@Cleon girl po ako hehe... gusto ko sana magpa-visa label pero hindi pa ko nakapag-inquire sa Australian embassy dito sa SG... ok lang naman kung may bayad, isingit na sa budget kasi parang iba pa din pag may visa label sa passport hehe... pero pede pa ba kaya magpa-visa label? baka kasi i-advise na no need since pede na ma-check online... nakapagpa-visa label ka?

Sa Ngayun no need na ang visa label. Ang visa label para yun sa bansa na di pa ganun ka hightect o kaganda ang internet network. Sa Pilipinas no need na kasi they do verification online. Basta i print lang ang notice or letter of approved visa with passport then ipakita sa airlines ticket officer and immigration.

Quick question, bago matapos ang taon..hehehe..sa mga nag lodge na ng visa & visa granted..lahat po ba ng documents na ina-attached nyo are CTC copies? even payslip, cpf, iras, etc...how about ung nag send na birth certificate from NSO, pina-ctc nyo rin po ba? ung case po kc namen, ayaw pumayag nung atty na magcc-ctc kc daw di daw cya consider na original since copy lng cya from NSO..any advise po? Sa case ko kung ano yung mga naka-CTC na sinubmit ko before sa skill assessment yun lang din ang sinubmit ko sa DIAC, same colored scanned copy. Birth cert from NSO hindi na po naka-CTC basta colored scanned copy din... payslip & IRAS scanned lang din... CPF hindi na ko nagsubmit.

@carla_glam : sa case ko naman....sa skills assessment lang ako nag-submit nung mga naka-CTC na docs. nung visa application na with DIAC...puro scanned copies of original docs yung sinubmit ko. wala naman naging problema.

luckily, nkakuha ako ng employment sa sydney with 457 sponsored visa. sa sobrang bilis ng mga pangyayari, i'll be there in a month..(after lodging my application last nov.)

tanong ko lang po, may mga outstanding ccard bills ako, which nagamit nmin for all expenses lalo na para sa mga shipment ng mga gamit nmin papuntang AU.

Ok lang po bang wag ko ng bayaran?

Makaka-appekto po ba ito after 2 years kung skali mag-apply ako ng residency?

Alam ko po na dapat bayaran sila, pero sa sobrang excitement, ndi namin na-anticipate ung superannuation

kaya was thinking if possible just leave it...

Sa mga galing sg na nasa AU na with the same situation.. please advise..

@sydneyblued no need na visa label pero kung gusto puede pero magpapabayd sila. this is to discourage kse paper transactions.

@bg05023006 sa case ko dati, HSBC sa pinas kinancel ko kse i will be going to SG pero may utang pa rin ako. after kong magkawork at mabayaran, I went to HSBC in singapore to apply for new one. denied ako kse may past record ako na pinacancel ko sya miski sa pinas yun. Apparently lahat ng credit card ngayon is may access worldwide sa credit mo. And kse baka magbackground check sila eh dito sa singapore, ang dali daling mag credit check, magbayad ka lang ng $5 online sa CBR http://www.creditbureau.com.sg/ e magugulat ka at lahat ng credit card outstanding mo at loans nandun.

At baka hindi ka makapagapply ng new creditcard dun.

New life dapat clean slate. hahahahah at ang pinaka may peace of mind na tao is yung walang utang... in my opinion. hehe

@bg05023006: naku, matakot po kayo sa karma. mahirap na dahil in one way or another, babalikan din kayo nyan. wala po yan pinagiba sa pagnanakaw sa bangko. sabi nga nila, mas maganda clean slate paglipat nyo ng oz. don't do it.

Helo, I need help please.
I need to pay for my NSW state sponsorship application saka TRA assessment pero, they only accept Bank Cheque and Money Order.
My account is under POSB, wala silang money order as per the cust svc person. They only have demand draft and cash order (eto locally alng daw).
May I know what other options I can do to pay NSW SS and TRA?
Sino po naka try na?
Any other banks in Singapore that has Money Order service? What if I dont have an account with that bank?
Help naman po sino may idea! salamat!

Alam mo yung hindu temple na nasa chinatown na pag pumasok ka e puro estatwa? papicture ka dun sa isang estatwa ng isang malaking ulo (ulo lang yun) na mas malaki pa sayo. tapos nanlalake ang mata. tyak maaalala mo yun miski tulog ka. muntikan na akong sumigaw nung nakita ko yun.... buti napatalon lang ako.

rivercruise. singapore zoo, rws aquarium & typhoon theatre, USS, sentosa merlion, jurong bird park.

at kung gusto mong matakot e pumunta ka sa turtle museum ng chinese garden $5 dudumugin ka ng over populated na turtles pag nakita ka. sobrang sanay sa tourist na nagpapakain.

Chek jawa. pag low tide. MBS pool.

Ano pong address na ginamit nyo, yung address na papadalhan ng docs?
Sinabay nyo na po ba sa docs ang bank draft? Kasi plan ko mag DHL sana.

@Phil_Sing_Au hindi pa ako visa grant pero I'm planning to revoke ng PR status para yung CPF yung pang start namin dito. based sa experience ng friend ko, after serving your resignation, go to ICA to revoke your PR status. take about 30mins he said they will give you one month visa which you can extend. and then apply online for the withdrawal of CPF. this will take 15-20 working days.

during his time, the CPF has to wait for the last CPF contribution to come in before matapos yung process took them a month. But I inquired sa CPF the process and here it is.

"You can apply to withdraw your outstanding CPF balances in full, including the Ordinary, Special, Medisave and Retirement accounts (if any), if you leave Singapore and West Malaysia permanently with
no intention of returning to either country for further employment or residence and ceased to be a Permanent Resident of Singapore / and renounced your Singapore Citizenship (if applicable).

To apply for withdrawal, you need to complete the attached CPF-LM withdrawal application form.

You may refer to page 3 of the attached application form for details of the required supporting documents.

Please furnish us with copies of the above mentioned required supporting documents, duly certified by either a Notary Public or an official from the Singapore High Commission. (For the nearest Singapore High Commission, please refer to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Website at www.mfa.gov.sg, for a list of Notary Public(s), please refer to your local phone directory. Certifications by Justices of Peace or Commissioner of Oaths are not accepted).

Please also refer to page 4 of the application form for the various modes of payment.

Alternatively, you may also submit your application in person (or appoint a representative, the representative must submit an authorisation letter signed by you, as well as as well as his / her own identification documents (passport or identity card) at any of our CPF service centres in Singapore and present the originals of the documents required

CPF Contributions are payable for all wages due and granted to the employee up to the last working day. Hence, the employer needs to contribute CPF contributions.

Your employer may credit your last working contribution into your CPF account. Should the amount be credited before the approval of your CPF withdrawal application, we will make payment to you after
the approval of the application. However, if the last working contribution be credited to your CPF account after the approval of the application, you can inform us in writing to make a supplementary
payment to you.

Alternatively, your employer can obtain a Form W57 (form for employer to issue the last month's contribution directly to employee) from our Customer Service Officer at any of our CPF Offices for employer's completion. Thereafter please mail us the completed Form W57 and we will proceed with his CPF withdrawal application as usual.

The Board will make payment of any outstanding tax liabilities that you have to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) before the remaining CPF funds (if any) are disbursed to you. As such your funds will be automatically transferred to IRAS upon the approval of your withdrawal application.

You may refer to our withdrawal advice which we sent out when we made payment to you or approach IRAS regarding to your tax liabilities with their email address of [email protected].
