Hello, I need to renew my assessment since it is expiring soon and Wala pa rin invite. Can I use yung same authenticated documents I submitted before or I need to authenticate again my docs?

@eric290 yup you can use the same docs that you used in your previous assessment.. mag attached na lang kayo ng updated COE nyo.

Hi everyone, I'm new here sa forum. I just want to ask something about the documents that needs to be submitted.

1. My COE does not provide "Description of Duties Performed". Can I use my job contract as a supporting document instead since it provides naman my duties/job description?

2. If I will be Statutory Declaration/Affidavit, can you provide me exact steps and information on how to do this?

Hello and good day mga sirs @Heprex @Hunter_08 thanks for sa pagiging active ninyo sa pagsagot ng mga inquiries ng mga nangangailangan

may question din po ako.
1. nakapagpa-assess na po ako pero nung March 2016 pa po then 24mos po ang validity, so dapat po before ito mag-expire makapag-submit na ako ng EOI or dapat may invitation na po talaga?

2. Ang plan ko po talaga is to apply for 189, pero gusto ko din po itry yung 190. Paano po kaya malalaman if may additional points na makukuha for 190?

3. May guidelines po ba kayo on how to write EOI for 189 and 190?

4. Once okay na po sa assessment and english test, and next step na po ba is to submit EOI or meron pa pong step in between?

Nakapag-ielts na naman po ako pero waiting for the result pa po, pero plan to take PTE din if di okay ang score ko sa ielts.

1. No. Otherwise ma-aassess yon as “Not Suitable due to lack of information”.
Gagamitin mo din naman yung COE w/ description of duties upon visa application, mag request ka nalang ulit. At that point palang magiging useful ang job contract as supporting document.

2. Step 1. Ask your current or previous supervisor/manager to do this for you.
- kung ayaw nya, ikaw na mag draft tapos papirmahin mo nalang sya
- kung ayaw talaga, ask a colleague nalang
- contents of the document should be similar to your COE:
-- start-end dates, description of duties, country, etc.
-- dapat naka specify din na sya ang supervisor/manager mo sa company na yon at magkawork kayo regularly
Step 2. Ipa-CTC (certified true copy) sa iyong suking notary public.

And should I include contact information of my manager/colleague in the affidavit?

Hi guys!

Just want to share that I got my result today.
2 years lang dineduct sakin.

I applied April 19, 2018, I received the result yesterday June 6, 2018.

Result:
"...has been assessed as comparable to an AQF Bachelor Degree with a
Major in computing."

My information:
Section 1 school
Course is IT
Nov 2012 to Feb 2018 = work experience (so around 5 years and 4 months)

I also completed my PTE and achieved an overall score of 86.

So I guess I'm ready to log an EOI?

wish me luck! I'll do it by end of week.

@HELEN28 congrats. Be mindful lang sa phrase na " The following employment after "Month" "Year" is considered to equate to work ....."

1. sa pag kakaalala ko, sa lodgement before mag expire yung assessment. so dapat, sa pag lodge mo ng visa valid pa.
2. you will get additional 5points pag 190.
3. may youtube video about sa pag lodge, try searching sa youtube Desi Down Under ata
4. English and assessment need bago makapag EOI, so you can proceed.

Hi Guys!

Kindly help us give insights regarding the IT industry in AU. My husband will be my dependent via 482 or 189/190 1st, which ever comes soon. He is NOT an IT graduate (BS Biology lol) but hes been working for 7 years now in SG for a reputable Bank as an IT Servicedesk 1st then Desktop Support and finally Office365/SCCM administrator. He also have 3.5 years of IT helpdesk experience in the PH before settling in SG. Do you guys think that he still needs to be assessed by ACS to be able to get a job in AU? He was hoping he doesn't have to be assessed by ACS (fearing rejection since he only have BS Bio). Does he need to get an diploma in AU to get a similar job? Please advice us on what will be the best thing he needs to do. Thank you!

@kriskringle it's your preference, pedeng isang EOI lang. those na nag ccreate ng separate EOI normally nag momonitor ng trend, if possible mainvite sa 189, even though na invite na sila sa 190.

Hi everyone, I'm not sure if this question has been asked before. If na-assess na ako ng ACS (got 5pts only for length of employment, 7 years lang) then after a few months my job experience turned 8 years, do I need to re-submit my qualifications to ACS get 10 pts? Thanks.

Hi, I hope someone would be able to give me an advise. I am a Business Analyst with an Industrial Engineering degree. I have a 7-year BA experience so I submitted an application to ACS for assessment pero I just read here today that 0 ang binibigay ng ACS sa IE coz they do not consider it as an IT course. I also read here that if I go through the RPL route, they would deduct 6 years daw so even if I do that, 1 year experience lang ang maiiwan = 0 point. I was lucky enough to pass PTE with superior scores on my first take (90-88-90-90) pero parang mapupunta rin pala sa wala. Any advise on what I can do to get points on my work experience?

kapag po nag-submit ng EOI, yung mga supporting documents na iuupload is the same set of documents na sinubmit for ACS?

@kriskringle kapag mag EOI ka wala naman supporting docs na hinihingi... sa visa lodging mo na e susubmit lahat ng mga supporting docs mo.. almost same lang din ng mga sinend mo sa ACS pero may mga additional like NBI/Police clearance, medical, bank statement,ITR,Payslips,contract any other docs na ma proprovide mo to support your claim sa points mo.

Hello po, newbie here. Nagbaback read to understand the process. Yung COE ni husband ay issued pa last 2011(generic), kaso upon checking nagsara na daw yung office more than a year ago. Ngayon trying to contact yung dati nyang Manager. Medyo naguguluhan pa sa ibang process.

Questions:
For Company A - May 2009-2011
1. Ang stat dec po ba ay formal letter (like Atty ang gumawa) or pwedeng informal paragraph lang na nagpapatunay na nagkasama kayo. Pwede po bang humingi ng sample?
2. Kaylangan po bang TL/manager lang, or pwede din nakasama sa department but same level?
3. Meron syang nakeep na ITR (2010), pwede po ba itong maging supporting doc?
4. Same lang po ba ang "Service Certificate with employment dates" with COE?

*** All third party Statutory Declaration or Affidavits must include one of the following as supporting evidence: (these must be in relation to you, the applicant and not the declarant)
• Certified copy of payslips – preferably first & last payslip for the employment period
• Certified copy a Human Resource statement or Service Certificate with employment dates
• Certified copy of a Termination Letter with employment dates

For Company B
5. Yung payslip nila husband dati maaccess lang thru online, pwede bang i-print na lang yun and ctc?

after 9 weeks lumabas na acs assessment ko at inadvise application type change to rpl. does the timer reset back to waiting result for another 8-10weeks?
