Pero before ka makakuha kailangan mo muna mag BP or maging RN ng New Zealand via Trans-Tasman pathway.

@juantamad Hello Kabayan! Confirm mo sa employer mo kung sila ba mag shoulder ng Sponsorship and Nomination fee? tulad sa amin. kami ang nag shoulder ng Visa Application fee and employer naman ang nagshoulder ng sponsorship and nomination fee.

    Good Day

Sana may mabigay kayong payo sakin

Eto yung scope about sa expenses

    Travel Document Expenses

There are three main categories with regards to overseas employment as regulates by the Philippines Overseas Employment Agency (POEA).
They are listed below with reference to payment.

Processing Fee: This refers to the costs your employer will spend for your deployment abroad. Processing fee includes airfare (Plane ticket), and the yearly contributions to PHILHEALTH, POEA processing and OWWA membership among others.

Placement Fee: This is the amount the employer will pay to the recruitment agency as a compensation for successfully and legally hire a qualified person for an overseas job. In this case, the Employer has paid the placement fee.

Documentation Processing Fee: This refers to the costs you, as an applicant will spend to process and obtain important documents that the agency has required from you to pursue your application for an overseas job. i.e, Work Visa from the Commonwealth of Australia according to the POEA.

    Thank you..

Ask ko lang po regarding sa contract verification which is one of the direct hire requirements to be able to get an OEC from POEA.

In my case po kasi nag request siya ng AFP check three days after lodging my visa. Thanks.

Hi po... Newbie po ako... I received a job offer from an employer in AUS but di ko po ma verify na legit because others say its a scam. The immigration lawyer of the company require me to pay AUD 610 for the Australian embassy to lodge my visa under TSS 482. Could you help me to verify the job offer and if it is safe to pay that amount. Thank you

@sal19515 If it is legit, they will have to lodge a nomination/sponsorship first and require you to submit documents like your your passport and those of your dependents if you have. They must also provide you an offer of employment indicating the position you are being hired and the remuneration. Once they have lodged their nomination, you will be provided with a TRN or application number which you can use to apply for your visa.
You can check the 482 visa information and requirements here.

@cucci thank you for the clarification. I think I should ask them of the TRN first.

@sal19515 Did they ask you for your which ANZSCO code you fall under? If others tell you it's a scam, it is probably a scam. If you can't google the company, it probably doesn't exist.

@SAP_Consultant it exists, even my friend in Aus confirmed it. I just want to give a try since the manager's cheque will be paid directly to the Australian embassy. But now, Im gonna wait for the new rules for the skilled workers to be applied.

@sal19515 I suggest check yung TSS/482 visa po. Makita mo dun na nomination/lodging VISA we dont need to pay. I just did mine last feb po, walang bayad. Employer should shoulder.

1st step is may official offer of employment ka (signed by you) tpos may ANZSCO code kasi thats a requirement when your employer will apply for your nomination. When the employer already submitted the nomination, they will receive the TRN. That TRN, you will need it when you apply for your own VISA which is the 2nd step.

For TSS/482 po, we should not pay for anything. But there are few small companies located in regional areas na they will ask the employee to shoulder the VISAs (both main and dependents). But mostly, wala pong bayad. based nga sa home affairs, company dapat yung airfare pati yung housing accommodations for few weeks/months.

So if nomination palang may bayad na, careful po kasi mahirap na. check lang below. check both employer side and our side.
