Hi @cherryeoh2004 @syaoran :) We have the same situation. I suggest based it on ANMAC po, just select bachelor's degree sa EOI to avoid complications. Then if you have ITA na, when you apply, bachelor's degree parin select mo but for your supporting documents, as part ng overseas supporting qualifications, attach mo yung masteral cert mo bec when IO will see the ANMAC assessment, they will then look for your masteral cert to cross reference..

Hello po.. ask ko lang po puwede po ba mag pass na ng requirements sa ANMAC kahit wala pa Aphra Registration? Yun iba ko po kasi classmates may rego na, so naanticipate ko na padating na din yun sakin. Minamaximise ko lang po yun time kasi my student visa will expire in May 22. Do you also have a complete list of requirements for ANMAC full skills assessment? Need po ab naka CTC? slamat po ng madami sa sasagot.

Hi @kzander22! ANMAC assessment will only take less than 5 business days (mine only took 3 business days last Dec 2018) considering if you have all the requirements plus all your overseas verification of your registration can be emailed to ANMAC if ever you needed one. Tapos they will verify if you have your NMBA registration themselves so medyo risky cya what if wala pa yung registration mo when ANMAC will commence their assessment so I suggest just wait till you have your NMBA registration. Check link below for the requirements:

Meron po na dito nag BP sa ACN?

KAailngan po bang certified copy and oet at referral letter?

Isa sa requirements nila is ung Austrliam crimial check..kaso intried AFP and national crime check need nila australian address. Eh hnd nmn ako nakatira sa AU. Paano kaya to?

@danjoe03 Best to follow instructions na lang po.

Regarding AFP check, what I did was to apply for a check using my friend's Au address and having the certification sent there.

Heard that ACN sent emails to prospective students lately, baka biglang nag-open ng slots.

    @sammybear According to AHPRA/NMBA:

Why is there a requirement for 450 hours of practice in three years in the Recency of Practice standard?
While there is not yet research that shows how much recent practice a health practitioner needs to maintain their skills and knowledge, National Boards have drawn on the research that is available as well as their regulatory experience to set requirements for recent practice. National Boards consider that 450 hours of practice over three years provides an appropriate balance between ensuring that practitioners have undertaken sufficient recent practice to maintain the knowledge and skills to safely practise the profession; and providing reasonable flexibility for situations such as part-time work, study leave and parenting leave.

It would seem that AHPRA does not distinguish any kind of practice when recency is being considered. As such, as long as related to nursing practice, there should be no problem. Of course, the last word would always be that of the registration officer.

@geneaux It would seem na hindi nailagay ni wifey mo ang variations ng name nya sa ICHC form so hindi complete ang nagawang check and thus the request for a new ICHC.

@xanthus Hi, I’m not quite sure if you are aware but there will be some upcoming changes. Based on the news, they will abolish BP and introduce exams instead this mid year, though they haven’t given a specific date yet. Currently, all the places for BP this year are already filled leaving some applicants with LOE hanging. It’s up to you though if you still want to go thru the Assessment or wait until the new changes start. No one really knows what’s gonna happen. Anyway, the requirements are at the first page of this thread.

June 16, 2013 Arrival in Melbourne (AGED CARE)
Nov 12, 2014 Changed Visa Subclass (572->573) and Course
    Nov 13, 2014 573 Visa Approved
Mar 2015 Nursing Conversion Course (Deakin Uni) started
April 13, 2016 Lodged EOI thru Skill Select
April 27, 2016 Received invitation to apply for Visa 189 (Nurse)
May 2, 2016 Lodged application for 189 Visa (Onshore)
May 11, 2016 CO contacted for Form 80/Medicals of daughter
June 17, 2016 189 VISA GRANTED Thank you my amazing God :)
