    @mondj3120 Yes, si hubby ang nurse. RPh ako, hehe Mas magiging less complicated kapag married na kayo prior to going here. It’ll be easier for you kasi continuous yung pagstay niyo rito at di mo na kailangan pang umuwi tapos lodge for another visa na kasama mo na siya. Marami ka pa namang oras. Just like what I have told you, mabilis lang kapag Deakin. Yung visa namin was approved one day after lodging it onshore. If you decide not to get married yet, just make sure to declare him in all your application.

    @mondj3120 Hindi kailangan na lahat ng IDs papapalitan. You have the choice to leave it as it is. With the passport, you can inform them later on about your status when you’ll be applying for a new one. Yung friend ko lately lang siya nagpapalit ng surname after few years of being married. Wala namang naging prob. Just keep a copy of your marriage cert with you para handy kapag kakailanganin mo.

    Think it through kasi at the end of the day, ikaw yung pinakamaaapektuhan. Isipin mo kung ano ba yung pinakapurpose mo.

    @paanfsurn I’m not sure how particular they are but I guess as long as may contact number silang matatawagan, it’ll be sufficient. Hindi ba pwedeng paadd yun sa company?

    @diannaC depende sa school kung tatanggapin ka kasi mahirap naman mgclinical placement if pregnant. But I had a classmate na 3months pregnant when we started sa bridiging so 6months na sya nung ntapos kmi and wala naman naging problema sa school and hospital.

    Thank you po.

    @aj.skywalker pareho po tayo. I only have 65 pts. Only difference is just starting my BP this month sa ACN. Based on my few readings, few of them kumuha ng Leadership and Management.. Yan din plan ko after BP incase hindi maka kuha ng sponsorship.. Better kasi if onshore ka while job hunting for work sponsorship. Hay nko nakaka stress yung changes sa immigration, hope we could still get a TSS/482 sponsorship..

    Incase may better na course for student VISA after registration, kindly share with us po..

    @aj.skywalker I can feel your frustration with the waiting for invitation for PR... medyo wait and see ata kasi ang position ng health care industry dahil sa mga changes sa medicare. Di ko masyadong grasp ang nangyayari pero something to do with how insurance companies are shrinking on medical insurance coverage... shrinking coverage means fewer patients going to hospitals... something like that.

    @cucci,
    hindi po shrinking med coverage. More year 12 AU grads are somehow considering taking nursing courses and other health professions. Coupled with influx of international students who are also taking these courses. Sa pagkaka alam po, they are now prioritising those onshore than offshore.

    and another thing to consider is that it is better to concentrate your applications on regional areas rather than those in cities. Health professionals are badly needed in regional areas

    @Marie Noted po, will focus on regional areas, hay nako the way everything is heading now, in a few year/s or maybe few months, zero chances na tayo except cguro if outstanding yung resume/experience mo at galing ka perhaps ng ibang 1st world country din.. Hopefully may time pa, I'm really worried regarding all the changes in Immigration..

    @aj.skywalker Kung RN kana dito, why dont you try and look for a hospital na magssponsor sayo? 482 that is. That way, you can work for a year or two then plus points yun sa points tested. May iba din way yung 186 which is yung facility mo magssponsor sayo after that period. Sa mga regional nga lang most of the sponsorships, but hey, if it works. Why not.

    Na max mo naba yung points mo pwede makuha sa english test (IELTS, PTE)?

    @aj.skywalker,
    RN currently where? If you are in AU, as @dy3p mentioned, look for an employer na mag-sponsor. And correct din sya, na mostly ay nasa regional ang nagbibigay ng sponsorship, here in QLD, there is a hospital(s) in Brisbane who sponsored some students who graduated in QUT

    @drnc_13 if you met the requirements and points for PR visa bakit ka pa gagatos for student visa. To answer you question, even if you are on student visa pede ka pa din apply the PR visa. magka iba nman yun. at you can apply on shore or offshore for PR visa.
