@ishtar Actually sa tingin ko no bearing naman kung employed ka or not since ang main purpose mo is to study a short course, so presupposed na either on leave ka sa current work or resigned. Ang magbibigay ng weight para ma-grant is yung invitation/acceptance ng school sa program na pag-aaralan mo.

@ishtar Hmmm... I tend to look at it this way... Your eventual long term goal is to be a resident or even a citizen, right? If you don't follow the terms/limitations in your current visa grant bear in mind that you will be going through the Department of Home Affairs in your next steps toward your goal. Should you be caught, and you will, unless you live in the bushlands with minimal contact with civilization, you will be deported and put into the lookout list.

I may even venture to conclude that first generation migrants tend to be more law abiding and contributory to society because their goal is to find a better future for them and their families.

Just my two cents.

Hello, hoping someone can help with me with my concerns. I had a 1 year multiple visa that expired last March 10. I used it twice last year to visit my boyfriend (who is Australian). I am planning to visit again this May, but I also have a pending application for GSM 190 visa.

I'm still currently employed in Manila, but I was wondering if there's a chance that I will be denied given that I have a work visa application pending.

For reference, I have multiple schengen visas and an active US visa right now (tourist, 10 years validity). Not sure if that will help my case.

Good afternoon po,

Ask ko lang po, sabay po kasi ako nag pass ng tourist visa application namin ng wife ko last Wednesday 7 March. Nagsend po sila kinabukasan sakin ng email na nareceive na nila application ng wife ko po. Yung receipt of application po. Pero yung sakin po until now wala pa po. Normal po ba yun? Is there anything I need to do? Both po samin hindi kailangan ng Health Assessment nacheck ko na po.

Also, can I upload pa po family photos sa family comp? pahabol nlng po?

@sweet_lady you need to apply for Health declaration sa immiaccount para magkaroon ka ng Hap ID# kasi you will need this for the medical. In Manila, 2 lang nagpprovide ng medical which is St. Lukes Global and NHIS in Salcedo, Makati

@aj.skywalker once received, dapat may na receive ka ng receipt of application. im not sure what happened there. maybe check the email that you used?

anyway about uploading more documents, you can do so once na receive na. just have to 'view the application' and sa left side may upload documents na option. good luck

Hi po, nagcheck po ako email ngayon, meron na po grant yung wife ko ng visitor visa, ako po wala padin po, eh kung tutuusin po ako po ang mas may kailangan pumunta ng Australia kasi po pinagpepersonal appearance ako ng AHPRA dun which nilagay ko po na document sa documents ko. Yung email po same email naman po samin ng wife ko, same nga lang po immiaccount din yung ginamit ko po. Pwede po kaya ako mag follow up sa kanila?

Uhm, chineck ko din po immiaccount, sa wife ko po nakalagay na na finalised, sakin po received padin po.

Pero wala po tlga ako nareceive na receipt of application po.

Hello everyone.. question po ako, refused kase yung visa application ko subclass 600 tv. Me naklagay dun right merits to review. Pag ganun po ba pag na review me chance na bawiin ang refusal?
2nd question po, kelan po pwed mag re-apply ng tourist visa ulut pag na refused?

@sanrafael you can reapply immediately. There's no "cool off" period. Ask ko lang what reason ng refusal mo?

Yung employement ko daw sa company parang short. Almost a year. Naghahanap ng iba ties sa Phl na babalik ako.me invitation letter ako from my sister. Eh yung merits to review po na nakalagay pwed ba yun mabago yung desiyon sa visa application ko?

@sanrafael hmm. so sabi ng refusal na may merits to review? can you copy paste the exact words? well in that case, pwede ka ata mag submit additional docs. you can ask the embassy, active ata sila sa facebook. or maybe call? Check this link out.

@sanrafael first job nyo po ba? ano po yung sinubmit nyo na evidence of employment? baka po makatulong if you have a letter from your company saying that you have approved leave of absence and that you "have a commitment to come back to your job".

Hi! Need your inputs po sana regarding my tourist visa application via Immiaccount. I have already submitted my application when I realized that I answered NO when asked whether or not I had visa refusal or cancellation before. I thought the question was only referring to Australia and not any other country. I was not granted Korean visa 4 years ago. So on that same day that I submitted my application, I filled out Form 1023 to correct the information given. Do you think this will affect the outcome of my application? I have been around 9 Asian countries in the last 6 years. I am working in the government now and have enough savings/show money in my bank certificate. Thanks in advance for your comments.

Good day mates, may tanong lang po ako regarding sa tourist visa. na grant po ako ng 1 year visa with multiple entries, pero pwde lng po mgstay s austrlia ng 3 months.nsa sydney po ako ngyn, ksama si misis student po sya, uuwi po ako sa may 27, ask ko lng po kng kelan po ako pwde bumalik ult s sydney?pwde po ba after a week? o dpt po months?
