wala pa po kasi yung dependent ko, pag nglodge po ako, hindi din nman sya mkakapagmedical pg mg request yung CO. unless lang po kung pwede pakiusapan yung CO na ihold muna medical for dependent? Nasa barko po kasi. @RheaMARN1171933 thats why i was asking kung maiinvite ba ulit agad if pinaexpire yung unang invite na 60days.

@yuki_00 the case officer won’t be in touch until after a few months to issue you s56 letter which is a checklist of documents you need to provide and you will be given 28 days to provide the documents being requested, that includes the medical clearance. If within that 28 days, you still can’t provide the documents, you can advise the case officer you need more time due to your reason. Better do this approach than miss the 60 day period given to lodge your application. Good luck

@Bjane personally, I won’t accept such from my clients as it defeats the purpose. You can always double check with TRA, explain the circumstance and probably they can suggest an alternative. Good luck.

@RheaMARN1171933 mam bale ung MSA employer template meron dun ung job description at my sign c direct manager. pero kz ung employment certificate na inissue ni HR is walang job description. so baka gagawa po sana aq ng reference letter na my job description taz pasign q sa manager. pero since ung direct manager q ayaw magsign dun sa reference letter pwd kaya if other manager ang magsign like parts manager since c parts manager is naman is nakakwork q din naman as a team

@Bjane safe is to check with TRA. I can’t provide an accurate advice via information being provided on this forum. Yours is very detailed and since I’m not involved with your case, I don’t want to say anything that may mislead you. I would suggest to liaise with TRA directly. Employment certificate is different to a reference letter. I have not encountered any assessing authority which would require an employment certificate.

@Hendro i had the same question din. pero ultimately, i decided na hindi nalang isama yung middle name(mother’s maiden surname). kasi nagapply ako ng australian tourist visa dati with just my first name and nagrant naman and hindi naman nagkaproblema. if ever, immention ko nalang sa “other names known by” sa forms.

@Hendro I don't think its a big deal. after all EOI is more particular about points claimed not personal details such as middle name. You can just add cover letter in your visa lodge explaining your eoi name difference from other identity supporting documents. Make sure all other forms matched with the identity documents submitted.

Hello po! Nag compute ako, I spent a total of 362 days in a country (nag aral ako doon, umuwi ng pilipinas sandali, tapos bumalik for graduation). Kailangan ko rin kaya ng PCC para doon? Di ko sure kung hihingin pa ng CO pero di ko alam kung icocompute naman niya yun. Hehe student ako na registered for a 12-month program noon. Mayroon kayang may similar experience? 10 working days lang naman daw yung UK PCC pero sayang para 3500 din e hehehe

@rnmh 362 lang talga sya. kasi sabi mo 12 month program, equates to 1 year tpos may graduation pa. for sure after 12 month program yun, kaya maging more than 12 month na sya.

dalawa lang: pede mo wait si CO to request for PCC.

or get PCC now- mahal nga lang. pero possible direct grant.

Siguro kasi 1 palang employer ko nun? ngayon kasi 3 na.
