Pero in the end no assurance pa din kung kapalaran ba talaga.

I hear you! Future of my future kids - that was my motivation many years ago when I was pursuing Australia, nearly 20 years after, with two kids now, I kinda secured their future with them being able to access better opportunities. Who would have known I’ll also end up as a registered migration agent and guiding aspiring migrants so as to enjoy the perks of being an Australian citizen. That’s correct about what you said re registered agents, we do follow the Code of Conduct and our job is to make sure we present a decision ready applications, making it less complicated for applicants whilst we literally hold their hands into their Australian journey.

ask mo agent mo and let him/her know na mas kampante ka to upload additional documents to support your application.
wait natin baka may iba pa din makasagot dito claiming for points for partner skills.

Good morning po ulit ms ane. Wla po ako access sa immi account since ang gamit po nila is their own acct. Gagawa plng po ako mirror account pra mkita ko po yun mga na submit though they don't like us making such acct. Good morning. I have a question about claiming points for spouse. CPA Australia Migration Assessment outcome- The result of this assessment is that you are academically suitable for migration under ANZSCO 221111- Accountant General. But yung skilled Employment Assessment Outcome nya is The claim of skilled employment made by the present applicant below can not be found adequate to work at an appropriate skilled level as 221111 - Accountant General.
My question is can I still claim points for my spouse kahit ganyan ang comment/ outcome? Thank you sa sasagot.

- isama yung doon sa naaproved kay Vetasses to support yung claim of positive assessment.
nasa magandang pag uusap naman yan with you and agent. tama ang thinking na team kayo. atleast macocounter check nyo ang mga errors beforehand kung tulungan kayo. wag sana nga na masyadong sensitive naman si agent when it comes to suggestion or added support - dahil in the end nga, if magkamali sya, di naman pedeng sorry sorry lang mauwi ang inyong goal na makapagmigrate. you are given this one shot, kailangan galingan ika nga.

- basta ang importante e kumpleto at mukhang masigasig din naman ang agent nyo e so should be ok din kausapin mo na nga lang and maybe express your anxiety na din (which is normal lang din naman). Goodluck sa inyong application

Yes, you could claim points as long as you both are on the same occupation list. Partner just needs to be positively assessed on skills, no work experience required.

@RheaMARN1171933 thank you po for the reply. I am 263311 and my wife is 221111. I think both are MLTSSL. I will be the main applicant.

You need to trust that your agent is doing the research right thing for you. If you have questions, you need to raise it with them, that’s your right. Your question is very simple, To claim partner points, no work experience is needed but the actual skills assessment via VETASSESS, you will need to provide employment evidence. From what I gauge, being an agent myself, there is lack of understanding on the whole process from your end which the agent has failed to explain. You need to ask in order for you to understand and if they are not receptive to your query then there is something wrong with their service.
If you were my client, I would definitely appreciate you asking us directly. If you feel hesitant about my staff, I would rather know so I can fix it but I’m confident none of my team behaves this way. Also, from the beginning of the service, I provide tailored report based on the circumstance of the client. This includes all the stages needed for the whole process - from start to finish as I want the client to understand the whole process. There’s nothing worse than having a client who is clueless about the whole process. I want my client to understand each step so I could literally hold his/hand in this journey knowing we’re in the same page. It makes our service run more smoothly this way and if a client is confused, I feel I am failing in assuring him/her that I have everything under control. So in saying this, by all means, do not hesitate to ask your agent.

Agreed! We all want a better future for our children that's why we're pursuing our Australian dream.
I already lodged my visa for 190 with my de facto and his daughter. I wasn't able to include my daughter in my application kc po ayaw pumirma ng consent un ex-husband ko (annuled). I had no choice but to put my daughter as non-accompanying for now kc ngfile ako ng child custody dahil ayaw nya pumirma sa consent letter. I'm still awaiting for my visa approval. Tama po ba yun ginawa ko? May chance pa po ba na mkuha ko un daughter ko after nmin ma -approved ng visa if ever?

You did the right thing. With regards to your second question, there are a lot to take into consideration when addressing it. Discussing it via this forum isn’t the proper medium. Best of luck.
