FORM 80 Questions

@kh@L3L I guess okay lang yan. Sabi nga ni @kaidenMVH understood naman na yun. Saka proven ko na hindi sila mahigpit sa form 80. Iba zip code namin sa form 80. Haha! Napansin lang ng asawa ko na baliktad ang dalawang number last week.

@kh@L3L agree with @jazmyne18 and @kaidenMVH. In my situation naman, iba yung house number na nakalagay sa form 80 ko na since birth, napaltan kase dahin sa census ata. so nilagay ko is yung recent house number, pero yung bank statement at TOR ko, luma pa yung house number, wala naman naging prob. ilang months din ako kinabahan dyan, pero nilaban ko na lang. hehe

@ishtepi I would recommend to fill-up the form first, then if you have questions, post ka lang dito. Form 80 is too detailed and too personal. I doubt if someone would like to disclose that to anyone. We're willing to help here

I understand. You're right, sorry I hadn't thought about that. Under agency naman po ako, kaya sinubmit ko na lang, sila na magcheck. Nagpost po ako dito nung time na nagsasagot ako kasi naisip ko lang po na ayaw ko na sana kulitin si agent ko dun, sa ibang bagay ko na lang sya kukulitin. hehe. Anyway, tama nga po kayo, too personal yung form. Sorry

salamat sa mga nag reply sa past post ko.....ang ginawa ko nag gawa ako ulit at "tick" na lahat nyahahah

ganito po...nag upload ako ng form 80 pero after a few days napansin ko mali ang date of expiry ng current passport ko, wala pa ako CO contact.....
na upload ko na din ang passport ko so ok na cguro yun

i hope ok na yun kagaya kay boss @Heprex na hindi na pina ulit

@kh@L3L sa tingin ko po maggawa po kau ng notification of incorrect answer para maitama ang details ng current passport mo sa form80.. mejo mitikuloso sila sa ganan.. saakin non dati may mali din ako sa isang part sa form80.. may namali ako na date.. yan ang ginawa ko para maitama ung details.. makkita moa ng notification of incorrect answer sa update us sa immiaccount mo..

Hello po! Question lang po para sa dependent ko. may part po dun asking for sponsor details. ako po yung primary applicant for 457. dapat din po ba syang magsulat dun sa sponsor o ako lang since ako yung primary applicant? nagugulahan po kasi ako since dependent ko sya at kasama din sya sa 457 visa ko.

Hello po question nabasa ko po un iba nag create ng separate excel sheet for the travel history. Ano po ginawa nyu? Sa last page nlng ng form 80 isulat lahat ng information na required regarding sa travels, pano po pag di na kasya?

@archbunki pag hindi na kasya sa Part "T" Additional Information, gawa ka lang kahit sa Word. Same format ng Part "T" - pero nilagay ko is Further Details

Hello po. For those single applicants, did you mention your parents on Question 44 even if they are not migrating with you? Worry ko kasi baka hingian din ng medical or nbi.

@Lexi I agree with hunter. Yung akin nga ngkamali ako nilagay ko talaga sila as non migrating family member. Not required naman sila for medical sa immi account ko, I also filled up form for incorrect answers.

Good day po guys. Ask ko lang po mejo naguguluhan ako. Eto po bang Form 80 is advisable na isubmit agad? o mas maganda hintayin ang CO na humingi?

@keynkey Yes its advisable to front load for faster processing of your application. Complete documents including medical and police/nbi clearances have higher chance of direct grant.

hello po! Sa details po ba ng partner, parents, and siblings, yung given names po nila ay First name plus Middle name? Pano po yung kay mother? Sa given name ay First name plus middle name then sa Other names naman ay yung full maiden name nya? Tama po ba? TIA!

Guys, old version pala tong nakuha kong Form 80. Parang pang 2009 pa ata tong form version.
