Mga kababayan, wag kayo madiscrourage kapag sinabihan kayo ng agents na impossible kumuha ng ganitong course dahil walang experience o di niyo tinapos. Pag talagang gusto talaga natin, gagawa’t gagawa tayo ng paraan para makamit. Minsan kapag may nagdidiscourage satin, doon tayo mas dapat ng wowork! kaya nyo yan! Marami-marami rin akong agents na napuntahan, naggugol almost a year sa GTE na yan, pera na ginastos para lang visa, oras at panahon sa preparation. nandito na ako sa melbourne. kaya nyo yan!

@holahappymaria salamat sa palakas ng loob. Ngpunta ko ng Sydney may nakausap na Indonesian na agent sabi nia ok lang daw kahit na iba course ko pwede ako mag teaching nung pinasa na ako sa pinay na agent, ayun puro pan ddiscourage na narinig ko, kaya nakaka walang pagasa.

@kareen pwede naman talaga mag iba ng course kahit wala kang background, basta matibay ang reasons at convincing ang GTE mo. maarte lang talaga mga agents sa Pinas. May mga kakilala ako rito na Pinoy, australian din ang agent nila.

this is such a inspirational post po. im in an almost the same situation, also working in Singapore now. no background in the field, as im currently doing admin job. im thinking of getting some online childcare courses (thought this will strengthen the application) .. do u think this is necessary po?
both my pinas and SG agents are discouraging me to pursue the path . kaya nkakadiscourage. pwede po ba makuha ung agency contact nu? thanks

@marann99 pwede ka rin kumuha ng online courses kung tingin mo ay madadalian ang application mo hehe. ako kasi tumigil talaga ako magwork para maprove ko na gusto ko mag iba ng career hehe

@julypearl Hi, these stuff do not need a template because you won't be attaching or uploading this to your application. You just need to fill them up with the application form. Of course, the content will be based on your personal travel history (I had to check all the entry and exit dates on the stamps on my expired and current passport for this) and family information.

@julypearl Yes, the online visa application form.

If yung agent yung nagffill up ng application form mo, pwede mo ilagay yung list na yan sa blank word file and then copy paste nlng yung list na yan depende sa dami ng info na ilalagay mo. Yung sa #14, i think all that info isn't really required kasi isang text box lng yung naka-allot dyan. Yung sa akin Country, Visa Type, and Year kung kelan ko na-grant yung visa lang ang nilagay ko, no more details ng visa number, number of entry, or expiry. Baka gusto lng ng agent mo na mas kumpleto in case need i-verify ng DIBP? hehe.

As for #17, I think this one is supposed to help you establish ties to the Philippines (if your entire family is still living here). You can put parents, siblings, spouse, and kids--immediate family lng yung pwede ilagay (no options for aunts/uncles if I remember correctly).

@marann99 Makikicomment lang hehe. You can definitely do that; ideally reputable or accredited yung program/course para talagang quality education sya and pwede i-verify ng DIBP (if ever lang). I'd suggest na medyo pag-isipan mo na rin yung ilalagay mo sa GTE--like may something ka ba na narealize while working sa admin na marerelate mo sa childcare industry? You might need to dig deep on your reasons for the career shift.

Taking online courses in your selected industry might be beneficial in helping establish your commitment to the new field, and pwede mo rin sabihin na yung online course na yun ang nag-inspire sayo to take formal studies in Australia. Then idagdag mo na yung AU qualification ay makakatulong sayo na ma-achieve yung career goal mo na childcare professional.

Probably the PH and SG agents are somewhat discouraging because career shifters can make applications more complicated than usual. But as @holahappymaria said, kaya yan!

Update as of Mar 23, rejected by WIC school.

"I am writing to inform you that your application has been reviewed. Your application file was considered in detail by me and by the other responsible team members.

After thorough consideration about other factors around your circumstance, proposal and academic performance, we regret that we are unable to offer you admission into our Diploma program."

Next plan is to talk to Marko of AMS this April to look for other schools.

@Delsette I didn't have any interview po, unconditional offer po agad yung sinend sa akin ng school. Depende po siguro yung admission process sa faculty/department and yung timing ng application, baka marami kang kasabay na nag-apply hehe. Saang uni ka po nag-apply?

Good morning! Question lang if meron dito na joint bank account yung financial sponsor ninyo so requirement ang signature ng couple sa financial sponsorship declaration. Complete requirements na yung primary sponsor ko pero nagrequire ung counselor ng ITR and certificate of employment din ng husband. Same process din ba sa inyo? Thank you!

@athelene hi sis uu mag pasa din kami sa federation uni at saka sa western uni. Today n receive nmn email from CQ sydney n rejected pero wala nmn.. need siguro to support na after ng student visa isa uuwi din s pinas or punta s ibang countries.

@Delsette yes, ung SOP is parang GTE na so dapat strong na yung stand mo na temporary ka lang and may babalikan kayo dito na family, assets, community, may naghhintay na magandang work, etc. sayang naman. May agent ka ba? AMS Global ako, okay sila

Hi there im contemplating whether ill pursue a student visa since im struggling to meet 8 for listening ang speaking na requirement para sa positive assessment ng early childhood teacher for pr. I did research and i came to know that the school fee is 2000 per term for 2 yrs.
I’d like to know more about these..
1. whether I can support myself by working menial jobs while studying in oz?
2. Do i have to pay the 2 yr tuition fee upfront during the enrollment or it could be instalment?
3. If in case for the show money purposes how long does it need to stay at the bank?

For your
1st question kaya naman isupport ang self mo kung magtitipid At malaking help kung may matutuluyan ka.
2. for visa purposes required lang na bayaran is yung 1st term pero need ipakita sa financial requirement na meron ka pambayad ng tuition for at least a yr. after that alam ko pwede na installment it depends sa arrangement mo sa school.
3. Advisable is 3 mos at dapat may movement sa acct

@Delsette hi, nung nag-apply ako sa USyd wala nmn nirequire na SOP. D ko lng alam kung required lng yun sa iilang uni or something. Hopefully your other applications will get you an offer

sobrang dami naman uni sa Australia hehe
