Hello po!

Newbie po sa forum, hingi sana ako ng insights from you guys.

Nakapag-generate na po kami ng HAP ID for visa 189. Medicals are scheduled to be done on Jan 5. Pwede na po kaya kami maglodge ng visa application this week or wait na lang na matapos muna medicals?

Another things is, mas makakabuti po bang ifrontload ang medicals or mag-wait for CO’s advise? May pre-existing illness kasi ang anak ang anak namin..

@anotherhopeful pede na kayo pa medical, pede din wait ng CO. Medicals forward directly ng clinic to immigration hindi kayo ang mag upload. Kung ang medical issues ng kids hindi nman nakaka hawa at hindi din burden sa Australia government in the future ok lng yun.

Pwede ko na din kaya ilodge and visa application namin today kahit Jan 5 pa ang scheduled medicals? Or dapat po tapusin muna namin ang medicals before maglodge para “YES” ang isasagot don sa part ng application na ngtatanong kung may prior medicals before application?

@anotherhopeful yes, pwede mo na ilodge. Ganyan din ginawa ko dati ok naman. Nilagay ko sa form about medical na YES, then sa comment, nilagay ko "refer to HAPID # xxxxx"

Good day mga kabayan. Need some advice lang po. Limited kasi ang pera nmin ng asawa kaya i am planning to lodge 189 since mas bata ako sknya ako ang principal and sya ang dependent ko. Question is plan ko maglodge nun onshore. Pag ba nag bva kami may working rights po habang nagwait ng PR.? Thank u po sa sasagot

Another question po is ang points ko po ay 70 ssma ko po hubby ko as dependent(both of us had undergone bridging program for nurses) malaki po ba chance ko mainvite.? Anu po ba best para samin 189 or 190.? Thank u po

@phicwhlc most likely maiinvite ka naman kasi indemand pa din ang nurses. Just to share my experience. Nov 8 EOI for 189 and 190 Vic 70 and 70+5, respectively. Dec 11 invited for 189, Dec 27 invited for 190.

ANy invites po for Analyst Programmer here? 70 points na ako by February for 189 and 75 naman po for 190 (planning to apply for Victoria) , gano po kaya katagal now ang aantayin ko to get an invite?

Newbie here. Gusto ko po magmove sa Australia. Ang friend ko nag suggest Skilled Independent 189 daw kunin. But not sure where do I start? Baka may mga sites kayong alam na list nang steps na gagawin.

Kung nasa list, makikita mo rin dyan kung anu-anong visa pwede sa occupation mo. Tapos read about the visa details and application process by following the links in that site. Ang best source of information is the Department of Home Affairs website kasi yun ang official. Tapos pag may hindi clear magtanong ka lang dito. Marami makakatulong sa iyo.

Magclaim din po sna ako ng pts from my hubby kasi same po kami qualifications.

@phicwhlc may positive assessment din ba ang hubby mo? Kung meron, yes, makakapagclaim ka ng 5 points, provided na nameet nya yung age qualification and English competency.

Depende sayo yan. Pwede mong isabay kasi may 2 years validity naman yung language test, at yung skills assessment afaik 3 years, unless otherwise specified. Yung sakin kasi (and in most cases too) mas matrabaho, mas magastos at mas matagal magbigay result yung assessment so inuna ko muna yon. Pero kung kumpleto na documents mo for assessment then you should go for your assessment and language test concurrently para mas mabilis ka makapag-apply visa.

@deaddisco check iscah for estimates on how long will you be invited. 70+75 din ako last year pero 261313, almost a year ako nagintay until na superior ko yung english ko so naging 80-85 ako which granted me an invite.

@phicwhlc kung maging positive naman po yung assessment, pwede ka magclaim ng +5 sa partner points. then kung mag 190 visa path ka, another +5 sa base points mo for the state nomination.

question po sa mga naglodge na ng visa— for visa application 190–ok lang ba ilagay ko ang current employment ko tapos select ko option na “not claimining points for this employment” since hindi naman kasama yun na-assess?or wag ko na lang i-mention?
and also for my husband, need ko pa ba ilagay employment history nya kahit hindi naman kame magcclaim ng partners point? pasensya na, lito lang sa mga questions. ayaw ko naman mag-over claim at baka ma-deny pa. salamat sa mga sasagot

Hello mga kapatid, I’m planning to renew my passport dahil magexpire na this Sept 2019, tanong ko lang po
- ok lang ba na magrenew na ako habang naghihintay ma-invite?
iniisip ko po kasi kng makapagrenew ako ng passport at biglang mainvite, eh ok lang po ba na ang nasa assessment at PTE ko ay OLD Passport ang nakaregister tapos sa visa eh NEW Passport?. may magiging problema po kaya? TIA! God bless!

Hi tanong lang po as I am about to lodge my visa... I got 2 ITA's for visa 189 and click 'apply visa" on both. What will happen if I use one of the ITA to lodge my visa? Is this a violation or will I get an error once I submit my visa? thank you in advance.
