@sethcabrera786 from my understanding and based doon sa points table, you can only claim 15points since considered siya as bachelors degree. If you want to claim additional points for your masters, it is 5pts pero you need to check if it satisfies their reqt for masters.

I am also trying to understand how addl points for masters work kasi may masters din asawa ko. Based kasi doon sa table dapat from an australian institution, walang “recognized by australian standard”.

@ceinau15 nope, you can continue uploading documents. Lodge mine last oct 10, and had to upload my 2018 ITR, which was release Jan 28. And got my grant on feb 20.

Please see my answers below:

1. The COE should include a "detailed" job description as ACS will assess if the tasks you are doing for the past 10 years are closely related to your nominated occupation. Please request your company HR to specify in the COE that you work as a "full time" or "regular" employee. In my case, my previous employer is not keen in providing a detailed job description since they can only provide a standard template with my salary and job title so what I did is to prepare an affidavit and asked my former colleague (Team Leader) to sign it. Once signed, have it notarized before submitting to ACS.

2. I think it's fine to include your MIT transcript as long as you can also provide your transcript showing the course units of your Bachelor's degree (ECE). This will be assessed by ACS to determine the professional "ICT content" of your qualification.

3. For your work experience, I can't really say if Systems Analyst would be more suitable as it really depends on how closely related your work experience is to the description of this occupation.

Just like you, I also started as Technical Support and performed several ITSM roles Problem Manager, Incident Manager, Change Manager but I nominated ICT Business Analyst -
261111 because the tasks I'm doing are more related to this occupation. I got a positive assessment from ACS last year.

last may 22 2018 nagsubmit po ang asawa q pra s TRA assestment,tanong q lng po qng ilang buwan ang aabutin pra makuha ung result. bale my consultancy po natulong samin. anyone knows qng paanu po magcheck ng TRA assestment result.

Age - turning 33 sa Oct.
Exp - 11 years kaso Oct 2010 ako graduate. So acs guideline, 2010 ako pede magclaim ng work exp
School - TIP grad, with low gwa due to dropped subjects everytime work schedule change , few units of master sa tup
PTE - hoping for superior.

@quesco For ICT BA, huling nabigyan ng invite is yung mga ng lodge ng EOI ng Sept 2017 pa ata... dun ako natagalan, kasi 70pts lang ako nag lodge ng EOI since proficient lang ako 1st take sa PTE. Waited for 6 months wala pa rin invite, kaya decided to take PTE again and luckily nakakuha ako superior kaya nakapag 80 points ako.

@spoonized727, fit din yung work exp ko for ICT support engineer since resource din ako within capabilities, baka yun na lang iapply ko. Siguro, ill wait a bit more, para madagdagan yung claimable work years ko, mukang acs wont assess yung work exp before graduation. Thanks sa inputs, ill get at most 75 points pag nasuperior ko yung pte.

May bearing ba points sa processing? Like si 65 pts at 80 pts nag lodge ng visa tosay6, ang expectation ng grant mas mauna ba si 80pts?

@cyborg5 wala yan sa Visa Processing, ang may malaking bearing eh bago mabigyan ng ITA sa 65 vs 80. 65pointer walang nakakaalam, 80pointer, next round hav a chance.

@cyborg5 depends if all documents are ready and finalized. Wala nang bearing ang points when it comes to grants. Case by case basis na.

@quesco Yes, actually kung pwede ka sa ICT Support Engineer better kasi hindi sya pro rata at kung makakuha ka ng 75 points, malaki tlga chance mo makakuha invite. Ako kasi more on ITSM Business Analyst tlga work experience ko..

@cyborg5 kung same day nag lodge ng Visa si 65pointer at 80pointer, depende siguro yan sa Visa subclass.. based sa trends na nakikita ko sa ibang forums and immitracker kung si 65pointer (subclass 489) vs 80pointer (subclass 189) mauuna ma grant si 65pointer considering parehas sila complete documents... parang malaki na rin delay sa Visa subclass 189..
