    hi good afternoon! ask ko lang po kung mayroon dito na similar case sa amin. first contact ng CO was on december and then second contact ng CO today, pina paulit ang lahat ng medical ko. inabutan na ng expiration sa tagal nila mag approve hays :((

    @lil_machi make sure na once nag comply ka for your second medical tapos nag submit ka before ng form 815 (health undertaking) eh mag send ka ulit ng bago.

    Nangyare sakin before 3rd CO contact repeat medical due to expiration. 4th CO contact nag request ng form 815 kahit nakapag provide na before from the first Medical.

    @lil_machi depende siguro sa case, yung anak ko 6 yrs old hiningan ng Form-815 pero more than six months yung IED namin.. Yung IED naman is based sa medical or Police Certificate which comes first (1 year)... pero ganun nga dito napansin ko yung may mga Form-815 6 months lang talaga... sa case siguro ng anak ko may PTB sya at treated naman clear yung XRAY at IGRA kaya siguro hindi six months...

    @dorbsdee oo treated din yun PTB complete tests pa nga with xrays, sputum, ctscan hehehe pinakyaw na and cleared naman ayun lang ang sabi ng CO since nag submit daw ako ng 815 eh 6 months nalang validity ng previous medical na sinubmit instead of 1 year, kaya ngayon ulit na naman ako.naka BM na ba kayo sir and kailan po? thanks
