sorry to hear na nabawasan ng 2.5 yrs yung work experience mo.
Regarding sa question mo, I think most of us here will agree na we don’t recommend na you still claim for the 2.5 years experience since hindi sya na approve ng EA.
While DHA conducts their own assessment sa iyong work experience - mas magiging kampante ka kung approved sya ng EA instead na hindi.
Mayroon nga case approved ng EA, sumabit pa sa DHA.

And sakaling you include the 2.5 years, DHA may or may not reach out to you for the additional document to support your claim.. the question is paano mo sya maipprovide?
If DHa does not contact you for the additional docs to support - maaring diretso rejection na ang mangyari.

The risk of having your visa rejected due to over claiming of points does not only mean a waste of money and time, but lost opportunity (lalo na sa panahon ngayon na pahirapan na makakuha man lang ng ITA)
If DIY ka, I recommend na malinis ang iyong application, walang incoherence throughout the application.

I know halos lahat ngayon nagmamadali - pero if you encounter a setback, find other ways to increase your points, and not rely / settle sa di sigurado.

Hello Fellow Engineers!

I would like to take your honest opinion about this, I had a positive outcome in EA for Agricultural Engineer last September 2018 but no RSEA.

Worried lang ako kase e yung previous work ko is more on Economic side. Economic Development Specialist pa ang job title ko kaya more or less e baka di pumasa sa RSEA.

Now, if ever magproceed ako sa paglodge ng visa (189, 190 or 489/491), will it matter sa immi officer ng DHA/DoHA na kahit EA positive outcome lang? Meron bang naapprove ng visa without RSEA?

sa pagkakaalam ko po yung RSEA ay para makakuha ng additional points for experience po, so dependent parin po sa taas ng points nyo po yung pagkakuha po sa inyo sa EOI.

tanong ko lang po ilang months nyo po hinintay skills assessment nyo po sa EA? salamat

In this case, you would just need to have the 2012-2015 assessed. No point getting assessed for something not relevant to the occupation. Hope that helps.

- may mga naapprove na dito na di nag RSEA pero ang difference nila is sigurado sila na ang kanilang work experience is in line with their nominated occupation.

Teka ang plan mo ba is di ka mag claim ng points for work experience pala?

Yun nga din sabi ng agent ko na may naaprove naman kahit wala RSEA kase si Immi officer pa din may final say.

Hello po! I'm currently in the process of preparing my MSA. For Civil Engineers, ask ko lang po if may mga nakapagpa-assess na po dito as Structural Engineer (233214)? What are the pros and cons compared to Civil Engineer (233211)? Thank you in advance!

- don’t be sad muna, pinaka the best na mag email ka sa EA to verify. Show them your receipt na nag avail ka ng RSEA kasi if alam nila na nag avail ka ng RSEA, it will be reflected sa letter yung result, whether you can claim it or not.

wait din tayo na baka may similar situation dito ng kagaya sayo, para they can give feedback on how to move forward pero gaya nga ng sabi ko, your initial step is to email them to provide explanation. Goodluck.

@ms_ane Thank you very much for the advice. Super appreciated esp. this time na nakakadown talaga. I just want to give an update. I sent an inquiry last Aug. 22 but until now there still no response. Thus, I tried to call them on their hotline today. It is true that if I availed RSEA but it is not reflected on my outcome letter means that my employment experience is not approved. I didn't expect it since the nature of my work is related to project management in a construction company. They are checking for the comment/reason of the assessor however their system is currently down. They advised me to check my email til tom.

@bcbv0926 sorry to hear that kapatid. Well I am sure naman na you did your best but if the final decision nila is hindi suitable e mukhang final na iyon. Usually sa EA account may nakasaad doon na reason e kung bakit di claimable, kasi for record purposes iyon - check mo nalang din baka na update na nila.

Like what we always encourage here when it comes to skills assessment, kailangan na ireview maigi ang nakasaad na duties and responsibilities ng ating nominated occupation and this should match our duties and responsibilities (85-90%) sa work experience na pinapa assess.
The assessing body only relies on the information that we provide them kaya tlga namang nasa mga kamay natin nakasalalay ang lahat at kailangan siguraduhin na malinaw ang job responsibilities na pinapirmahan naten sa ating mga superior to support our claim.
Dapat in detail ang responsibility na ginagawa para mas solid ang evidence.
Maaring nagawa mo ang lahat ng ito din, pero baka may mga ibang duties ang hindi na meet. Try mo pa din to check other ways and tambay ka sa CE thread para masuportahan ka ng mga kapwa mo CE sa iyong susunod na steps. Good luck

Hi everyone. Nais ko po sanang basahin lahat ng comments dito Pero naguguluhan pa ako sa ibang terms, pero anyway, may tanong po ako. EE po ako and ung bf ko po is Safety Officer, saang category po kaya siya if ever he needs to be assessed? And what do you mean po pag PARTNER POINTS?
At ikakasal na din kami this November, kaya baka next year sisimulan n namin ung sa ielts and lahat ng requirements. Sa ngayon, I’m really struggling to learn ung process po ng application for Australia. Malaki tulong po tong blog.

Hello, share ko lang din ung mga employment evidences I submitted.

a) for employment na wala akong naitabi ni isang ITR at very few lang ang naitabi ko na payslips
- COE, few payslips, SSS contribution including Employment History
- company ID
- PAGIBIG contribution
- bank certificate (hindi na din kasi maretrieve ng bank ung bank statement ko sa sobrang tagal na)
- exchange of email from previous employer (finance department). I asked for copies of my payslips and ITR, unfortunately nagbago na daw ung system hence hindi na din maretrieve ung files ko.

b) for employment na may mga available document
- COE, payslips, , ITR, SSS contribution including Employment History
- employment contract, job offer, contract extension, change of employment status, salary increment
- company ID

Good day po sa lahat.

Question po.
There are 4 categories if you are to be assessed by EA - (1)Professional Engineer, (2) Engineering Technologist, (3) Engineering Associate and (4) Engineering Manager.

I tried applying for 139914: Quality Assurance Manager that resulted in a NEGATIVE skills assessment outcome.

Basing on the said categories, I have 2 choices - either Engineering Technologist or Engineering Associate.
I'm an ECE grad but not licensed.
Been working as a QC Engineer in Dubai for 12 years.
I already made a separate discussion about my experience in VETASSESS assessment.
Sorry for posting on this thread and thanks for those who will reply.

Hi po. I'm an ECE too and works as QA/QC/Expediting (O&G) in UAE. I had my assessment under 233513 Production Engineer. Check the anzsco description to verify if your experience match with the requirement..

I have agent po pero sa assessment ikaw pa din gagawa ng CDR mo bali sila lang nagpasa sa EA. Positive assessment, professional engineer.

@ms_ane Just an update uli. Para may reference na rin yung ibang members. I just received an email yesterday morning from EA that they had forwarded my message to my assessor. Then by afternoon, I have received another again stating that my assessor has advised me to submit a Secondary Application, pay the fee (again) but they will refund it immediately, and he will send the correct outcome letter. So technically, nagkamali lang po si Assessor. Hehe. I followed the instruction yesterday evening, and may formal outcome letter na po ngayon. Na-credit naman po yung kineclaim kong years. Need to ace the PTE pa rin po.

Calibri size 12, bold sa title, single space, followed by a short 2 liner statement/introduction. Sa ilalim nun yung list/table na naka-image format para mare-size ko ng madali. Nagkasya yung 49 sa akin. Ginawa ko muna sa Excel yung list tapos pasted as image sa Word then save as pdf.
