Thank you in advance sa reply! :) God Bless

@RheaMARN1171933 what does it mean by "assessed positively" basta po ba ang nakalagay sa ACS letter ay "suitable for migration"? Thank you po.

@Mizai01 not really. You still need to satisfy four areas - financial, domestic, emotional, ongoing

@jeffasuncipn your EOI has to be consistent with the evidences you will be providing in the visa application stage. Be careful that if you put in de facto, this means cohabitation for at least 12 months. Engaged doesn’t mean anything to DHA. In case you get an invite prior to getting married, be prepared to show relationship evidences. Otherwise, you just have to update your EOI to married after your wedding.

@jeffasuncipn if you get invited prior to your wedding and you indicated de facto kayo, then you must provide evidences of de facto relationship. You cannot simply provide a marriage certificate when you indicated that you’re in a de facto relationship. If you’re unsure of what to do, you might just want to lodge your EOI after your wedding when you can truthfully claim that you are married.

    Good luck.

@RheaMARN1171933 by domestic you mean nagsama talaga for some time? We can provide evidences of our relationship financially, emotionally, and ongoing. I am particularly concerned dun sa domestic since my gf went to study in au last september pa. I saw this https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/about/corporate/information/fact-sheets/35relationship that's why I would like to confirm din.

    Thank you!

@Mizai01 answer to your question is in the link you provided

    Living together

Living together is regarded as a common element in most on-going relationships. It is recognised that, for various reasons, couples may sometimes have to live apart. Provided the separation is temporary and the couple had, at some point since commencement of the relationship lived together, their relationship might still satisfy the requirements of a de facto relationship.
For this reason, the one year relationship criterion does not require the couple to have physically lived together for the entire 12 months, but rather to have been in a de facto relationship for that period.
Partners who are currently not living together may be required to provide additional evidence that they are not living separately and apart on a permanent basis in order to satisfy the requirements of a de facto relationship.

Hello po, balak rin po namin ng partner ko makuha ang 5 points for Partner Skills . Need ko lang po ng insights if meron dito nasa same situation.

Main concern ko yung number of years work experience kasi 3 years lang as a Software Tester at BS Electronics Engineering ako (School Section 2). Sa pagkakaintindi ko need ko atleast 4yrs experience dahil di match yung degree ko sa work experience ko. May chance po kaya magkapositive assessment kahit kulang sa years experience?

Thank you in advance sa mga magpprovide ng insights 
