The rules might have change, but we are submitting, SSS record, you can request it from SSS office, you can ask a list of Companies contributing, and the amount contributed by each company. What a de facto relationship is

    De Facto Relationship Fact Sheet

    What evidence is considered?
When submitting evidence of a de facto relationship, applicants must be able to demonstrate that their relationship has existed for at least one year before the application is made. Evidence may include but is not limited to:

The history of the relationship through a signed statement regarding:
    - how, when and where the couple first met
    - how the relationship developed
    - the couple's domestic arrangements, that is, how they support each other financially, physically and emotionally and when this level of commitment began
any periods of separation, when and why the separation occurred, for how long and how the couple maintained their relationship during the period of separation
    the couple's future plans.

Financial aspects of the relationship, such as:
    - joint ownership of the house or joint names on a lease
    - correspondence addressed to the couple at the same address
    - details of financial commitments including bank statements, and any joint liabilities.

The nature of the household, such as:
    - any joint responsibility for the care and support of any children
the couple's living arrangements including sharing responsibilities within the home.

    Social context, such as:
    - evidence that the couple is generally accepted and recognised as a couple socially such as joint invitations
    - evidence of common friends
    - assessments by the couple's friends and family of the relationship
    - joint travel or joint participation in sporting, social or cultural activities.

The couple's commitment to each other, such as:
    - the duration of the relationship including knowledge of each other
    - intention to have a long term relationship, for example, through terms of their wills
    - correspondence and telephone accounts to show that the couple maintained contact during any periods of separation.

@RheaMARN1171933 i'm done with the EA, but per agent, we are no going to claim the company experience due to no ITR.

next thing is the CO for the EOI/ITA will consider such since i have the SSS, Philhealth and COE but no ITR. what if i will be having 8 years experience the soonest but due to no ITR i can only claim five years...

My question is, does not having ITR will cause big impact on the claiming of years for points? or can COE and relevant contribution will suffice? Im just too worried...

    Hoping for your enlightenment.

@ShyShyShy you mentioned you have an agent? You need to discuss it with him/her then, that’s the reason you have one.

@ShyShyShy it’s difficult for me to give you a sound advice when I do not know the story. It seems that you are already being guided by your agent so you just need to trust him/her and address your concerns as your agent knows the whole picture of your situation than I do. Good luck

@ShyShyShy one step at a time. I’m careful kasi especially when there’s an agent involved na, I might say something that might confuse things your end when I don’t know much details about your circumstance.

hey guys. been a lurker here for some time and just wanted to drop by to express my appreciation to everyone on this forum, laking tulong talaga ng mga tips dito from other posters.

kakasubmit ko lang ng ACS assessment and planning to take PTE in the next couple of months. review review pa onti.

    anyway, good luck everyone!

using this to track my progress din.

was notified by the case officer na kailangan daw may CTC yung documents, kahit na most of my uploads were colored originals.

however, same time kami ng wife ko nagsubmit ng documents, pero siya walang notification.

anyway, napaCTC na namin documents namin and reuploaded, just waiting ulit.
no updates yet, but should be expecting something soon. based sa myimmitracker, may nagupdate na ng results ng June 30(nung July 9 kami nagsubmit). sana positive ang results.

also, next week na rin exam namin for PTE. aiming for high scores.
got my PTE results today, 79 lang talaga target ko pero nakasungkit ng 90 overall! 90L/90R/90S/88W

still waiting for my wife's scores. tska ung ACS assessment namin, inaanticipate ko in the next couple of weeks.

ok lang as long as pasok ang jobcode mo sa V189 and V190 (at alam mo ang pagkakaiba ng dalawang visa na yan).

makikisagot lang, try mo nalang kausapin yung agent nyo kung pwedeng ihabol yung payslip sa unang company kase sinabihan naman kayo na magsubmit to both companies eh:

"cnvhan kami n magsubmit ng payslip both pero ang nasubmit lng namin is ung current company"

it's better to talk to your agent asap para magkaroon ng maayos na solution.
