Kasabay ba mga dependents nung mag-lodge ng sponsorship ang employer? Kung nasabay, nasa immi naman ang link para sa subsequent entrants. Pag di nasabay, I think kailangan pa na ma-include ng employer sa sponsorship. Di ko lang alam ang exact process.

Hi guys. Ask ko lang uli for dependent under tss visa. 1.May form ba kayo finillapan for your dependent?
2. Kailngan ba ng nbi? Police check lang kase meron ako.
3. For medical ng dependent. Paano ba maggenerate ng hap id?
4. Kailngan ba ng insurance pag nagapply n ng visa . For both applicants?

Travel Document Expenses

There are three main categories with regards to overseas employment as regulates by the Philippines Overseas Employment Agency (POEA).
They are listed below with reference to payment.

Processing Fee: This refers to the costs your employer will spend for your deployment abroad. Processing fee includes airfare (Plane ticket), and the yearly contributions to PHILHEALTH, POEA processing and OWWA membership among others.

Placement Fee: This is the amount the employer will pay to the recruitment agency as a compensation for successfully and legally hire a qualified person for an overseas job. In this case, the Employer has paid the placement fee.

Documentation Processing Fee: This refers to the costs you, as an applicant will spend to process and obtain important documents that the agency has required from you to pursue your application for an overseas job. i.e, Work Visa from the Commonwealth of Australia according to the POEA.

Hi gnyan din ako nung una kala nmen scam. ung s husband ko kaliwaan ,bago kami ng bayad ng 100K plus me ticket na ako paalis before. Hndi kumuha ng bayad ang agency hanggt walang visa and ticket. matagal dn ksi bago nakumpleto husband ko requirements after nya ma hired and mag trade test. Plus me IELTS pa . hope this helps.@mandara13

@mandara13 check mo din ung migration agent if registered sa MARA illgaya mo lang name nung agent then llbas nayung details. then pag lumabas nmn ang visa mo icheck mo sa IMMI if legit tlga pra bawas isipn ka. Gnyan din ako dati kaya ako nag check ng ways pra malaman if legittga at ipagdasalmo at tiwala lang.

Ask ko lang po regarding sa contract verification which is one of the direct hire requirements to be able to get an OEC from POEA. Alam nyo po ba ang process pra maverify nang POLO ung contract ng husband ko? Hndi kasi sila ngrreply sa email.

Hi po! question po i have a possible employer for tss visa po. now im still awaiting for the interview from the hospital, pero pasado na ko sa prelim interview and i already passed my papers to them. ngayon po i’ll be including mu husband as my dependent sa application pero since hnde pa ko naiinterview ng hospital, wala pa kong schedule of placement so ung agency na magpprocess ng hap id for my dependent told me na hnde pa cla mkkabgay ng hap id para makamedical c hubby eh aalis na sya next week for saudi...

question: i really want to include him sa application pero pano kng d sya makamedical so hnde dn mapprocess visa nia?

i dunno the process po kng mahhuli sya like pag nkamedical saka lng magpprocess visa nia..

@Siopao23 ung s medical me ospital lang ksi na doon ka lang pwede mag pa medical unless mroon sa saudi pro s pag kakaalam ko wala .try mo lang ifollow up sa agent ung HAP ID . before nag process kmi ng 482 pwede mauna medical eh now kasi na PR iba nadaw unless nalodged na doon plang sla mag ggenerate ng hap id ung agent nmen. Ngbago ung process s medical. dko lang sure baka kaya hndi sila makapg generate ksi ganun ang process n ltga.better to ask ur migration agent.

@Siopao23 sorry mali ako ng reply pra ke @drnc_13 ung message ko. @drnc_13 try mo sbhin sa agent case ng asawa mo baka mag generate sila ng HAP ID pr mkpag pmedical asawa mo dto pinas bago x umalis. baka ksi wala pang pnprocess na kht ano ung employer mo sa visa mo kaya nde tlga mkpag generate ng HAP ID si agent.

Hi, ask ko lang po ilan days bago na grant yung visa niyo po if nag request ng additional documents yung CO? Thanks po. In my case po kasi nag request siya ng AFP check three days after lodging my visa. After 10 days dun ko pa lang po na upload kasi matagal processing ng AFP ko po. Thanks.

Hi po, ask ko lang po sino dito ang may TSS 482 medium term po, ilang days/weeks/months po ang process? Yung husband ko po ang main applicant.kasabay po yung lodge ng visa nya yung samin ng 2 daughters ko. Nov 13,2018 nacomplete namin lahat ng requirements.Waiting na lang po kami.

@Chelyn - Do you have an agent to process your TSS 482? Given na completed mo na ang requirements. The questions is na upload na ba at na lodged na ba ng agent mo ang application niyo? Have you received any email notification na naka lodged na kayo?
In my case no dependents ako, 2 working days lang na approved na ang 457 visa ko (457 visa is the previous visa subclass code of TS 482.

Employer Sponsored po yung samin,and may agent na nag aasikaso..waiting for visa grant po. May mga nabasa kasi ako sa ibang forum na 1 week,or 1 month visa grant na sila. Wala po kasi akong mabasa na kasabay ang family sa application nila. @BrizyFilo @japsdotcom thank you sa reply nyo.

@BrizyFilo TSS 482 Medium Term po yung samin. June pa na lodge yung samin,natagalan lang sa medical tapos madaming documents pa ang hiningi, Nov 13,2018 last na humingi sila ng document samin. Till now wala pang update. Nakakastress maghintay sa totoo lang
