From the time you submit your application kasi, irereview ng DIBP yung application mo, then they'll email you to request for additional requirements (usually health exam). Yung sa friend ko nagwalk-in sya sa St. Luke's BGC, then got the results in less than a week (but I suggest you allot 1-2 weeks allowance for health exams to come out). Once ma-clear yung health exam mo, dun mo bibilangin yung processing time na 21-45 days.
So ideally you have at least 8 weeks (from lodging, then health exam, then visa processing) to spare. Recommended time to apply for visa is 3 months before the start of your classes, but if you can apply earlier than that, mas ok para di ka kabahan sa timeframe.
