Hi everyone,

Ung mga sponsors po ba required mag AFP clearance? We're front loading docs but if it's not needed then I'll not bother. Or all cases are required?

Pa share Po Ng experience about this.
Matagal Po ba yun at pano process na ggawen Ng sponsor?

Pahabol na question: Eh pano pala ung NBI?
Eh Kasi nakalagay sponsors daw have to submit police clearance from home countries if they have spent 12 months in the last ten years?

Tama Po ba? Or yung mga may experience na your sponsors are pinoy but PR, pano ginawa, nag wait pa muna request Ng CO?

Sa Philippine embassy sa Sydney ba mag aaply Ng NBI?

@kindred sponsors are required to have an afp clearance from australia. The applicant is required to provide NBI clearance from Philippines and from other countries na nagspent ka ng 12months or more within the past 10years. in my case, since I’ve worked in dubai till 2011 so nanghingi din sila ng dubai police clearance aside from NBI clearance dito sa philippines. hope it helps :-)

@kindred Sa part ng sponsor ko, nag-apply lang sya ng afp clearance online then pinost sa aus address nya yung clearance certificate(within 7days). Valid for 1yr po yun

Teka eh Kung halimbawa ung sponsor eh umuuwe sten Ng tig 3 weeks for holiday each time pinakamatagal na ang 7 weeks na holiday kailangan pa din kumuha aside from AFP eh ung NBI? Kasi pagkakaintindi namin Ng rule eh kailangan Ng NBI din Ng sponsor if staying there was " 90 days or a total of 12 months for the last ten years " eh pinakamatagal na 7 weeks and less than 12 months in total naman.

Tama ba?

Pero Kung Mali pano nag apply Ng NBI from OZ ?

@kindred if yung sponsor mo is nagstay ng australia more than 12 months in last 10 years.. then he needs to get AFP

@kindred . for your concerns much better to call manila embassy.. they can maybe help you..if they can't , just wait for your case officer to request it kung meron..

@kindred in our experience though, my partner lived with us in the philippines and they did not asked for his clearance (NBI etc) from the philippines. I dont think it matters kasi our sponsors are either citizens or permanent residents anyway. Yung applicants lang talaga ang required but then again we lodged our application last May2017 so baka nagbago na yung rules :-)

Hi everyone,

Those hesitating to lodge their 309/100 papers, this article might help ( hopefully not scare you ) in your decision.

Proposal to the Migration laws for partners has been made to make 309/100 application a two-step process:

1) Sponsors should be approved first

2) Then applicants can lodge application.

Apparently, this would ensure no applicants would waste their time and effort lodging an application that would be refused later, on the grounds that sponsors are ineligible for various reasons.

Here's hoping though it's quashed by the opposition since it will make the process more convoluted than it is. But the senate numbers have changed favouring the coalition which threatens to push through with these changes in 2018.

Guys nag email immigration ko sa agent ko, they’re asking additional requirement CENOMAR dapat ma accomplish ko daw within 14 days.. dapt maapply ko thru online then sa immigration manila need direct ipadala.. I’m just confused possible ba ako magkaCENOMAR e kasal na ako? Thanks po in advance sa response

@victoria comply mo cia, if married kna ang idedeliver ni PSA is Advisory on Marriage(AOM). married din ako at humingi din ng cenomar. may be they just want to check kung ilan or kung kanino ka kinasal

@brucedenz last time kasi na hiningi sakin CENOMAR (last Aug.) Marriage Cert. ang sinubmit ko theu ecensus direct send to australin embassy kasi nga akala ko di ako makakapg apply ng CENOMAR pag married na.. buti naexplain mo sakin ng ayos.. baka kaya nagtagal application ko kasi mali nasubmit ko document ano? Buti nalang nagrequest ulit.. Thanks God

@victoria nong august hiningan din Ako ng cenomar ang sinubmit ok explanation from my lawyer directly address sa CO na I can't provide certificate of no marriage since I am married and the papers of my annulment . Since then wala nang news. Sana ok na un haha at Kung magrerequest cla sana soon na at nakakainip na talagang maghintay.

Guys ung mga de facto dito sa forum lahat ba kayo po nag provide ng cenomar talaga? O depende narin po sa CO na hahawak. Nag Alala tuloy akong bigla kasi dko talaga prinovide un kasi married nga po ako pero nkalagay nmn po sa certification and letter na binigay ng lawyer ko na they can check the authenticity anytime at may questions po ay pwedeng tawagan sya or email un po kasi advise nong agent nmn

@Yra1106 hmm sa tingin ko naman di ka magkakaproblema if need talaga nila CENOMAR e hihingin nalang ulit nila sayo latulad nangyari sakin.. June ka din diba? Baka inaassess na din paper mo.. buti nga hiningi ulit saka may explanation ang immigration naman kung bakit need nila hingin.. don’t worry too much.
