@baxterexus , she’s planning nagexit na sa Saudi ang ayusin ang application sa Phil , yung cogs ba need manggaling direct sa Saudi council or she can request it before magexit then she’s the one magprovide once magstart na sya ng application? Thank you again

Hello po. Just an inquiry, after BP, if plan mo mag hanap ng work for sponsorship, is there a VISA that you can apply to let you stay in AU for another 1-2 months after your current business visa expires? Just enough time for AHPRA registration and applications. I'm just worried what if employer needs to interview in person.

@cheng1003 Nong nag apply po ako ng criminal check through fit2work indi kona nilagyan number ko kasi ang tagal kong hinintay wala pa din akong code na natatanggap. Nagtanong ako sa kakilala ko sabi nya leave blank lang daw. So ginawa ko. After nun nagnaglagay ng data after a week ok na ang criminal check ko both in saudi and Phil.

Hi ms. @Cassey. I am set for EPIQ program at SCU this june intake. my visa is expiring on Jan 2019 pa. Is it already wise to start my application on PR. ng inuqire nq sa AECC based on Melb and they required me to pay 1000aud deposit for 2500aud na fee ng migration agent nila. what do you think po? I haven't read up about the process kse after bridging.

@syaoran Hi, Congrats! If you don’t have a complicated case, you can actually do the PR application by yourself. Basically, whatever documents that you have submitted to AHPRA ganun rin halos for ANMAC. May kaunting additional docs lang like Cert mo from BP. After your BP, magreregister ka sa AHPRA as Nurse. Then kapag RN ka na rito, apply for ANMAC Skills Assessment. Kapag nakakuha ka ng positive LOD from ANMAC, apply ng EOI sa Skills Select. Depende sa magiging points mo kung gaano katagal o kabilis yung pagaantay ng invitation. Kapag nainvite ka na, pwede ka ng maglodge ng application for PR. Ang pwede na gawin as early as now eh icollate yung docs mo since lahat eh pending pa.

Hi. This is an unusual query. What if po nabuntis ang babae while on student visa? How's that going to affect the visa? Do u know someone pod ba na nabuntis while on student visa?

@babie This is a bit complicated... In the event that this happens, she has to sort it out with the school how she can defer the course and at the same time with the immigration as well. Giving birth in Au is very costly too around $14k upfront payment.. She has to check if the OSHC covers pregnancy and if there’s a waiting time. Most of the OSHC doesn’t include pregnancy so it can be costly.
