@RheaMARN1171933 true, that is why im very careful na to over claim points and did not claim with DHA the un-assessed work experience, although i announced it but tick it as unrelated.

anyway, my claim of points is more than the passing mark. This is just a thought of what if i get 5 more points and chances of me being invited will increase but it may pose as risk of being voided. so maybe i will just go with the safe side and to not claim

@jj35751 all the best. You do get valuable information from this forum but at the end of the day, my best advise is to still follow your own judgement on things especially if you’re on a DIY application.

@aranayad ACS from my experience maxthey take 8 weeks. Usually 6 weeks we have the result ba. Earliest would be 4 weeks.

I got mine in 3 months, lodge Nov and got the result on Feb, pero 2015-2016 pa yon. Base sa mga feedback medyo bumabagal.

sana po may makapansin. actually nagstart na po kami magprocess ng PR namin s oz via agent dto sa qatar. waiting pa lng po ang TRA result namin. tanong q lang po qng pwdeng mag sign n sa EOI without TRA assessment result since ung occupation naman is nasa list ng PR. hndi po kaya magkakaproblema pag naglog kami pra EOI pag lumabas na ung TRA result

@Bjane no point doing this right now when you’renot Even definite with your points. You’ve got an agent, right? Why don’t you leave everything to them? The trouble with you getting involved is potentially gumulo case mo. This is the very reason why I have a clause in my contact agreement with my clients that they cannot liaise with the authorities involved whilst under my service or if they do, they have to let me know first.

If you engage an agent to handle your case, then you should trust them to do the work for you. What’s the point of paying professional fees in the end? You might as well just do it yourself

@Bjane not sure what docs you’re referring to. Your agent should be able to advise you on this as he knows your case better than I do. Also, I have no idea what you have submitted already. All the best.

hello po sana may makatulong at makasagot sa katanungan namin. nag inquire po kmi s TRA about sa new assessment namin at nagresponse na kaso hndi po namin magets.
1.
If you choose to reapply to the MSA program, do not include any employer that has been previously considered to not be relevant for your occupation. Therefore, we suggest that you do not include your employer.......... bale magpapaassess po kmi ulit kaso nabasa q kz s website nila n pag mag papareassess ka new evidence n lng ang isusubmit. gagawa po b kami ng stat.dec requesting na iremove sa application ung dating employer.

You will need to provide at least two sources of evidence for each year of the employment in the occupation you wish to claim.

If you choose to reapply to the MSA program and do not wish to use the agent, do not complete this section in the application form. Your agent will not be included for your reassessment. You will be required to use the same TRA number for any reassessment. If your agent created the registration, you will be able to provide TRA with any new contact details when your register your new application

Hi po,

Tanong lang po sana ako. magstart pa lang kasi ako sa TRA Skills assessment ko for ICT Customer Support Officer. Bale nagpa migration skills assessment po ba kayo and migration points advice sa TRA? Or ung skills assessment lang?

Tapos dun po TRA Migration skills assessment:
a. graduate po kasi ako ng AMA Makati, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science - considered degree po ba un? Bale sa points for Skilled Migration, counted po un na 15 points?
b. Employment requirement = 3 years full time and employment must be after qualification issuance date. Bale if may employment ako before ako naggraduate ng degree, hindi po un mabilang?
c. Currency = to ensure currency of skills, you are required to provide evidence you have worked for 12 months full time within the last 3 years. = iba pa po itong12 months full time sa 3 years full time na nasa employment requirement? Dapat minimum 4 years experience ang makita nila?

@aJeff check nyo lang po ung website ng TRA andun lahat. ano b aapplyan m sa TRA samin kz MSA.

a completed employer template/self employment template for each employment period claimed - hndi kelangan ng letter from sponsor but kelanagan na ung TRA MSA employer template my signature c manager (noong nagtanong aq sa TRA, kz hndi aq nakakuha ng reference letter from the company pero ung MSA employer template my signature c manager. ang sav need nila is ung TRA employer template)
pay evidence for each period of employment claimed. ( make sure na 2 sources of pay evidence ang ibigay m kunyari payslip- so ung payslip kelangan 3 each year. ganun din sa bank statement m or any other pay evidence.

tanong lang sana ako. sa TRA Employer Template:

1. sa salary part: monthly salary po ba ito? and niretain nyo po ba ung currency sa payslips? ex. if Php, Php ang ilagay o dapat iconvert sa AUD?

2. Business Registration number - eto po ba ung sa from SEC? As in number lang ilagay? Or need pa po na hingin ang copy ng SEC registration ng company?

@Xavier iconvert nyo po s aud. Samin monthly salary nilagay namin wala nman n naging problema sa katunayan katatanggap lng nmin result within less than 2 months.

@Xavier no need to convert pay in Australian currency. We’ve never done such for our cases. Present evidences as it is.

Hi, tanong ko lang para dun sa may parehong situation I'm querying on behalf of a friend.

Yung friend ko kaka graduate lang pero nag wowork na sya as Tech support sa call centre for many years pero kaka kuha lang nya sa diploma nya. Mas na una ang work experience kay sa qualifications award.

Any ideas if this can merit a positive skills assessment from TRA?

@Isyut better mag direct email n po kau s tra mismo cla lng makakasagot sa inyo ng tama. Tulad ng ginwa namin nun kz nanegative kmi s first assessment then nag inquire kmi sa kanila within less than 2 months lumabas n ung positive result.
