@imau Oo upload ka Lang Ng mga to follow na docs mo, til now naguupload pa din ako kasi kulang pa Ng Ng PCC.. visa 189 ka ba? Ganyan nga Yung global processing times, pero based sa trend, naggrtant naman in nearly 100 days, mga 3-3.5 mos ganun..

Hi @lecia matanong ko lang din regarding sa paguupload ng docs. assuming na mabigyan na ko ng invite next round, pwede na ba kami maglodge ni misis ng visa kahit d pa sya nagttake ng english exam (pte)? plano kasi namin by end of march pa sya magtake since kakastart nya pa lang magreview, although functional english lang required. at the same time available na rin naman CEMI nya. thank you!

btw, ako yung main applicant dependent ko si misis.

@donyx pasagot ako. I assume hindi ka magclaim ng partner points kasi mataas naman points mo. Hehe. Pwedeng matanong bakit siya mag-english exam (baka lang kasi may changes sa reqts)? Dependent lang din ako ni hubby, CEMI lang pinasa ko.

@jazmyne18 @donyx medyo naguguluhan din ako nowadays sa mga not claiming partner points and yet nag eexam pa for PTE. As far as I know, if not claiming, CEMI should be sufficient. Unless gusto talaga mag exam ng partner for some reason

@donyx ah, akala ko may bagong rule. No need na si PTE if not claiming for partner points. CEMI is enough na. Kasi hindi naman siya main saka sayang din ibabayad, magkano rin yun. @ms_ane

Ng basa. Oo pwde maglodge once na nainvite na, to follow Yung ibang docs, mag state ka Lang Ng reason dun sa answer box.

Til now antay ko pa PCC from Middle East, kaka attach ko Lang din nb NBI kahapon, Feb pa ako nag lodge.. it’s ok kasi dun sila babase sa submission at payment date.... kung alam ko Lang din dati, after one day, naglodge na sana ako.. hehee

Ito na-sight ko sa homeaffairs (https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-support/meeting-our-requirements/english-language/functional-english)

"you completed a degree, a higher degree, a diploma or a trade certificate in an institution in or outside Australia that required at least two years of full-time study and all instructions were in English" - CEMI ito, I believe.

Kung hindi college graduate, ito naman:

you undertook your education at:
Institution Study time
a primary school and secondary school where all instruction was in English in or outside Australia
All years of primary and at least 3 years of secondary study
a secondary school in or outside Australia where all instruction was in English At least 5 years of study

@jazmyne18 thank you sa clarification. Medyo malabo kasi sakin yung statement na "all instructions were in English" taking it literally na hindi naman talaga lahat ng subjects english ang pagtuturo hahaha

does this mean mag take na lang si misis ng PTE kung hahanapan kami after maglodge ng visa?

@donyx actually sa CEMI nakalagay naman which subjects yung hindi English tinuro, like Filipino. Hehe.

I believe so. So far, wala pa naman akong nabasang hinanapan ng PTE ang dependent dito sa forums. Goodluck sa inyo!

@donyx Just to share, only CEMI for my partner. Same here, I haven't read about a simple dependent who is being required to take English test.

It's a different story when claiming partner skill points. At skill assessment phase, the partner will already be required to take English test.

@donyx if nakapag pa schedule na ng exam ng PTE si wife then go na, pero if wala pa, CEMI is ok na. It doesnt require naman na lahat ng subjects are taught in English - pero atleast majority - atsaka english naman lahat ng instructions. Bottomline, as long as may na provide na CEMI ang school - sufficient na iyon

wag mo na pahirapan si wife mag review sa PTE

but then again - payo lang namin iyan. diskarte nyo pa din ang masusunod in the end

@donyx I would suggest to include the diploma and transcript when you upload the CEMI as in one PDF file.

@n3n_3pqln nasa homeaffairs po. Mga proof of employment, identity, etc. And no need ipacertify naman. Ours was just colored scans pero I believe for those na ICT, mga ctc yata since requirement ni ACS yun.

Hello. Ask ko lang po baka may nakaexperience din sa inyo. Meron kasi nagemail sa akin requesting for form 80. Pero kasama naman yun sa pinasa ko nuon nun naglodge ako ng visa. Does it mean may kulang or mali sa pag fill up ko? And ito na ba yun CO contact? Kasi walang reply button to check if mali ba form80 ko TIA sa makakasagot

Hello just wanted to ask lang po, during the visa application (after invitation) lahat ba ng payslip required isubmit or enough na ang ITR? Concern ko kasi di na mahanap lahat ng payslip.

"47/48 Do you have any personal contacts in Australia?"

Yung sister in law ko naka-student visa ngayon sa Melbourne. Kailangan ba namin sya ilagay sa personal contacts? Although may ibang relatives din kami sa ibang state na nilagay namin sa personal contact at balak namin magstay sa tita ko sa NSW. TIA

@auyeah provide as much as you can lang. Kung di kaya, wag ipilit. Pero ang mindset dito as lahat ng kaya mong iprovide, ibigay mo para wala na masyadong tanong. Some gave bank statements. You can send in din yung SSS mo, screenshot lang ito.
