Magresearch ka ng requirements for work sponsorship. Kasi kung kailangan ng skills assessment malamang kailangan meron kang educational qualification, dapat nakatapos ka.

hello, i am in to HR din po, i have made few research and as per profession natin, we may apply for 190 visa, yong state sponsorship po.. and its up to the regional state kung e invite po tayo... meron naman chance for as long as you have favorable points and demand skills.. hirap kasi sa profession natin, iba yong labor law sa OZ compared sa pinas.. if you need to proceed on that course, you may take student visa nalng and mag take ng management courses na merong pathway to PR.. please be careful, make sure po merong pathway...
from my case kasi, husband ko primary applicant kasi mas demand ang profession niya - Business Analyst.

It's either you come in as a temporary resident (tourist, student, working visas) or permanent resident. You'll have to do your own research about your potential pathways or confer with a migration agent (in which you need to pay consultation fees). Note that you can't work while on a tourist visa, and I'm not sure if it's even allowed to be looking for a job while on that visa. If you're coming as a student, it will cost you a lot of money and there's no assurance of a PR in the end, but it would give you the opportunity to see if the Aussie life will be a good fit for you. Temporary working visas are difficult to come by, but you can definitely look into that too. As for PR, only those whose SkillSelect profiles with high enough points and in-demand occupations will be invited to apply. Again, if you are not keen on doing your own research, try to engage a migration agent as they are more knowledgeable on your options to work in Australia.

read @athelene 's response. Either be sponsored by an employer (possible pero super hirap lalo na ngayon) or apply for a visa, research about visas 491, 189, and 190. From there malalaman mo options mo. Look for a migration agent din that can give you free assessment.

Hi. I hope youre doing well.
May I know how long is the process of getting a drivers license in AU? On the average?
And also, will they acknowledge my driver's license here in PH even if I just got it a month before our big move?
Thanks!

Depends on whether you are getting Ls, Ps or full license. And another factor would be how many times you will be taking the practical exam for the full license.

Is a full license required by the employers?

Not necessarily a full license but as long as you can drive lawfully (alone) in Au. You can use your Ph license but only for a few months after receiving your PR visa. After that certain time limit, you need to apply for Au driver's license.

Most of the time the problem is scheduling your exams... there are service centers that could take weeks. Usually the DKT can be done fast but the practical driving test (actual driving) needs to be scheduled.
In NSW, you can get the C Class (unrestricted) if you have held a foreign license for at least 3 years otherwise start with the Ps (am not sure if P1 or P2).
