I’m the main applicant and I uploaded both our exit visa stamps and documents in our application. Meron din akong PC from Riyadh before I exited in 2013.

Enough na kaya yung Exit visa stamps and documents na inupload ko for him or need p din na kumuha ng PC for him from KSA?

    Looking forward for your insights!

Share ko lang yung experience ko and I hope it can guide you. Nasa OZ na po ako ngayon, so I can say that I did the right method.

    A - nagproper exit

First, read this Police Check section of this page:

    https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-support/contact-us/offices-and-locations/list

    Take note of this information:

    "Applying outside Saudi Arabia:

Non-resident non-Saudi citizens are not currently able to obtain a Certificate. In these circumstances, the following documents should be provided to the Department:
-copy of your current and old passports, including any entry/exit stamps for Saudi Arabia
-copy of resident permits and final exit documents held for Saudi Arabia
-work reference from previous employer/sponsor while resident in Saudi Arabia.

    NOTE:
If case A ka, you can submit the final exit visa as your supporting document.

    Second
Gather all documents na nagpapatunay na you lived and worked in Saudi (magagamit din itong documents for proof of experience).

    1. Employment contract
    2. Payslips
    3. Promotion letter
    4. Medical Insurance card
    5. Iqama (photocopy)
    6. Exit stamps sa passports (Final Exit Visa if meron)
    7. Drivers License
    8. Reference letter from dating co-worker
    9. Character statutory declaration (refer to this website: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/form-listing/forms/character-statutory-declaration.pdf)
    10. Employment self statutory declaration (if wala kang employment cert, pwede ito in-leiu.)

(if meron pa po kayong document na you feel ay relevant sa case nyo, isama nyo na rin po)

    NOTE:
    1. HIndi po kailan na notarize. Colored scan lang po at make sure to translate the documents to english if it's in Arabic (like items 5,6 and & 7). Maghanap sa google ng " NAATI Accredited Interpreter ". In my case, dito ako nagpatranslate. :
    "Nawal Nadar
    NAATI Accredited Interpreter & Translator
    Nadar Interpreting & Translation
36 Gerald St Greystanes 2145 NSW
    Mobile: 0421 178 767
    Telephone: 02 9863 4796
    Email: [email protected]"
    2. Yung mga statutory declaration, kailan ay signed by an authorized person.

For case A: sana nakakuha ka ng employment cert. If hindi, like case B,refer to item no. 8 above. It would help if the person na gagawa ng reference letter ay trusted mo lalong lalo na if you are case B (incase na tatawag ang CO mo to verify)
Also, yung gagawa ng reference letter, hingan mo rin ng any proof of employment like company ID at calling card.

    Third
If may EOI ka na at in the process of uploading your documents, e-submit mo as "Evidence of Character" yung character staturoy declaration , exit stamps (with transalation) at reference letter /employment letter all in one PDF file and make sure na within allowable file size.

After that, wait for any CO contact. HIndi ko nga lang alam kon gaano katagal maghihintay pero sa case ko 2 months after I submitted all my documents before I received a CO contact asking me to answer a "Questionnaire for Penal Waiver" (at this point, hindi ko lang alam if meron bang may case na hindi na nakatanggap ng questionnaire at binigyan na lang ng grant) . After ko po nasubmit yung questionnaire, it took another 3 months before I received the Visa Grant.

Kaya wag po panghinaan ng loob. Sana makatulong tong post ko.

Hello, exactly on the same situation my wife has her iqama pero under her maiden name pa rin so hindi po kami makakuha ng police clearance na under na ng married name nya. Halos lahat ng docs nya nasa maiden namen pa...iniisip naming pong magpagawa ng affidavit of one and the same person. would it work po ba? salamat mo..appreciate your immediate response on this.

My opinion is ok ding magpagawa kayo ng affidavit to prove na same person.. otherwise, I think a marriage cert will also suffice as proof. I submitted a KSA police clearance under my maiden name but at the same time, naka-attach din yung marriage cert ko sa visa application since I need a proof of my name change..

If you are outside KSA, you can use your exit visa, work reference and iqama in place of PC. See attached screenshot.

@tesu pray hope do not worry. Yan ginamit kong basis for my husband. Plus I also attached a Stat declaration na unable to obtain PC na sya since outside KSA na. Then i asked them to refer to his attached exit visa etc..di k naman kasi mabibigyan ng exit visa sa KSA if may pending case diba?

@delorian Maraming salamat sa napaka informative mong post. Same case din po ako from Saudi, though I don't belong to neither case kasi working pa ako currently dito sa Jeddah although I am currently preparing requirements for a 482 Visa. Regarding po sa NAATI Accredited translation, were you still in Saudi or nasa AU ka na nung nagpa translate. I was also advise by the agent na need nga ng translation but when I checked walang available na nandito sa Saudi - do you think just sending over the docs to them would be sufficient? Salamat in advance.

@tesu My two cents lang on this. I think no need na ng affidavit since indicated naman sa forms that she had used other names (and in her case a maiden name). So makikita na po ito as proof plus the fact makikita naman to sa Marriage contract niyo ung dates that she was infact still single nung nasa Saudi pa siya kung ganto nga po ung case.

@jayr.cruz Kung wala ka pong mahanap na translator dyan sa Jeddah, although I was able to have my docs translated nung nasa Riyadh pa ako (in 2016 it was 100 SR / doc) ... I would suggest having the docs translated in the Phils sa Lexcode. They were the cheapest among those I have inquired. You send the scanned copy of the doc with them, pay via deposit, and they send back the certified translation of the document to your PH address and email a softcopy too.

    @lashes
    Police clearance certificates
You are required to provide a police certificate for SAUDI ARABIA.
If you do not have a police certificate for Saudi Arabia, you will need to provide the following:
    ● copy of your current and old passports, including any entry/exit stamps for Saudi Arabia;
    ● copy of resident permits and final exit documents held for Saudi Arabia;
    ● work reference from previous employer/sponsor while resident in Saudi Arabia.

Mas maganda yang gagawin mo na late k na magrequest ng mga NBI at PCC kasi medyo matagal ang grant ngayon, in that way hindi kagad ma expire ang mga PCC clearances while waiting for grant, and no need to re do or request a new one./

ako kaka kuha ko lang ng saudi police clearance (actually stamped lang xa na sinasabi na no criminal record). and kumuha nadin ako sa embassy sa Riyadh ng No Derogatory Record. kumuha ako representative dun (my uncle) na nag ayos ng pcc saudi. basta complete docs ipapasa mo, makaka kuha ka ng pcc sa saudi. and magastos din.

Hello, Nag exit ako sa Saudi Arabia last 2020. Kumuha ako ng police clearance before my final exit. Ang problema ko is more than 1 year na ung Saudi PCC ko.
