@jj35751 with regards to pay evidence, you need to provide either ITR which shows the employer details, payslips or bank statements. Be careful with TRA kasi your application must be decision ready and they will not contact you if kulang evidences mo. Save your money with points test advice sa VETASSESS. It is not a requirement at all. You just need to know which section your university is Under to gauge how your qualification will be recognised us. The rest of the points, you can easily calculate. All the best!

@boky I've got application pending for myself but I do handle cases for people applying for visas. I'm a registered migration agent. I did my Australian migration journey many years ago pa, over 10 years ago. Things were much easier then.

@boky I've got no application for myself, I mean. Yes, it is getting tougher and process is getting longer.

@RheaMARN1171933 , thanks sa advice. im planning to apply Electronic Instrument Trades Worker (Special Class). im a graduate of Electonics engineering, pero feel ko kasi mas malapit experience ko dito so i plan to have an assessment sa TRA.

question: my current title sa work is field service engineer. will this be ok? since nabasa ko sa iba napaka specific daw nila sa titles.

@jj35751 , ok lang yong job title mo basta you will have to show na ginagawa mo yong skills at tasks sa chosen anzsco code mo.
Regarding SSS you can ask sa office complete list ng contribution mo, may company name dun, and years you are contributing. You can ask them list also of companies na nagcocontribute for you. Authenticate it by letting them sign. Sabihin mo pang migration and they know what to do na.
    God bless sa application...

@jj35751 as long as you tasks you have on your letter match most if not all the tasks described on ANZSCO. This is how we deal with our client cases, advicing them to provide us letters for skills assessment. We've never had issues with job titles, we also provide a cover letter to further explain the letters so they are professionally presented. The thing with TRA is that your application must be decision ready. They will decide with what you present them and will not contact you if they need clarification on something unlike other assessing authorities. For this reason, you will need to be very nitty gritty about meeting their requirements as any honest mistake in their instructions may lead to a negative outcome. All the best.

@RheaMARN1171933 ano po meaning ng letters? is it parang brief introduction about a document? or letter describing my work experience?

another set of question: sorry sa maraming question, kase nga kelangan pala sure lahat pag pasa mo. ano mga documents na kelangan i pa certify as true copy? will the ITR and pay slip need to be certified?

also sa qualification, i will input my school, also provided is my diploma and TOR kelangan din yun pa certify?

Thank sa lahat ng help guys!

@jj35751 you should be referring to the guidelines which you can access from the TRA website. The answers to your questions can all be found there. It's somehow concerning that your preparing your docs without knowing these basic information. Nandun lahat sa guideline, you need to rely on that more than just info you get from this forum.

@RheaMARN1171933 yes po nagbabasa po ako guidelines, sorry if you feel that i am depending on this forum for my application. may nababasa lang kase ako sa other thread na nagpapacertify na true copy which is i can't find sa guidelines.

anyway thanks for all your help.

@jj35751 no need to apologise. This is where things do get confusing. I've been there done that so I know how little information you hear and read can get really confusing. Yes, you are right, you can't find it in the guideline because it's not part of the requirement anymore. I think, since you are doing this by yourself, the best approach is to consider all written information coming from TRA or the organisation involved as your basis for anything. Anything you hear or read from third parties regarding processing which is getting you confused, go straight to the organisation involved for clarity. Email them and they will most often than not reply to you. This way you have clear evidence in black and white which you can then follow so in any case you get issues during the actual assessment, you can have a written evidence to dispute their claim. Unfortunately, no matter how helpful this forum can be, if an issue arises from your case during the assessment outcome, you can't use the info you get here as reference to challenge their decision. You will always have to go back to the written info provided by the organisation. Hope this helps. Don't be afraid to go directly to the assessing authority to ask questions. They will be more than happy to assist. All the best.

@jj35751 we contact them directly for clarifications and they do come back to us. If they aren't prompt, we do a follow up email. There's never an instance they don't reply. We handle client cases and of course it's inevitable that even us as professionals do also have questions regarding their requirements. It's part of our job to ensure we are submitting everything needed for our clients. Hence, any correspondence we have from them, we keep it in our file in case we need to dispute the assessment outcome. So far naman we didn't have to dispute any as yet. I always tell my team, if you do things by the book you do things right and you can always reason out based on the black and white evidences.

Good evening mga kapatid. Just need advice on this:

Kase meron na akong migration agency na pinagpasahan ng requirements, and napasa ko na yun requirements sa TRA.

Then me and my wife considered to try do-it-yourown style para makatipid. Ang concern ko lang is the conflicts that may arise, kase if nagpasa na yun agency ko sa TRA, and mag pasa pa ako ng sarili kong TRA. Then I am thinking if mag conflict.

    Thank you mga kapatid :)

Hi to all... I'd wish to post a question to those sa mga nakaexperience na po mag apply.

I'm at a stage na planong magsubmit ng skills assessment for TRA under 313111 Hardware Technician. 8 years na po kong Desktop Support Engineer dito sa Singapore but I have a Degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce that Majored in Management Accounting on school that's classified as a Section 3 from the list of schools.

I feel na baka di sufficient ang qualifications ko so I'm thinking of getting a TESDA NCII for Computer Systems Support. Will this qualify na po ba to meet the merits from TRA?

But maybe it is a case to case basis. Para sa akin wala namang masama kung i try, yon nga lang you need to spend. This is not to discourage you just additional info.

@gilbertd1980 with TRA, you need to have a formal qualification related to your nominated occupation. Otherwise, the assessment won't be successful.

Hope this helps.

Nakuha ko na yung result from TRA, and successful naman sya (thank you so much sa mga tulong nyo!). Nakalagay sa skilled date ko is December 2001, pero actually yung inaapply ko na work experience is starting December 2013 only (non-related kasi sa 342314 yung work ko before).

Now nag email back ako kay case officer and sabi ko baka may error. Nagreply sya today and sabi yun talaga yun (email below). Ang question ko is pwede ko ba talaga i-claim sa DIBP/EOI yung December 2001 (i.e. "8 years or more"), and hindi nila ibababa sa less than 5 years pag sinumbit ko yung work experience evidence ko (which only dates up to 2013) ?

    Thanks
    Mark

"Thank you for your enquiry to Trades Recognition Australia (TRA).

TRA includes on every successful MSA Outcome Letter a skilled employment date. This is the date that TRA has determined the applicant was first able to work in their nominated occupation as a skilled worker.

The skilled employment date may assist applicants who are applying for a points-based-visa through the Department of Home Affairs (Home Affairs). Home Affairs do not go back any more than the last ten years of completed employment when calculating points.

In most cases, for qualifications gained through study or apprenticeships, the date shown on the applicant’s final award or leaving certificate will be the skilled employment date.

We trust that this information is of assistance.

@mark7009 , sir wag mo eclaim yung mga non related exp after Dec 2001 sa EOI para safe. pwde mo sya ilagay pero marked as not claiming points/not related.

sa pagkaintindi ko, yung skilled date is based after pag graduate/pagkakuha mo ng diploma if related sa nominated occupation mo kaya pwde ka magclaim starting dec 2001 if related lng.

@littlemsnanay , if you need point for qualification higher than diploma then you have to take PTA to avail that. Best of luck.

Salamat ulit...

    Good day Sirs,

So plano ko pong nominated occupation ay Electrical Engineering Technician to be assessed by TRA. Meron po ba same case sakin? Kamusta naman po ang TRA Assessment? Maraming Salamat Po!
