@VirGlySyl Yes, related po lahat sa IE, kaso nagconsult ako sa agent and advise saken is di na iinclude sa CDR and assessment pero sa Resume is indicated pa din then yung COE ko with complete details provided pa din naman. nanghihinayang kasi ako doon sa 1 year in case. Tanong ko na din po, baka may sample ka ng CDR with SS? tapos ko na 33 CDR ko, pero hirap ako i.align yung sa Summary Statement. Thank you...

Hello Guys need your advise... I already got my result ang naacredit lang sakin is my course and school ang experience ko eh ndi meaning zero.

If i consider ko ang appeal what would be my chance? And how will be the process?

Feeling ko kasi ndi ko na pagbutihan ang career episodes ko and Ive focus on aesthetics na ndi nmn kailangan.

Any suggestion and advice po will be appreciated.

I just need to decide if i push ko pa apply ko o ndi nlng po...

@rcbconopio Hello po, i've read from the thread po na March 31 kau ng lodge sa EA and fast track. Maitanong ko lng po if may results n kau?

Medyo kinakabahan n po ako ih. March 23 p kasi tapos fasttrack po, and then last time n nag request ng docs is May 11 pa.. Kamusta po ung sa inyo

Meron din po ba dito na electronics engg grad pero for Production Engineer and Anzsco? Mfg po kc ako ng work e.

@9abrilma pwede na man mag appeal kung gusto mo baguhin opinion ng assessment sa experience mo. Ano ba ang details?? Meron kasi dito na case ang appeal is about sa Degree not aware about sa experience mo... kasi ang experience based sa ANZSCO job description na pinaassess mo... related or closely related...

@9abrilma wala naman usually nakalagay na numbers of work experience sa EA outcome assessment. RSEA yung may kasama na years of experience na related..

Your work experience is not Engineering related and cannot be recognised as Relevant Skilled Employment
The submitted Career Episodes show significant similarities to material available online

Now sabi ng agent ko na need mag sulat ng letter to reciprocate the orig outcome...

Sana may successful experience that can help me...

@nicnac yun n nga inapply ko kaso apparently ndi nila nilagay ung relevant working experience ko kasi ndi nkapasa sa kanila at para ndi mukang negative they just reflected ung approve sa application ko which is ung sa degree ko. Even had to submit 2 additional CE for it na talagang pinag butihan ko at kinustomized pra maging ok pero for degree lanv pla tlga yun ☹️

@9abrilma Hello! This line stands out sa reason na sinabi nila: "The submitted Career Episodes show significant similarities to material available online". I think very particular kasi sila sa kwento on what exactly are your experiences. For my case kasi, I used the ANZSCO job description (as @dorbsdee mentioned) as a guide to structure yung CE. Baka may "generic" items ka na naisama or the likes. Medyo tricky lang kasi we wouldn't know what were indicated sa CE mo.

@tmpvalerio I believe that both of you are right, kasi napansin ko na medyo nag focus ako dun sa mga sample CE na nakuha pati sa aesthetics content wise nman ndi ko napansin n yun pumasok sa utak ko eh patterns from what Ive read kaya nung kinumpare ko ung ginawa ko na additional approved CE sa original CE ko malaki talaga pag kakaiba... may fault din kasi tlaga ako pero iyon na yun kasi all I wanted now is to move forward and if pwede mag appeal what would be the chances and if not medyo next plan nlng siguro...

@9abrilma hi, isnt it that RSEA is just a basis/reference that can be used to support the points you claim during EOI? I've read somewhere that it is the immigration department who has the final say on how much points can be claimed based on your work experience.

I've had the standard CDR assessment which only indicates that my qualification is comparable to a bachelor's degree in AU. If, for instance, your EA outcome letter does not explicitly mention that your experience is not engineering related, maybe you can gamble and let the immigration department decide if your work experience is related or not.

Just my thoughts. Anyway, I think you have a migration agent assisting you with the application. He/she knows best on what should be done on your application.

@9abrilma @69ersss as a migration agent, I would not even recommend this. Yes, it’s true, the final decision lies on the immigration department but they will definitely look into the skills assessment outcome. If there’s issue with the outcome I would not date advice my client to even proceed and take the risk with immigration.

@9abrilma medyo mahirap po yung situation ninyo, binigyan po ba kayo ng reference ni agent nyo? may database kasi si EA baka nga may software pa na magtratrack or cocompare yung CDR mo with others na nasa database nila... may kinopya ka ba na mga phrases from your reference?
Ang masasabi ko ay sundin mo nalang advise ni agent mo...

@Shyluck , Hi! Sensya ngayon lang nakacheck online, certificate of employment will do as long na andun yung required na info ng EA. Hope meron ka na nung template or required info.:)
