Hello Guys,
I received my ACS result, meron isang company where I worked for 4 years na di naconsider,
7.4 years lang meron ako now, I asked the OIC and she said na wala kasi letterhead yung sinubmit kong EOC. I am planning to ask my previous company for another COE with the company letterhead and then submit to ACS for review (another pay na naman! ), usually ilang weeks ang REVIEW? mas mabilis na rin ba sya like sa APPEAL?

Also, I checked ANZSCO 261313 in NSW Priority Skilled Occupation List
and i found out that it is only nominated in Far South Coast, does it mean na dun lang ako pwede magwork for 2 years in case ma-grant ako ng VISA?

so yun, andito na ACS result ko, kaltas 6yrs. Confirm ko lang po kasi RPL walang bachelor degree asesment, so refer ko nalang sa cep kung section 1 school ko, kahit hindi IT course, 15 points claim ko? hindi 10 pts ?

Hello po,
Ask ko po sana. I already have my Skills Assessment last year sa ACS and isa lang po kasi ang employer ko eversince. That is almost a year ago. By October mag add ako ulit ng 1 year sa job experience ko and that would mean another 5 points for me. Do I have to repeat the assessment ulit or automatic ng madadagdag yung points ko sa skill select since hindi naman ako nagresign? May same experience po ba dito? Thank you po

@aus2018 Hello po, ixerox nyo po yung docs then i-pacertified true copy. Yung mga xeroxed copy po na may certification ang pinasa ko. And i-email lang naman po nila kayo if ever may problem sa docs then isesend nyo lang ulit via email

2008 - 2009 - worked as field service technician, install and configure like ip pbx, ip phone, wireless repeater, onsite
- maintain router n computer in-house din

target for ACD - network and computer system engineer anzsco assessment

Question: technican job title is acceptable ba?

Hi IT guys, need help lng po, naguluhan ako..

2007 ECE Graduate - Not Passer - School Section 1, sa old ruling, not sure if may bago.

2008-2009 - 1st job - Field Service Technician - install pbx, wireless repeater, router,etc
2009-2011 - 2nd job - Technical Support Engineer - install modem, router, wireless AP
2011-2014 - 3rd job - Network Support Analyst - monitor & repair VPN circuits, DNS, etc.
2014-2015 - 4th job - IP Provisioning Engineer - configure VPN circuits and connections
2015-To Date - 5th job - Senior Network Engineer - install router,switch,etc..

San po ako pwde? ACS or Engineering Australia? Need help lng po medyo magulo na..Thanks.

2. Technician job title ma credit kaya?

1. you can refer dito sa forum dito kung anong section ng school mo. kung section 1 school mo, kahit hindi passer possible maging bachelors ang assessment.
2. it will depends on how you tailor fit yung job description mo sa nominated occupation mo.
3. yep, mostly networks ata exp mo.

Hi Guys question lang, ano ba yun mga needed documents to submit sa ACS?

I currently have COE with JD, Certifications Cisco and ITIL, TOR, Diploma, Passport, Birth Cert, yan. anu pa po need ko? and ilan kaya points makukuha ko below is my summary of profile.

BSIT Grad LPU Laguna - Section 2
7 years network engineer
1st company June 2011 to March 2015
2nd company March 2015 to Present
Going 29 years old
ANSZCO 263111 Computer Network and Systems Engineer
And makakalusot na kaya ang 70 points subclass 190? or should i push to get 79 sa PTE?

I have a friend 1 week lang nakakuha na sya ng invite after loding EOI.
total points nya is 75 dahil 20points yun PTE nya.

Hello po sa lahat. Baka lang po may makakatulong sakin. I am planning to get an assessment from ACS sana as Database Administrator.

Pero I am still hesitant at baka kulang pa ang experience ko. I am a graduate of a section 3 school as BSIT.

Eto po current work experience ko.

First Employer
Position: System Support
Duration: Mar 2008 - Mar 2010 (2years)

Second Employer
Position: System Support
Duration: Jun 2010 - Apr 2012 (1yr 10months)
Postion: Technical QA Specialist
Duration: May 2012 - Dec 2013(1yr 7months)

3rd Employer
Position : Database Administrator
Duration: Jan 2014 - Present (4.5 years)

I heard that I need 6years relevant experience to make it. But I only have 4.5years exp as DBA. My work as technical QA before has a slight blend of DBA and it's partially relevant lang. So hindi ko alam kung dapat ba ako magtry magpaassess or will it be wasted? I am also wondering kung bale wala yung iba kong work experience na hindi relevant as DBA. I am 31yo already and mahalaga sakin ang bayat puntos na pwede ko sana makuha kaya gusto ko na sana lodge ng application.

I know some people here knows how to a slight assessment. I would like to get your honest opinion sana.

Tsaka hindi ko rin po maintindihan yung mga binabawas nila. Sa case ko I believe Diploma lang po ang makukuha ko being BSIT graduate from a Section 3 school (STI College). May nakita rin po ako dito from STI din sya at assessed sya as ICT major.

Tama ba ang intindi ko na mas safe kung tapusin ko na lang ang 5years of solid experience being a Database Administrator from the same employer? Papasa na po ba yun kasi 10years na rin naman po working experience ko in the IT industry. Ano po mangyayari dun sa ibang work exp ko na IT related din pero ibang line nga lang sa DBA?

Or kailangan po talaga 6years? Medyo confused talaga ako kung 5 or 6years talaga kailangan.

@dragoneye1987 6 years kase safe zone, para maging positive assessment since section 3 school ka. Try mo i-tailor fit yung other exp mo sa nominated occupation. para ma count sya at di mo na need may antay pa.

@bankshot15 sa education, if ang GWA mo is 1-2.00, bachelors degree ang qualification mo, else, if mababa sa 2.00, Associate degree which is 10pts. For exp, at least 4 ata in your case na relevant sa EXP.

kung 263111 code mo, kulang ang 70pts para mainvite, you need 75 pts for 189, or 80pts sa 190.

di need ang ITIL cert. if Cisco naman, pag CCNA, di din nila need.

@Pongyou03 depende sa occupation, kahit 60pts pede ka mag pass ng EOI. pero walang guarantee na maiinvite ka. you can check yung mga invitation rounds, to gauge yung situation. Kahit non-pro rata occupations 75pts need para mainvite ngayon sa 189.

@Pongyou03 60 points these days will make you eligible for a visa but doesn’t mean you will get prioritised to get an invitation for 189. These days you need 75 points. You might be better off considering 190 but this approach alone could get tricky as well since states open and shut their sponsorship scheme as they wish so you need to be updated all the time in order to be more strategic. Good luck!

@Heprex oh so hindi pala related ang BSIT sa Network Engineer so baka ma minus ako ng 4 yrs sa experience? Thats a lot. May cisco subject naman kami nung college. But we'll see. Check ko nalang result ni ACS. Thanks

By the way 1.93 yun gwa ko nun college so mukang fit padin ako sa Bachelors Degree.

@Heprex Unang-una salamat po sa reply nyo. Kung sakali po na ako magtailor ng COE ko for my previous employers, hindi po nila yun iveverify, may nagsucceed na po ba na gumawa non?

Also, tama rin po ba na 5-6years din ang ibabawas sakin sa work experience kung makalusot man ako dahil section 3 school ako galing or depende pa rin at minimum lang ang 2years?

Regarding naman po sa EIO mahirap po ba makakuha for 190 kahit pasok ka sa pointing system? At saan po ba makikita ang mga oprn na state para sa Nominated job na inaapplyan ko?

Pasensya na po kung maraming tanong at salamat po.

1. ACS rarely verifies sa employer, mas possible pa si DHA during your visa application na. Better inform your employer na din.
2. for section3 school, yes, 5-6 years talaga need nila na exp para maging suitable assessment.
3. maraming factors ang icoconsider sa invite, pero as of this writing, pataasan ng points ang labanan.

Pede ba magpaassess sa ACS for education lang, tapos gamitin namen to claim points for partner? BS COE graduate pero yung work experience nya kasi is more on Logistics stuff. Thoughts?
