Hello po sainyo. Pwd po pahingi ng sample na ginawa nyong affidavit? Kasi mag appeal Po ako para don sa 1 company na di nila naconsidered.

Another question po pala don sa EOI, ilan max na pwd I tick don for type of visa? Okay lang ba na dalawa like 189 and 190? Or dapat separate eoi sila?

Additional question regarding the Affidavit or Statutory Declaration from former colleague, kailangan ba na employed parin yung former colleague kung saan kayo nagging workmates?

@rurumi mas preferred kung empolyed pa doon sa company kung san kayo nagkawork para at least yung email at designation ng tao is still relevant to your previous employer... you can choose to have someone who is not related to the company pero note that Statutory declaration in general has less weight than traditional COEs provided by the company itself

Papa-aassess rin ako sa ACS, kanino niyo po pinaaddress yung COE? Since hinahanap rin ng HR ni HP yung "Addressee Name and Addressee Details" - hope you can share. thanks

Hi! May question lang ako.. what will happen if magtake effect ang TSS this coming March? for 457 lang ba yun? What will will happen to STSOL Occupations? Wala na ba chance to apply for 190 and 489? Does it mean na 2 yrs nalang validity ng visa kasi Short Term lang? Pakiexplain naman po.. Naguluhan ako. Thanks in advance:-)

@rurumi @Heprex Hello po, from HP din ako, resigned last 2015 and yes nung umalis ako HP pa sya. Ask ko lang sanyo kung kayo ba ang main visa applicant? Kasi planning plang kami ng husband ko at sya ang main applicant. If ever, need ko din ba mag present ng documents from previous work? Stay at home mom nlang ako since I resigned eh. Thanks sa sasagot.

@AustralianDreamVisa Hello, thank you for this information. I will look for another colleague who still works there. I will also submit a generic COE from the company on top of the Statutory Declaration. It's just that the company does not provide a customized COE with the Roles and Responsibilities. They only provide the one with the full time employee and employment dates details. COE + Statutory Declaration is still ok, right? Just like what @Heprex did before.

@HELEN28 hello, i was told by an agent that its best to submit payslips as additional proof of employment but this is during Visa Application already. I was just collecting them at this point so when I get there, they are ready

@HELEN28 Sorry I missed you other question. Regarding the COE addressee, I will be submitting the one HP provided me when I resigned. It is a generic COE for whatever purpose you use it. I assume it is still okay since it's still a COE.

Hi everyone! Currently filling out the 17-page online lodge form, and may tanong lang po ako tungkol sa "Description of Duties" under "Employment History". Can this be in bullet form? Pwede bang kopyahin na lang yung nasa COE?

Also, ano dapat yung end date na ilalagay sa current job?

Pahabol question po pala. Sabi sa instruction ng website, "A partial date can be entered in the 'end date' field of the applicant's current employment", so dapat ba maglagay ng end date sa current job? Or can it be left blank like sa EOI?

Hi everyone! My ITA expires on March 4. Balak ko na sana magpa-medical tomorrow. Kaya lang, 2 days ago, sumakit breast cysts ko. So kanina, I went to see a surgeon. I have to do sonomammogram, mammography, and possibly, excision next week.

Should I proceed with the medical tomorrow (kahit alam ko may makakapa sila na cyst)? Or after na lang the excision once cleared na? Kaya lang, if after the excision, after March 4 ko pa mako-complete ang medicals ko. And baka maging issue sa kanila yung scar ko from the excision.

@rurumi Not sure if you got your answers on your queries but I can relate to you. What I did was I asked for a proof for the name change ng previous company ko (like ung Company registration na ni-file ng HR/Finance sa Securites and Exchange Commission- (not sure cnu ngpa-file, my bro-in-law just happened to be the the Senior Finance Staff there kaya nakakuha ako effortlessly..hehehe). My payslips and COE were all with the new company name letterhead. Even nung humingi ako copy ng previous ITRs ko, using new company name na. Wala nmn naging problema sa skills assessment ko sa EA. I guess as long as you can prove that they are both same companies , wala nmn cguro problema.

Hi thecavz, pina assess ko yung akin through ACS (Australia Computer Society) since I'm a developer programmer and yet hindi naman kami hiningan ng Income Tax Form for skills assessment. I'm not sure sa skills assessment when it comes to engineers. Anyone please help.

Has anyone of you submitted a document for visa application, and yet ang naka indicate sa document mo is "for employment purposes only", but then inaccept parin nila when you submitted it for visa application?

(And yeah i am aware of the phrases "for travel purposes only" and "for visa application only").

I'm just kidding. I think so bro, oo most likely. You need to have muna a skills assessment in order to assess kung anong equivalent job sa Australia yang work mo sa pinas. By that, you need to submit requirements such as your diploma and school transcript (Qualifications) as well as your Certificate of Employment/Employment References (Work Experience) of each of your companies sa corresponding assessing agency.
