In this 65 pts., sinama nio na po ba ung +5 Points (State Nominated - Visa 190)? - will give you total of 70 pts.

@GoldSeeker hi saan po kayo magpaCTC? 200 per page po kasi dito samin. May nakita ako sa ibang thread meron around 10 or 20php lang pero di ako sure kung legit po yung ganun. Baka po may alam kayo na mas mura?

hi po sa lahat. my previous employer is unable to provide coe with the job details. eto sagot sa akin although i clearly stated na gagamitin ko sya for visa purposes.

As for the COE details, please note that this is a standard COE for all resigned employees being released by the company approved by our Legal department, it indicates only the following:
1. Date of Join
2. Date of Leaving
3. Role/designation
4. Salary details in Annual Gross income

anyone po with the same scenario? not sure how to proceed from here. thanks in advance for the help.

baka mapapakiusapan mo pa, sayang din, sakin kakabigay lang (SPML) at higit pa sa inaasahan ko, maganda yung JD which matches duun sa ANZSCO code though more on technologist yung work ko, 2.3 years exp din yun...
or other way around, may paraan pa jan, hintay ka lang sa sagot ng mga dumaan na jan.

bale dalhan ko na lang sila ng pizza bilang pasasalamat kapag kinuha ko.

@MaceyV paki usapan mo ung pinakaboss talaga ng HR. Actually, ang COE nka pro forma yan. Pero may instances na pde i tweak. Example, ung mga employees na mag loan ng banks or coops, dapat i bagay ni HR sa requirement. Or ung mga executives na mag abroad, need ng COE na ang tenor swak dun sa visa requirements.

hi to all, Question lang po sa may idea. pede ko ba isama sa dependent for migrating ang anak namin na 22 years old na? currently student pa rin sya at kami din nagsusustento sa studies nya at kung sakali sya lang mag isa ang maiiwan namin sa pinas. sino po may ganito experience? paki share naman po please...

Eligible child
To include a child as migrating with you in your visa application, the child must:

be your child or a stepchild from a current or a previous relationship (in certain circumstances);
not be married, engaged to be married, or have a de facto partner; and must be:
under 18 years of age
or
over 18 years of age but not yet turned 23, and be dependent on you or your partner
or
over 23 years of age and be unable to earn a living to support themselves due to physical or cognitive limitations and be dependent on you or your partner (Note: The child will still need to meet Australia’s health requirement)
or
a dependent child of a child who is eligible under 1, 2 or 3 above.
Your child or stepchild is considered to be dependent if they continue to be wholly or substantially reliant on you for their basic needs (food, clothing and shelter). Acceptable documents that can show a parent-child relationship include:

a certified copy of each child’s birth certificate
or
a certified copy of adoption papers.
Some visas require that the child has never been married or in a de facto relationship.

Thanks sa reply @batman @cucci ang worry ko kasi baka abutin na sya ng 23 yo upon processing ng migration namin. nakalagay kasi dyan sa pagkakaintindi ko correct me if i'm wrong if 23yo na sya kung meron lang sya physica; condition.... tama po ba? --- over 23 years of age and be unable to earn a living to support themselves due to physical or cognitive limitations

@daye00 Beginning 19 Nov 2016 binabaan na ang maximum age for a child to be considered dependent... it used to be 25. So from the looks of it, if your child is 23 yrs old and above by the time your visa is granted, then he/she will not be part of the grant unless the child falls into the exemption as stated above.

May other options pa naman like:
1. Your child can take course that would provide a pathway for PR visa.
2. Remaining relative visa... medyo di ko gets ang details saka matagak daw.

Or perhaps you can consult a migration agent for more specific options.

Hi, pano po magrequest ng records of SSS contribution using ung online system nila? Hindi kasi magformat ng ayos yung page sa browser. Hindi ko tuloy ma-navigate ng ayos. Thank you.

@daye00 normally you can sponsor children under 18 easily. Since your child isn't a minor, you will just have to prove he/she is still your dependent. This is risky though and I would be very cautious about such approach.

@daye00 @cucci's suggestions are less risky. Ang delikado kasi dyan is if the case officer won't accept yung claim na dependent yung anak mo, it means refused yung visa application nyo lahat

@cucci thank you again for your suggestion.. try ko aralin un remaining relatives visa baka pwede sya doon.. kung magkakataon kasi matuloy kami sya lang talaga maiiwan sa pinas at duon nya na lang din tapusin ang studies nya.

@RheaMARN1171933 mahirap pala kung ganun kung nagkataon pati kami damay which is family of 4 kami almost 8k aud masyado masakit kung marerefuse kami.

sana meron makapagshare ng experience dito kung sino man successfully na-approved for older 23 years old ang dependent nila.

@daye00 meron naman student visa for your child. Yes very risky kasi if you will get visa refusal if you cannot prove your child is still dependent on you. You can apply the PR visa then once approved your child can apply student visa mabilis lang naman processing. Though you also need to consider proof of financial capacity for student visa application. Explore mo ano mga options sa DHA website. Or much better to consult a migration agent so they could help you decide. Thanks

@Kaye28 Mas maganda ibase mo sa passport mo yung pag fill out ng names. Although it doesn't really matter. They look more on your surname and given name. Nung sinagutan ko yan, never ako ng lagay ng middle name sa kahit saan. (application, form 80, form 1221). Pero nung nagrant naman, nakasulat dun middle name ko. Binase talaga nila sa passport din.

@Rave_085 base sa nabasa ko pede yung COE na ginamit mo sa assessment. When I applied mine sa Northern yung ginamit sa assessment din ang pinasa ko. if they will ask for updated one then provide.
