa because the type of letter is not usual. What do you think? That is my major concern.

@darkmage Even if valid lang ang COE mo for 60 days, they will contact your superior/employer at some point. So no need to worry about the validity of the COE.

@darkmage employment letter expiry...I've never encountered such from all the letters we've received from our clients. I find it strange na may expiry date sya when it's actually not going to change anything at all. Expired or not, your employment history remains the same. It's not like medical or police clearance na after the expiry date e possible circumstances might have changed on the applicant. Hence the need to do those clearances again.

@darkmage i don't think it will matter yun expiry ng COE. weird lol, di naman nag expire yun experience mo e. Anyways, based sa experience ko, yun COE na ginamit ko is dated way way back before ako nag pa assess. Same lang din na COE na ginagamit ko kapag nag apply ako ng bagong work. Nagamit ko naman and positive assessment.

@RheaMARN1171933 active pa kasi ako sa current employer ko. And valid lang for 60 days un tapos request nalang ulet. But the 2 previous employers ko no expiry date since di na ako active employee sa kanila. That is how most of coe letters na nakuha ko even before as long active may expiry cya. I think the reason why there is an expiry is to avoid using the letter anytime even if you are no longer connected sa comp. the impression is you are still connected with them if open dated cya. Anyways i hope it would not be a problem.

Basis of entry course?
sa Hours per Week, wala kasi definite hours per week, ano po nilagay nyo?
Additional Course Requirements: Nilagay nyo pa ba yun Thesis and OJT or leave it blank nalang?

eto yun mga sagot ko sa application ko.

normal entry requirement: University Entrance Exam
normal length of full time course: 10 semesters
normal length of semester: 4 months
hours per week: 60 ( i assumed or remember that since 6 days per week at 10 hours per day sa school)

additional course requirement:

OJT: NO (since wala naman talaga ako OJT) i dunno now. iba pa yun 2 years na mag pa sign tayo sa book for the board exam

thesis: Yes (16 weeks)

A major project: no

Activity details: dinetalye ko dito kasama yun previous semester where i did my pre thesis.
lagay mo lang kung paano ka nag reseach, kung may site visit, nag interview, kelan ka nag start gumawa ng presentation drawings. yun dates kahit hind definite. like early march to last week of may, mga ganun. or around January/February.

What if yun first employer which is a small construction company lang, 12+ years back wala ka ng contact and email. pero my certificate of employment ka with letterhead lang. pero wala proof like sss. 2 years din sya kaya gusto ko include sana.. any idea po? thanks.

Hello again everyone. I am about to submit my application for my skills assessment but i have questions regarding the information they are requiring. I am a little unsure of what I need to do under Employment. Do i really need to provide a specific name of my manager/supervisor and their contact details? Can I just place the HR and their contact details shall they need to call them? I ask because i do not have contacts sa 1st employer ko with any of my supervisors. And sa current employer ko naman secret kasi na nag aapply ako for skilled visa. I hope someone can guide me here. Thanks in advance.

Hi bago lang po dito sa forum plan po ko magpa-assess sa vetasses bs architecture po ako dito sa pinas nagstart po ako ng work as CADD works from 2012-2013 then eventually naging architectural coordinator ngyon po project in charge na po and position ko. Ano po bang work and in line sa akin nbsa ko po kasi may madali magrant and archi draftperson.. Kaya plan ko po architectural draftperson ang ipapaasses ko sa vetasses pero un nklagay po s mga supporting docs ko like payslip is project in charge ndi po ba mgkakaron ng conflict un.. Confirm ko lang po? need help.

1. regarding license, ang include lang ba dun license from PRC, what if driving license abroad as a proof of my residency.
2. How about the training courses (Autodesk short courses), which part po ng vetasses sya pwede include.
3. what if 312111 ok lang ba include yun membership sa PMI (Project Management Institute) or magkakaconflict kasi for project management sya?
4. Employer 1(already closed) may Cert of Employment, SSS & Philhealth contribution, Company ID. Since closed na yun company I can only provide the personal mobile number and email ng previous supervisor ko.
5. Employer 2 (3 months exp) - my cert of employment, same parin ang company address and contact no., with sss & philhealth contribution pero un ngsign ng certificate ko wala na ako contact. sya parin ba ilalagay ko sa company details.
6. Do I need to put the ext phone sa company details. or the main line is enough. Suggestion kasi ng HR manager namin sa ext nalang sya tawagan if ever, pero wala kasi area for ext.

@darkmage yes you need to provide a specific contact person kung saan maveverify nila ang employment details at job roles mo.

Mga master i need your confirmation. Kasi naitapon ko yun signed contract ko from my previous employer for 8yrs. Dun kasi nakaindicate yun salary. Working hours. If full time.. Ang remaining docs ko lng COE generic. 3 payslips. Bank statement indicating my salary.Residence visa in my passport. Emirates id. labor card. Company id. Salary indicated in my employment cert address to US embassy for visit. Entry permit with airline ticket. Promotion letter. Ang reference person ko ilalagay ko un one of the hr coordinator since terminated na yun hr manager who signed my COE. My pdf file ako ng job description with letterhead pero wlang signature. Nakuha ko lang sya sa company intranet before. Naisave ko rin yun memo before regarding working hours issued by Department Manager.
Enough na ba yun docs ko for vetasses?
Kelangan ko pa ba magsubmit ng stat.dec to prove my job description and working hours?
