Hi to All, I am a newbie here and I've read some information about the 263212 ICT Support Engineer. Is it true on what you've posted @moonpatrick . Wala ng slots for State Nomination for Visa Subclass 190? I checked online so far wala ako makitang numbers of slots?

I have few questions, hopefully someone can answer.
1. Should I do IELTS or PTE-A first before I do my ACS?
2. For ACS, do i need to procure all the documents, e.g. TOR, Diploma, COE?

(My background.... I am based here in Malaysia. Currently working as an application support analyst. )

* up to you, you can do this after ACS or before, ACS does not require this with application

Question lang po:

1. Visa 190/489 lang po ba pwede etong job code na ito? Kahit po ba mataas ang points? How about 189?
2. At this moment, SA lang open but under special conditions pa which is one of it is you need to have family sponsorship.

@RheaMARN1171933 Hi mam, nagpa assess na po ako sa ACS as per recommendation nila na ICT Support Engineer. Hindi nakalusot ang ICT Business Analyst eh para 189 visa sana, sayang .
Anyway, sa mga nababasa ko sa website ng mga states, mukhang pahirapan makapasok kapag interstate. Bilang na bilang o halos walang SS kasi dito sa WA. Plano ko kumuha ng migration agent, sa tingin nyo po mga ilang percent ang chance na makakuha ako ng visa? Ok sa akin kahit 489 o any visa na puede, mahalaga nandito sa AU.

Ok na po ba? nakita ko tong thread 2016 pa.. under din ako sa code nato 263212 ICT Support engineer, ngayong year ko plano mag apply ng visa.. Tingin nyo may opening po ba and matatagalan na ako under 190 visa mag sponsor ang state? Pa advise naman po.. salamat! any tips po?

Hi my uncle got invited in 491 in QLD. I just want to ask regarding sa settlement fund. My uncle is the primary applicant with two dependent (wife + child) ang nakalagay po dun kailangan ng $40,000. Paano po kung wala syang maipakita na $40,000 worth na cash + properties? They are based in Dubai right now and they don’t have properties under their name in the Philippines. I hope may makasagot po sa akin. TIA!

Pumasok na din po sa mga choices na mag loan kaso he needs to upload the document in 14 days. I am not sure kung may bank na magpapaloan sa kanya agad agad.
May kapatid po sya sa QLD kaso ang pwde lang bigyan ng support from relatives is applicants that are 25 and under.

i think pwede tayo mag ask sa thread na focus sa 491 visa. if meron ng discussion.
im sure since nag start yung 491, may handful of applicants na din.

Nagpost po ako dun sa Feb 2020 na thread para po sa mga nainvite and messaged a few people that lodge their visa under 491 in QLD. Hopefully po may magreply. 🙏

Note that 190 is not subject to priority points so your question won’t be applicable for 190 subclass.

Based kasi from what I've read, specifically kay NSW, yung ranking is based pa rin sa points. Pero siguro nga it still depends kung anong job skill ang priority nila.

So for ICT Support Engineer being Low ang availability sa NSW, even though may maganda kang points, di pa rin guaranteed na maiinvite.

Eto yung nasa FAQs ni NSW:

Yes, that’s correct. They grant ITA depending on ranking...same goes with other states/territories.

Your question wasn’t clear whether you were referring to invites from the state or invites from DHA. If you are referring to states, as mentioned, they do provide invites from highest ranking but there’s no information available as to exactly what points they give invites. A lot of factors are to be considered ie type of occupation, points of people applying. States do not freely disclose this but you could probably request via freedom of information from the government which may cost. This request takes time and probably by the time you get them it would only provide you data from months ago.

Yup, sorry I was referring to invites from state. I don't think it's essential to request for those details, especially if it will take some time (in my opinion). It's better to lodge the application and wait tapos samahan ng dasal 🙏
