Ako yung primary applicant and no overseas experience but my partner studied HS in middle east and worked in Qatar for 3 years. Kelangan pa ba nya ng police clearance certificate from that country kahit dependent ko lang cya?

@twenty1 kelangan ng police clearance sa lahat ng applicant including dependent above 18 yrs old (or 16 ba yun) from countries that they stayed in for more than 12 months in the last 10 years.

First thing to do would be to check if your occupation is available in the skilled occupation list, and have your qualifications/work experience assessed by the relevant skill assessing authority.

@maclaudoa28 Yes. Pwede mo naman siya i-attach sa Overseas Qualifications - Others Specify. Though in my case, I attached it under Birth or Age, Evidence Category (kasi may birthdate dun). You can attach it din naman under both. For me lang it’s overkill if doble doble. Hope this helps.

Necessary ba na notarized lahat ng documents na isusubmit during the visa application or as long as scanned colored copy naman okay lang? Medyo marami kasi yung payslips, if kailangan lahat ipa notarize.

@auyeah scanned copies are fine. Btw, you only notarise original copies ie stat dec. the documents you listed can’t be notarised at all.

good day, naguplaod na po ako ng documents for 189, question lang po, ok lang po kaya kahit kulang ung payslips ko? un lang po kasi ung meron ako, hindi na makapag release ung hospital ng payslips ko, pero other than that po, like itr, philhealth contributions, sss, pagibig coe and others complete po ung years. payslips lang po ung hindi complete. nag work po ako from year 2012-2018. lahat po ng mga naupload ko complete evidence po ng year, except payslips na meron lang po ako half ng year 2014 kasi may copy po ako natabi, and full year ng 2017-2018.

@maclaudoa28 i was referring to the initial months of employment kasi dapat may payslip ka nun mga first year ng employment. So initial contract will be a good substitute.

Hi,for 190 visa,pag binago ba yun preferred state magbago un effective date?was thinking of changing it to any instead of new south wales. And additionally any recent statistics for invites sa NSW for 261313,i have 75 points including SS

@maclaudoa28 What do you mean by complete payslips? Every month of the year? That’s not necessary. At least 1 per year would do. However we ask clients to provide 2 per year if possible-start and end of each year on the safe side

@RheaMARN1171933 yes po, every month of the year, but i dont have po payslip from the start date po ng employement eh, employment ko po kasi is from march 2012-april 2018, i just provided 2014, 2017 and 2018 since un lang po ang nasave ko na payslips. but ok lang po kaya if I submitted other evidence of paid employment like ITR, contracts, and sss and philhealth contributions indicating that i was employed from year 2012?
