Hello, quick question lang po saang part ng acs application need maattach ng resume?

Hello po. i just received my ITA last October 11 and nagsstart na po ako magasikaso ng docs. A few questions lang with regards to the documents you presented, yun document nyo na pinasa for skilled employment, did you guys just submit the same document you used nun nagpapa-assess palang?

@kaloidq congrats! anong nominated occ., visa type mo at anong points nyo po? Sa mga nababasa ko, same docs lang din pero sinamahan ata nila payslip, sss contri basta lahat ng magpapalakas ng ebidensya na totoo yung skilled employment. God bless po.

same docs meaning kung ano inupload ko before for assessment, yun padin uupload ko now? kasi diba may date yun? does it matter if dati na o kelangan ng latest uli?

@kaloidq it depends if the reference letters used for skills assessment comply with immigration requirements.

For our clients we assist from start to finish, we most often use the same only because from the skills assessment application pa lang, we tailor the letters already to fit both assessing body and immigration requirements. However, there are those clients who we've acquired after they have had their skills assessed and upon checking the letters and evidences they used previously, we’re not satisfied that they would comply with immigration standards so we assist them in producing new letters and evidences.

So in short, make sure you review the documents again and that it fits in to immigration criteria. Good luck!

@kaloidq, nice points! congrats po ulit, yes, same docs lang sa mga previous employments mo, pero yung current employment (I assume ksama to nung nag pa assess ka sa ACS), mas maganda kung makahingi ka ng bago with updated dates, pero kung hndi oks lang din, yung iba ksi sabi nila nag attach na lng sila payslips up to current date to prove na connected pa sila sa company at yun nga yung ibang evidences like sss contri, philhealth, pag-ibig etc malakas na evidence din kasi government docs to at di madadaya. yun direct grant sila.

Hi all, question lang po kasi yung previous company ko hindi nagbibigay ng Job Description kaya need ko humingi ng Stat Dec/Affidavit from previous Manager/Supervisor kaso resigned na ung Supervisor ko at yung Manager pinadala ng company sa NZ. Sino po kaya ang mas ok na hingan ko ng Stat Dec? Thank you.

Hi po tanong ko lang kung nakakuha ako ng assessment from ACS na 7 years yung skilled work experience (from 11 years) ko kaso 6 months na lang mag 12 years na ko sa company, pwede ko ba i declare na 8 years relevant skilled work after 6 months kagad or need mag pa re assess again after 6 months. Thanks po

sa EOI automatic na mag aadjust yung experience mo kaya as long as same company yun, no need for re-assessment.

Hi po. Nakasulat po sa ACS guidelines, under Required Docuemnts yung - Resume / CV. Need pa po bang ipa-certify po ng resume? Hindi lang po naka indicate sa guideline.

@xianoink According po sa guidelines all documents must be certified true copy. Pa certify na rin po ninyo sir para sure.

@galf10333 Tama ka po sir. Actually, from my own experience, di ko na upload yung resume dahil wala namang nakalagay na option sa online application ni ACS. Ang na upload ko lang: passport, TOR, diploma, certificates, and reference letters. Pa clarify na lang po sa mga sirs and maams natin dito baka na miss ko rin yung part na yun. Hehe.

But anyway, nag antay na lang ako email kung hihingin nila yung resume. Nag email si ACS sakin kaso ibang document yung hiningi (microsoft online transcript). No mention of resume and nag proceed naman to assessor yung application status.

Just to be safe, I suggest to have the resume certified and ready to be sent just in case ACS needs it. HTH.

@iamabcd galf10333 nung nagpa assess ako dati Aug 2017 wala pang resume /CV na kailangan ipasa. Di ko lang sure ngayon. God bless po.

@galf10333 Hi galf, from my experience, walang portion yung form to upload the resume. So hindi ko na sinama as I've mentioned previously. Hehe.

@ray1188 Yes, for every company where you want to claim points for work experience. You need to prove you got paid for that work. Payslips, tax records (BIR 23xx), bank statements.

@ray1188, yup bro kung mag claim ka ng points, needed sya. Pde nman siguro yung BIR 2316 records kung wala na tlga yung payslips mo plus yung SSS contributions, since govt. docs yung mga yun tingin ko ok nman na yun.

@patotoy /Hi all, my email na si ACS regarding sa anzco code ko na 263111 pero not suitable, bali nirerecommend nila na suitable ako sa 262113 and need to submit an additional assessment fee na $200 AUD. If ever ba is madaling mai nominate or mainvite sa code na to? aside from mag superior sa pte? based sa quick research ko as South Australia lang my pwede sa code ko for now.

@pinesfly this depends, sa SC 190 & 489 no one actually knows kung kelan ka maiinvite. Only God's will and perfect timing lang ang mapanghahawakan nten jan lalo kung prorata occupation mo. Based sa nababasa ko, may instance na may naiinvite sa SC 190 na mababa overall score as compared sa ibang mataas ang score, so randomize tlga.

Sa SC189 nman may predictions sa http://www.iscah.com/estimates-will-get-189-eoi-invitation/ and usually near reality predictions nila.

go with their recommended code dahil parang tinutulungan ka na din nila kung san ka makakakuha ng max points mo sa experience mo. in terms sa possibility ng invitation, nasa non-pro rata code yan at nag iinvite sila ng 70points with DOE 21/06/2018 5:55pm as of Sep 11 invitation.

kung makaka-75 pts ka, mataas ang chance mo na mainvite ka agad sa next round since nasa 70 na ang iniinvite nila sa non-pro rata.

@pinesfly @Supersaiyan from my experience with cases we’ve handled, all 3 visa options have no guaranteed timeline in terms of invite grant. 189 invites are computer generated wherein it automatically grants invites based on points declared by applicants who lodged their EOI on a particular day. The higher the points, the higher the chances to be invited. Best to aim for the highest points possible.
