    guys ask ko lang... my visa sa lodged last Nov 25... may access ako sa visa application.. question on the status.. currenly "In Progress" na ang status nya.. does it mean na "acknowledged" na sya ng DIAC?.. di kasi ako nakaka receive ng email.. yung mga communications ay napupunta sa agent ko...

    Kung ang wife ko po ay nag-work overseas just for a year say mga 2006, at ako naman ay pumunta lumabas rin overseas for just 6 months, kailangan pa po ba ito i-declare at anu-anong papers po ang hihingin sa Visa lodging kapag idineclare ito?
    mas mabuti na po ideclare lahat. as for your misis po na nag-work overseas for more than a year, kakailanganin po nya ng Police Clearance from that country. pag less than 1 year po, no need to provide any proof sa pagkakaalam ko. hope this helps. :)

    Kung ang wife ko po ay nag-work overseas just for a year say mga 2006, at ako naman ay pumunta lumabas rin overseas for just 6 months, kailangan pa po ba ito i-declare at anu-anong papers po ang hihingin sa Visa lodging kapag idineclare ito?
    yup, kailangan ideclare lahat nyo pareho.. meron sa form na countries where you lived for the last 10 years, so kailangan i prepare nyo na ung mga information.. including addresses..

    so based on that information, hihingan ka ng Police clearance for all countries where you lived for 12 months or more..

    to save time, dahil meron ka na naman invitation, you can start researching/processing mga police clearance, lalo na sa mga countries na matagal ang processing..

    Mahirap bang kumuha ng Police Clearance sa Indonesia kung nandito sa Pinas. Nagtrabaho kasi dyan si Mrs for more than a year. Iaanticipate ko lang baka hingan kami...Kung sakali ano ba ang process?

    April 21- IELTS Passed (British Council Sg S$310)/ April-March -requirements for VETASSES, CTC 4 copies,DHL etc. (S$600)/March 19- Apply VETASSES online ($1150 aud)/June 06, 2012 - VETASSES (Architectural Draftsman) feedback positive /August 08- Apply EOI visa 190 at 70 points/September 11- Resubmit EOI (Was asked to change EOI form)/November 22- Apply for SS in WA (arch draftsman still available)/November 22- Resubmit EOI (changed the State from Victoria to WA)/December 05- Initial Contact by DIAC saying WA is interested./December 07- WA SS approved December 10- DIAC Invitation received (1 week down ecomm) December 14- Lodged Visa $3050aud (plus technical issues of ecom visa was "lodged" December 21 daw)/ Dec 28 - Medicals (frontload)/January 8 -CO Assigned/January 23-PCC/ JANUARY 23---VISA GRANT!!!!!!!!!!

    for sure meron yang details sa internet kung paano gagawin mo, google mo na lng. kami din nakuha ng overseas clearance for my husband. he worked in europe din yr 2007-2009. after a month nung dumating samin.

    if i were u, kumuha ka na ngaun, wag mo na wait hingin ng CO mo kasi for sure it would took weeks before dumating.
