As far as immigration law is concern, that person isn’t breaching any condition on his Visa. However, this is a sponsorship matter rather than immigration one. Therefore, that person needs to get in touch with the state as to how to go about such circumstance.

Ask ko lang po sana ung typical timeline Ng Visa 190 (NSW) for the following:

    1. EOI to NSW (how many weeks typically to receive an invitation for nomination sa NSW)

    2. Once invited by NSW and After submitting requirements according sa website it will take 12 weeks for the assessment. Sagad po ba talaga ung 12 weeks or May nakaexperience po ba dito na earlier than 12 weeks Ang results?

Thanks so much po in advance. :)

Hi not sure kun natanong na to pero here's my situation. IT professional po ako and nagpa assess na ako sa ACS last year and I got 3 years work of experience lang. Ngayon, pwede na po ako mag claim ng additional 5 points kase I waited out para tumalon na ko sa 5 years work experience, and still same work since the assessment. Question is do I still need to have a new assessment with ACS to cover those additional work experience? Thank you sa sasagot

@vincenthernandez No need na po. Sa EOI lagay mo yung experience start date to - ( open date sya means til present) . Make sure na tama ang years of experience in total para maclaim mo ang 5 points. Autocalculate naman ang EOI. Goodluck.

Well anyways ipapasama mo nlng po kun anu un nsa vetasses ni partner. Maraming maraming salamats po been a silent reader and saw that you've been very helpful sa lahat :).

You need to trust that your agent is doing the research right thing for you. If you have questions, you need to raise it with them, that’s your right. Your question is very simple, To claim partner points, no work experience is needed but the actual skills assessment via VETASSESS, you will need to provide employment evidence. From what I gauge, being an agent myself, there is lack of understanding on the whole process from your end which the agent has failed to explain. You need to ask in order for you to understand and if they are not receptive to your query then there is something wrong with their service.

If you were my client, I would definitely appreciate you asking us directly. If you feel hesitant about my staff, I would rather know so I can fix it but I’m confident none of my team behaves this way. Also, from the beginning of the service, I provide tailored report based on the circumstance of the client. This includes all the stages needed for the whole process - from start to finish as I want the client to understand the whole process. There’s nothing worse than having a client who is clueless about the whole process. I want my client to understand each step so I could literally hold his/hand in this journey knowing we’re in the same page. It makes our service run more smoothly this way and if a client is confused, I feel I am failing in assuring him/her that I have everything under control. So in saying this, by all means, do not hesitate to ask your agent.

@RheaMARN1171933 thank you very much po sa reply, really appreciate po. Definitely we trust our agent until today, even though marami na po nanyari. I'm very polite po sa lhat ng email and sa lhat ng question ko sknila. Since january this year cguro we had 3 different agents na nghhandle kc ang bilis ng turn over ng tao ndi ko po alm kun malas lng kmi or what but the agent being assigned to us ngrresign agd. Yun ndi mkakalimutan ng partner ko po is when we had pre-invite sa isang state (we will not mention and some details will be omitted to protect dn po our migration company and agent) we provided our documents within less than 5 days but since ang dami pong palitan ng email, paisa isa po cla mgcheck and mgsbi smin ng mga addtional docs then they don't like us to provide documents they think not needed but in the need dn po pala, then naubos po yun 14days nmin and we don't know na yun agent po pala nmin on her last day dun plang nia sinubmit yun documents nmin, nagulat nlng kmi the following day iba na agent nmin.

Then recently when we had pre-invite from ACT we claim for partner skills employability, our new agent ayw po isama yun current employment ng partner ko which nagulat po ako and I really insisted na isubmit then inattached ko pa po yun ACT guideline na need po tlga isama. Super worried na po kmi kc ndi po cia ngrreply the whole day kc ngemail nlng po the night na sinubmit na dw po nia mga documents nmin sa ACT, we keep asking yun mga documents na sinubmit, if they included my partners current employment evidences seriously wla pong reply we keep calling her, no answer, we even called her in her office number no answer, we tried calling her manager no answer. Ayun na dn po yun time na ang dami ko po nababasa sa ibang forum na na reject sa ACT kc ndi ngprovide ng current employment ang spouse even though they claim for points for it and they dont entertain submitting supporting documents after the given 14days. Then our agent called saying sorry she was busy the wholeday and yes she submitted the documents as we insisted though she thinks not necessary. And her manager also called the following day to inform us, that agent already resigned, yesterday was her last day and ngtturnover cia kaya super busy. Then we heard from a filipino agent na resigned na from that company na halos more than 30 clients to 1 agent cla and different visa pa inaasikaso (Australian, US, European Visas). Unfortunately too late na po nmin nalaman na ganon pla and our contract says once ITA received we need to pay them already remaining balance and we had our ITA already so we decided nlng na since we already paid them full might as well ituloy na po service nla.

Hala ang haba na po haha, well anyways bgo po ulit tong agent nmin and sa visa application po eh lagi cia nka base sa previous clients and application but I informed her na mas ok po sana kun ifrontload nmin lhat ng documents khit ayw pa po nia kmi mgmedical and kumuha ng mga police clearance kumuha na po kmi and kinulit po nmin cia sa e-medical form, she wanted na we do our medical and police clearance once may ma assign na CO sa application nmin kc dw po ang concern nia bka mg expire agd. Though I appreciate her concern na bka umulit kmi I assured her na ok lng smin umulit ng medical and kumuha ng police clearance if ever or bgo mgexpired kesa ma CO contact. Oh well our frustrations hahaha.

@kamoteuglz_07 are you sure you’re dealing with the agent directly? From how you described it, it seems that these “3agents” you’re saying are admin people. There’s No issue dealing with admin people but they must be supervised by a registered agent.

As an agent I oversee the whole process and I have my case officers who are not agents assisting me with the admin stuff mainly because I don’t have the time for it ie collating documents. I spend more time doing consultations, addressing complicated issues and reviewing documents for compliance. Hence it make sense for someone from admin to assist with document gathering. Before every submission, all cases are passed through to me for approval before they get submitted.

What’s the point of paying your agent if you would still need to make sure they’re doing the right thing? You get an agent to take that worry off you, this should be the case.

Hmmm now that you point out, not sure po. But I directly liaise with this 3 agents/staff and they are the one's checking and submitting our application. Or if there's another higher than these 3 agents/staff then I haven't met her/him nor made I thorough check on our application cause when I asked for copy of documents submitted for our 1st invite you can really notice na minadali yun submission actually ayaw pa po nla ibgay smin yun mga actual documents submitted but we really insisted. Dun po nmin na notice ang dami mali and even sa format or margins nlang sabog po tlga yun CV ko.

Yes I absolutely agree! we get their service to lift of some burden from us and anxiety but unfortunately they are times na super worried po kami or what need pa po nmin cla kulitin na penge ng copy of actual docs or list of docs submitted for future reference and records po sana nmin. Actually cla po yun kilala na migration company dto and expensive, yun reputation po nla years ago is really good. Now not all expensive things equates to the quality, nsa icp po nmin nun is since andto na po kmi and mahal ang gagastusin tlga might as well get the best migration agent and pra po sa future, all out na so we didn't mind of their fee. Evry time na mgeemail ako lagi ko po cnsabi na teamwork kmi dto and we don't intend to offend them and definitely we don't want to overstep kaya I always politely asked bka mas okay kun ganito gnyan.

And hopefully everything will be fine. :)

@kamoteuglz_07 maigi nalang waiting for grant nalang kayo, pero in all honesty, puro anxiety at uncertainties ang pinadama sa inyo ng agent nyo, which is the exact opposite ng dapat ma feel ng nag acquire ng services ng migration agent.

kaya ako maski di ko na acquire ang services ni Ms. Rhea - lagi ako nag rerefer sa kanya kasi based on her responses alone dito, alam mong she’s competent and thorough.

Hindi barya ang binabayad sa agent kaya tama lang na sana you get the services na deserve nyo.

Goodluck sa waiting game. Konting kembot nalang yan :)

Additional is form 80 and form 1221 fill up mo yan at medyo mahaba haba ang form 80. Goodluck

Hi ms @RheaMARN1171933 :) hope you can help me. I want to make sure na tama ung pipiliin ko sa eoi regarding sa education.
Assessed as AQF Associate Degree w/ a Major in Computing.
    Thank you in advance!
