  Hi if you use the documentary checklist tool here https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/web-evidentiary-tool walang nakalagay na need ng evidence of financial requirement so i guess show money is not needed. with regards to the no ielts i check yung mga courses nila for certificate 3,4,diploma etc may requirement na ielts. although may exception naman kindly read it here na lang https://queensford.edu.au/application-process/

  October 17, 2018 - Confirmed CQU received payment
  October 18, 2018 - Medical at St. Lukes-Ermita
  October 22, 2018 - Received email form CQU for additional docs
  Waiting for COE
  October 24, 2018 - Received Confirmation of Enrollment
  October 25, 2018 - Lodged visa
  October 26, 2018 - Grant
