@dream.BIG ahh ok gets ko na yung gusto mo.. in my own opinion, may EOI ka na ba for 189? If wla pa, go make one para ngyon pa lng nagtatake effect na ang DOE mo. Pag meron na, update mo na lng sa August pag napataas na points mo, check mo na din muna ang estimate kung kelan ka magka iTA ayun sa occupation mo, refer to Iscah. For sure maiinvite na nyan with that points.

Sa ngayon ang 489 yung napprocess at granted pa
Lng is December 2018 na batch of applicants. Sa 489 kasi theres no standard processing times kasi na nastate sa pathway na yan. Sa 189 7-8 mos sya currently. Pag isipan mabuti. Weigh things out, and talk sa family mo. Pag isipan ang the best decision.

Naalala ko yung application ko sa SA, like yours too, payment ko na nun ienter ko na payment details ko, ayaw mag go ng card ko. Ayaw din mag submit. Sabi ko bukas na lng, nun the next day nag under special condition na sya. Hindi ko tinuloy ang SA. Sa 189 pala ang bagsak ko, i lodged feb 2019, granted July 2019. I guess may reason bat ganun at alam mo yan sa puso mo kung tuloy or hindi.

For now, pray for a greater and wiser decision, pray for guidance. May His ways be greater than yours, may His wisdom guide you.

My suggestion for you if money is not a problem and nagmamadali ka grab the opportunity and apply for 489. It will take at least 2 months to process and another 2 months to apply for your visa. On these 4 month period while waiting try to increase your points, ktulad ng snbi mo mg PTE ka ulit. If you got invited for 189 then good for you, drop the 489 then. Atleast nsa win win situation ka prin.

@Hendro yes sir nag apply na po ako. Luckily nag proceed parin ang payment, konti lang kasi siguro ang Envi Engr kaya wala masyado applicants. Pikit mata nalang sa pag settle ng payment hehe. Salamat!

Hello po...! Tanong ko lng kung kailangan ba talaga na may cash na 20t aud for SA nomination or ok na kung assets lng like bahay pero exceeding nmn sa maximum required nila na financial capacity ang worth ng bahay..

Nakasubmit ako sa 489 visa before it closed on July 4 pero just now nakita kong hindi ko na upload ung isang employment certificate ko na 3 years experience 😭 although naupload ko naman ung 2 employments ko na total is 4 years. Sana bigyan nila ko ng chance since high points pa rin naman ako kahit 4 yrs lang yung substantiated by certificates and ung assessment ko naman will have proof. Hayy. Pagmamadali kasi...

Hi,

I'm an internal auditor. Plan ko din ang 489 visa (Chain Migration) to SA. Pero nagclose kaagad nung July 4 so hindi ako nakapag submit. May chance pa ba na mag open yung profession ko sa Nov if mag take effect yung changes?

Nakita kopo sa website na COMBINED CASH AND ASSETS. di sinabi kung ilan for cash and ilan fo assets, so i guess pwedeng bahay. Just make sure meron karing cash. Kasi realistically, need ng cash when you migrate to Australia. It means ready cash fund to use.

You need to have combined cash and assets within the range listed in the table below. As a guideline, when you arrive in South Australia, Immigration SA recommends that offshore applicants have $20,000 in cash and onshore applicants have $5,000 in cash for settlement. You should not dispose of any assets before the visa is granted.

Hello po sa lahat.

Recently natanggap ko lang po ang visa 489 under SA state nomination. May mga katanungan lang po about sa paghahanap ng trabaho or availability ng trabaho po sa SA. Currently, nsa Qatar po ako at ang aking pamilya and ang industry ko po ay Oil and Gas. Chemical Engineer ang aking profession pero practicing as Chemist/Laboratory Technician. May mga manufacturing industries po ba sa South Australia?

@ga2au , ask ko lang po anu naging additional requirements mo po sa 489 SA? AUD 20,000 for one person with other assets? May idea ka po ba, what if ang assets is hindi naka name sayo, like sa parents? TIA.

Hi! Hindi po pwedeng nakapangalan sa iba ang assets. Pwede lang is asawa. But if your single the assets should be in your name. And sa SA, they require $20k as cash.. Sometimes di sila nag aask ng katunayan. Pero pag naswertihan ka kunwari at chineck ka, dapat may napakita ka in your name.

Dapat ba talaga na may at least 5 job posting related to your occupation and mai.explain mo na why you were fit to that job? all state ba ito, or depende din?

Sa SA no need ng jobs posting. But i was invited sa ACT, dun ako kinulang. So nabalewala invitation. Cash is good. Kaya lang naman nanghihingi ng assets kapag di kaya ng cash mo yung required cash amount

Way to 887 ka pa nian kung nagkataon.

Hello po. Tanong ko lang. All areas po ba ng SA considered as regional areas? including Adelaide? Plan ko po kasi mag-apply ng 489. Currently studying po ako sa QLD. Plano ko po sa SA magwork for my grad visa then apply for subclass 489.

Hi, yes the whole SA is considered regional area that includes Adelaide. Please take note on the below mentioned requirement for SA nomination:

1.3 The following commitment to state restrictions apply.

1.3.1 If you are in Australia but not currently residing in South Australia for at least the last 6 months, you are ineligible to apply for South Australian state nomination. This restriction overrides any other pathways to apply.
