    @Alexia 309 means offshore or outside australia ka naglodge so they need you to exit oz to grant in philippines.. if 820 onshore or lodge in australia .. it will be granted in australia ..

    Kamusta po kayo...Congrats sa nagrant na. Mag 5 months na din sa akin and i contacted my agent kaso bad news..wala pa daw CO na nakassign sa mga docs ko. waiting is real talaga.

    @jayson1249 it took 6 months for my application before i had my first contact. Parang iyun ang normal case nila. But soon you will hear from them.

    Since PR ka na, you can sponsor your partner and apply for partner visa.

    Sa question mo kung pwede sabay, nangyayari lang yun kung isasama sa 189 or 190 visa application ang partner as a dependent. With that visa direcho na ang partner mo as PR once granted, and the cost is significantly cheaper than a normal partner visa. Unlike kung separate application (like your situation now) dadaan muna sya sa temporary visa and after 2 years pwede na maging PR.

    @st0rm hello po. Wala kaming migration agent. ang ginawa ko is i make sure na yung 4 aspect of relationship is covered. Dahil my application is visa 309.

    Financial Aspect - joint bank account,bills in both ur names or yourself. etc

    nature of household - ito ang mga nilagay ko yung whose looking after what ( nagluluto, if u have kids nagsusundo sa iskul,doing food shopping, basically responsibilities.) statement a

    Nature of committment - share yung vision and future together. (eg. bibili ng bahay, mag aanak if still no kids)

    Social Aspect - ang ginawa ko yung mga birthdays,christmas, invitation cards be it wedding or christening, anniversary cards, old emails tinabi ko, the older it is the better to show na matagal na kayong nagsasama. also yung mga holiday nyo together. Photos and all.

    as long as genuine and continous ang relationship nyo walang magiging problema. Goodluck to you and may you get yours soon too.

    Feb 22: Notified, Need to exit australia for visa decision.
    Feb 27: Upon arrival here in manila, visa granted!
