correct, that's why i said "technically" they can still apply EOI at anytime but when they add their assessment or any change in points, their DOE will be updated as well.

afaik makakagawa ka pero in the end, mababa ang points mo. sa current trend ngayon, hindi ka din maiinvite. may mga gumagawa/gumawa na nito tapos chaka nalang i-uupdate yung kulang like English Test or Employment Assessment.

hindi naman din sila mauuna sa invitation dahil kapag upload mo ang English Test or Employment Assessment, mag uupdate yung DOE mo sa current date, hence, balik ka sa likod ng queue unless mas mataas yung points mo sa current trend.

for visa documents submission, is it required to submit the medical certificate along with the other documents? or is it requested by case officer on a case by case basis? we are family of 4, 2 kids (3yo and 2mos baby)

@alchemist what is the medical cert for? afaik medical results are uploaded by the clinic directly to the home affairs portal, its not provided to the visa applicant.

@zacc EOI you don't need to attached any documents its just an online form where you will in your information.

regarding to certified true copy during stage of assessment for skills, etc.. each assessing body has different requirements. Some requires ctc some just colored scan copy.

afaik in visa application after payment you will attached colored scan copy.

@cyborg5 sa pagkakaintindi ko ng BVA, magtake effect lang siya pag naexpire na ang substantive visa mo. kasi ang ifollow na conditions nung BVA is kung ano iyong last visa mo. so kung cancelled wla na precedent, at possible they will ask you to leave Aus and wait for your PR grant offshore.

sa character proof, di ba pag galing pinas NBI, kunsakali, nag work/study ka sa australia for 12months prior mag lodge ng PR, kelangan mo 2 clearance? isa sa pinas NBI at isa sa Australia NBI (or whatever it is called there)?

@cyborg5 you need clearance on all countries you are/were a resident for at 12 months or more. AFP police check naman dito sa Aus.

however, same time kami ng wife ko nagsubmit ng documents, pero siya walang notification.

anyway, napaCTC na namin documents namin and reuploaded, just waiting ulit.

no updates yet, but should be expecting something soon. based sa myimmitracker, may nagupdate na ng results ng June 30(nung July 9 kami nagsubmit). sana positive ang results.

also, next week na rin exam namin for PTE. aiming for high scores.

@cyborg5 i have one non-migrating in the family unit, hindi na siya nirequire mag-medical. 18 yrs old siya. dun sa attached document details and nirequire lang ipaupload is form 1221 at police clearance.
