Hmm around 45 to 50K AUD ata, dalawa din kami ni husband.

Estimate lang namin yun, kasama na if we'll be selling our car, appliances, etc. I even added yung last pay namin kung magreresign kami. Ganun na din gawin mo. Add mo yung mga tingin mo na maliliquidate or makukuha mo na money.

Ms @JClem thanks a lot. cge ganun na din ilalagai q. sana hindi sila humingi ng bank statement or else wala aqng maipapakitang ganyan kalaking figures sa account namin,hehe. one more problem po kc tinry q ung online application form, pero di q mahanap ung qng saan q ilalagay ung fiancee q. meron kc dun ung dependent din tapos his/her relation to u, wala naman dun na option na wife or fiancee. also, nag messed up ung british council sri lanka. supposed to be lumabas na result ng skills assessment q last week, eh nag letter saken c engineers australia, wala pa daw clang nakukuha ielts test report q that is after i sent them an email asking for the result. i hope di na xa magtatagal ng another 16 weeks. maraming salamat po uli. i hope u won't get tired answering my queries in the near future as i am planning to lodge our visa once makuha q na result ng skills assessment q.

Hi Unanimous,

As far as I can remember, wala pang 175 visa applicant na hiningian ng bank account. Yun ang advantage natin, walang required show money.

Basta we have enough funds na gagamitin hangan sa makahanap ng job.

As for the online application, ang naalala ko is may part na itatanong sayo if sasama mo partner mo sa application.

Yung sa IELTS result mo, better call BC Sri Lanka to ask or baka in-transit nawala yung result. Do you have the tracking number? Tingin ko naman di na sya tatagal ng another 16 weeks kung yun na lang wait ng EA. Pag nareceive na nila yun, verification na lang that you meet their english language requirements.

By the way, ano course mo? Sa EA din kasi ko as IE.

Hi Ms. @JClem Civil Engineer po aq and currently working abroad. this morning i got a mail from Engineers Australia stating that they have already received the IELTS TR and is able to finish the assessment by today (fingers crossed na positive ang reply). saang part kau ng australia nagpaplano po na mag stay? panu po kita i-PPM? i think PM is much better mas makaka hingi aq ng advice ng maayos,hehe.

hi Ms JClem, hindi q po alam qng saan q matatagpuan ung PM dito. tsineck q ung inbox wala ding message. haha. di lang talaga ata aq masyado marunong. anyway, i got my skills assessment and luckily i passed the level 1 assessment and sabi sa letter from EA, my education is broadly comparable to Australian Bachelors Degree. So it seems di na aq magtutuloy ng state sponsorship kc kaya na din naman ng points q: saktong 65 points aq kht walang state sponsorship. pero pinag iisipan q pa din and just in case gusto q sa perth kc mura lng daw dun ang cost of living. uu, aq din gusto q din sana sa melbourne kaso sa simula it seems masyadong mahal ata cost of living dun. i dont know much. also my other concern, kc ung fiancee q is undergrad so she needs to take the exam for us to get rid of the 2nd payment. do u think its a right move to lodge our visa and then i-follow na lng ung ielts result nia? kaso baka me time limit lng pagsubmit nun. auq naman xa i-pressure kasi baka di kayanin kaya tinitimpla q lng ung pagmomotivate. all set na sana, pati documents q kumpleto na, pati pambayad, un na lng na ielts nia. sabi q, u still have until april. advice po. thanks a lot and God bless!

Hehe, ok lang na maglong break sila ng Christmas pero sana dagdagan nila pinaprocess nila na applications. Gawin 2 months or more. Hahaha!

@onesilvertwo, every 2 weeks ng Friday naguupdate si DIAC. Last is Nov. 4, so ngayon 18 dapat meron na. Next is Dec. 2, Dec. 16 and so on. Hehe! Nilista ko pa talaga with an estimated date allocated.

Pero malamang sa Monday na nila i-publish yun sa website nila

Pwede ka mag-estimate. Assuming every 2 weeks is one month of application. Tas if Oct ka nagsubmit, baka by Feb pinaprocess na sayo. Pero I'll pray na mas maaga pa.

Let's just patiently wait and attract positive thoughts that our application will go through. haha!

I think for May and June mas mataas ang volume ng apps dahil sa mga naghabol sa July 1, 2011 changes.

I just wanna share.. i lodged my application (subclass 176) online last march 13 2011. nag email si case officer last nov 8 2011 na nag request ng medical and police clearance. baka lang magka idea kayo sa timeline pa because of that.

@JClem kakamedical ko lang last saturday (nov 19) and 10 days pa daw result. tapos yung NBI clearance ko naman sa nov 28 ko pa makuha. na hit kasi ako. sana nga by december ma approve na. ayaw ko maging complacent.. though talagang nag eexpect na ko. hehehe. I know all of us will be there at oz.. soon.
