    @RodSher if CPAA ang assessing body mo, you should get english test first and aim to get 7 in all modules. then start collecting documents.     Guys help po need advice husband ko kc ng eoi lodge April 9 70pts with ss na for 190 nsw then eto July 8 ng eoi lodge kami for victoria 190 di po kaya kami mag kakaproblema or dapat po ba iwithdraw namen isa dito sa state. By the way same email po ginamit namen for 190 nsw and vic. Pls advice po salamat po sa sasagot kc 2 months na ayaw kami replyan agent namen panay seen mode.

    @Pandabelle0405 si agent ba ang nag apply for both states? alam ko sa NSW okay lang kahit may apply ka sa iba e kasi they based their selection sa skillselect. I'm not sure kay Victoria how they select people to be invited. If may commitment letter ingat kau kasi dapat committed talaga kau na mag settle sa Victoria not just to get visa to enter AU.. Sa NT kasi very particular sila sa truthfulness ng commitment letter mo. kaya sa application doon tinatanong kong may ibang apply.

    Hi all,
    i am new here. need some expert opinion about my australian PR invitation.
    My occupation code is 313214 and i have 65 points. i have applied in 189 , 190 and 489 visa type.
    kindly update when i get my invitaion....?

    @batman hello sir hay salamat my sumagot po hehe bale si agent po ng apply ng nsw 190 nung april 9 then eto july 8 si hubby po ng apply ng vic 190 kc open po un job nya dun and ng try na rin bka sakali po. by the way 233211 ang anszco civil engr po. Sir commitment letter sabi ng husband ko wala naman dW po sya na encounter nung ng eoi lodge po sya.

    Timeline: Permanent Visa (189) Accountant 221111
    18 April 2018: ITA received - Visa 189
    04 May 2018 : Lodged Visa Application - Visa 189
    29 Aug 2018 - First CO Contact - PCC Qatar (partner)
    9 Jan 2019 - 2nd CO Contact - penal waiver
    18 Jan 2019 - Updated immiaccount with penal waiver
    29 Jan 2019 - Forwarded PCC to gsm.allocated email

    since under kayo ng agent you should have communicated this to them and let them do the application kasi mag kaka gulogulo apply nyo kong may apply si agent kau din meron.
    have you read the Victoria website about the requirements when applying for state sponsorship? As far as I know only NSW selects from skillselect the rest you need to apply directly to state website other than EOI.

Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) in the Department of Home Affairs' SkillSelectexternal link, and indicate your interest for Victorian nomination. You do not need to notify Victoria that you have submitted an EOI. Note that if you already have an EOI in the SkillSelect system (submitted before 1 July 2018), it will be considered for Victorian nomination. You will not need to resubmit it
