> Did 7 interviews in total including an exam in SG. Still didn't make it. Offer is 65k-90k NZD for NZ hires and 60-95k AUD for AU hires. With almost 40%+ deduction (tax/sup), that leaves you with around 57k AUD assuming you'd get the higher end of the deal. That's around 4700 AUD/mo. Minus house rent/health insurance (1500/200) that leaves you with about 3000AUD more or less or about 100kPHP. Tali ka pa for 2 years, saklap. Kaya mag independent visa application na lang kayo if skilled kayo, otherwise grab nyo na lang din to para +points for local experience. Tiis tiis na lang muna kumbaga.
Hi. With this kind of attitude and bitterness I am glad hindi ka nakuha.

What he said makes sense. If you are skilled and have enough points to lodge an independent visa application, would you rather not do that instead?

He is actually being helpful. Realistic pa nga yung insights nya and opened up several points for consideration. It's good to hear this kind of comments din, it's not discouraging, if anything it gives you a different perspective to this whole application process. Depende parin naman sayo yan kung igagrab mo yung opportunity or not. And it's not like he's dragging people down. At least he gave you actual figures to think about and hindi puro toxic positivity lang.

@mikeloieuy also, grabe naman yung "... I am glad hindi ka nakuha". Kakasabi mo lang Attitude > Skill but here you are saying buti nga sayo hindi ka natanggap.

Lahat pinaghihirapan kumbaga.
So ano ba gusto ko sabihin? Bahala na kayo dyan sa buhay nyo. Hehehehehe. May online calculator, icheck nyo dun magkano net sahod nyo minus tax at super. Remember may tax refund ka dito bandang june, so may balik kahit papano ang kinaltas sayo.
Gastusin dito, depende, may pamilya ka ba or single?

Para may idea sila.
Agree with the Independent Visa 189 or 190. Balita is kahit 85pts hindi natatawagan or ang tagal sobra

Good evening po mga ma'm sir.
I was part of the last roadshow ng planit here sa Pinas. And I got a feedback from them that I passed the roadshow but may slight change sa requirements ng client kaya nilagay muna nila details ko sa talent pool. Eto po exact statement:
"You have been identified as someone who has passed through our roadshow, and we think that you have great Planit potential. However due to a slight change in our current requirements, we will be placing your details into our talent pool for the next 6 months."
Tanong ko lang po if pag nakatanggap ng ganyang email, may possibility parin ba na maacquire ni planit? or mejo malabo na yung chances?
Thanks in advance sa makakapagbigay ng feedback!

Hi,
It means pasado ka, wait for ilang months, they'll keep in touch.
Tipid muna.
So check nyo lang ung risk appetite nyo and kung anong long term goal nyo sa buhay.
