Hi everyone, I am planning to to apply for ICT Customer Support Office in TRA.

Just need a few clarifications concerning TRA assessment:
    1. I understand that once TRA deems an application suitable the highest they could give is Diploma which is equivalent to 10 points only . But what if I graduated from a related IT Course with a Bachelor's Degree (e.g. BS Information Management ).

    2. How do I claim the full 15 points and be assessed as Bachelor's Degree, is there a process or an assessing body that can assess my Bachelor's degree?

Ano ba yung pwedeng technique sa pag fill up ng Employer template section, particularly sa job description portion?

Do i give the employer the info and let the employer fill it? Or dapat ba sa kanila mang galing yung information? Baka kase masyadong general ang ilagay nila pag sila ang nag fill up.

Any advise? Salamat po in advance.

Clarify ko lang din po, yung mga requirements ba na na kelangan i-scan, does it need to ba notarized or CTC'd? (e.g. payslips, and tax notices)

Binabasa ko kase yung MSA applicant guidelines and wala naman nakalagay.

@daemon33 not necessary notarized but it should be colored scanned of original documents.

Thanks!@seekerAU, . But if my payslip from SG is pdf based and black and white does it need to have it CTC'd? Meron ba affordable na nag CTC dito sa SG.

It will do as long as the document is from your company. They might verify the same through your bank statement so it's better to include it when submitting your application to shorten the processing time. Normal scanners are fine jsut use minimum of 300dpi. I'm not familiar with CTC and not from SG. Sorry, I can't help you with that.
    Good luck!

hello @aJeff , ask ko lang po, natuloy ka ba mag pa assess sa TRA for 313199? if so, kumusta po assessment? Interested ako kasi plan ng husband ko to apply for SA under the same ANZCO. Gusto rin namin sana I avail yung points for bachelor degree since he is a graduate of IT course. Thanks and God bless.

Just received my TRA and it's successful (thank you Lord!). It states that "the applicant was first able to commence work in skilled employment in the nominated occupation from 19 April 2010" .

Question #1 : If I am still in the same company up to this point , it means I can claim 15 pts (8-10 yrs work experience)

Question#2 : The Education is not mentioned sa letter. 10 pts na ba yun (Diploma) automatic?
But if i want to claim more points for Bachelor Degree (15 pts), would VETASSESS be the right assessing authority? From my understanding, TRA assesses up to Diploma level only (10 pts), please correct me if a am wrong.

@fam4migrant , I emailed them for clarification whether I am assessed as Diploma or Bachelor's Degree since walang nakalagay saken.

Nagreply sila and they stated na "for the purposes of the TRA's Migration Skills assessment your Bachelor of Science in [course] issued by {my University] was considered equivalent to an Australian Bachelor degree" .

@daemon33 I am planning to do a TRA assessment, I currently had ACS assessment as ICT Support Engineer, but I will try to changed my nominated occupation to ICT Customer Suppor Officer. Can you share ano mga documents na isubmit mo? How long did you wait for the result? Can I know your school (Univ) and your experience? Thanks a Lot!

They usually recognise work experience after the qualification has been obtained

I just followed the TRA guidelines. You can check dun sa MSA application guidelines. Part of what i submitted which is nakalagay din dun is yung payslips ko 3 per year being claimed and tax notices (SG work experience) from job start to current. My school is UST and work experience ko is it helpdesk / desktop support.
