@lenita Do you mean work sponsorship? Dadaan ka pa siyempre ng interview then they have to call your referees then ireready yung contract mo, then signing then lodging of your papers tapos wait ng grant. Once na nalodge siya if onshore makakakuha ka ng bridging visa, depende sa current na visa mo kung allowed ka to work or not. Sometimes, you would have to wait for the current visa to expire before the bridging visa comes into effect para makapagwork ka or kung magrant ka that’s the time na pwede ka ng magstart ng work. Kung ibibase sa DIBP website around 5mos to 11mos waiting time.

Thank you for your email regarding the progress of your application. I have assessed your application and as your residential address is overseas and you cannot meet the proof of identity requirements you will be required to verify your identity at an AHPRA office. I have forwarded your application to my delegate for decision and you will be sent a notice of in-principle registration subject to meeting ID requirements. I should be able to send you the notice early next week.

@aj.skywalker Sana nag-submit ka ng application mo in person sa AHPRA office after BP. You are simply required to report to any AHPRA office when you get back to Au to verify your identity and finish the registration process.

    http://www.ahpra.gov.au/registration/registration-process/common-application-forms.aspx
    Presenting in person
In-principle approval may be granted to applicants who have applied from overseas and have provided only the minimum evidence of identity with their application. These applicants are required to come in person to any AHPRA office with their proof of identity documents for an ID check. If the Certificates of Registration Status (CORS) / Certificates of Good Standing (COGS) or International Criminal History Checks provided with the application have expired a statutory declaration may need to be completed.

Statutory declarations for expired Certificate of Registration Status (CORS) or Certificate of Good Standing (COGS)
Certificates of Registration Status (CORS) or Certificates of Good Standing (COGS) are valid for three months from date of issue.

If the CORS/COGS submitted with an application expires before an applicant presents in person they may be required to provide a statutory declaration, signed before an approved witness, to affirm their registration/standing with the relevant health profession regulatory authority.

Please note that there may be occasions when an applicant is required to arrange for the registration body to send a new certificate to AHPRA before registration can be finalised.

@aj.skywalker According sa ANMAC website, yung Modified Skills Plus ang pathway for those with "in-principle registration".

    https://www.anmac.org.au/skilled-migration-services/modified-plus-skills-assessment
If you are not registered in Australia as a registered nurse or a registered midwife but hold a current letter of 'Notice of in principle approval of registration subject to proof of identity' from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) you qualify for a Modification PLUS Skills Assessment.

Purely assessment lang naman ang role ng ANMAC, so they will assess you based on the documents you submit. The "points" will still be determined by the CO who will eventually handle your case when you apply for the visa.

I remember halos kasabayan tayong nagpo-post dun sa allnurses last year... hehe

Good day po ask lang po regarding registration after mag bridging. May nagsabi po kasi sakin na pwede pong gamitin for registratiom yung statutory declaration instead of getting ICHC again?

And within NSW lang po kayo nagapply? Hehe.. Salamat po.

You will receive an email from ANMAC confirming receipt of your application and payment. If you have not received this email within 24 hours of applying online or are having difficulty uploading your supporting documentation, please contact us.

As to the LOD, last time it was still on paper and sent to my address as indicated when I applied for assessment. No idea if this time it will still be paper or electronic copy since the assessment status can now be viewed online.

Question what if hindi ka makapag bigay ng character reference for ANMAC from one of your previous employers?Example.

@aj.skywalker submitted Nov 17 and received LOD dated Jan 9, so that's around 7 weeks... but I guess yung delay was more due to the Christmas holidays.
